Belle maison bien équipée et en bonne condition. Les lits sont confortables, mais nous n'avions pas de petit drap dans notre chambre (seulement une douillette et des draps pour recouvrir le matelas). La cour arrière avec la piscine est bien aménagée avec beaucoup de chaises et aussi des endroit à l'ombre. Le barbecue au charbon est fonctionnel et bien pratique. La piscine est chauffée, mais il faut payer un extra et malheureusement je n'étais pas au courant, sinon j'aurais payé l'extra, car l'eau était froide. Le quartier est sécuritaire, mais nous aurions aimé avoir un parc ou des endroits verts à proximité, sans avoir à prendre la voiture, pour marcher et pratiquer des sports. Plusieurs plages à proximité en voiture sont facilement accessibles (Pompano beach, Fort Lauderdale). Je recommande cette maison, car nous avons passé un très beau séjour.

This house was exactly like the pictures. Well taken care of. Clean and peaceful. The host allowed us to do a last minute chec in. We got the house in less than a hour. We had to show IDs but understandable. Thank you for trusting us. On new years eve there was a fire work show in the city at midnight. We sat outside in the front and view a spectacular show. The neighbors we walking the streets with children it was just so nice to know your safe in this day and time.

Great house for a big group - loved the pool

Joseph was a great host and we will definitely be coming back to his house. The house was exactly as described. Joseph was very responsive. The board games and books were a great touch to help keep the kids entertained during the Florida rain. We really enjoyed the pool area and the picture walls as well. It was easy to locate the house and enjoyed having a park right by the house.

We loved the space! Ralph and Frank were fantastic hosts! They were responsive, friendly and very accommodating! The whole place is wonderful, but the pool area is heaven! It is your own personal space and very relaxing. I highly recommend this place!

Das Haus war wirklich schön, vorallem der Pool. Super Aufteilung und große Küche. Das einzige zur Optimierung, wäre wenn es mehr Stühle draußen geben würde und der Tisch repariert werden würde.

We had an awesome stay at Cynthia's property. The location is great. It's outside of Miami far enough where you don't have a crazy amount of traffic but close enough for a short to medium length drive to other destinations & attractions. The property is fantastic. it is well maintained, clean and very spacious (there were 4 in our party). The neighborhood is nice and feels very safe. We took many walks around the area. There is some traffic noise but by no means a deterrent for choosing this property. For us the pool is a highlight. It's a large pool & deck and the water is kept warm. Cynthia is a great host. She provided and responded to all communications very timely. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

Patrick was the most responsive host I have ever encountered. Whenever I messaged, there was a response in very short time. The house was adorable. It easily housed family members and friends who came in and out during my 2 weeks stay. The pool was wonderful - clean, water warm enough for comfort but cool enough to be refreshing. The house was easy walking distance to Publix, Whole Foods, Wallgreens and CVS. I was happy to find it was also walking distance to LA Fitness. Nearby is also a small upscale shopping area called Mercato that has Nordstrom Rack, Sur la Table and some other nice stores and restaurants. The kitchen was adequately appointed which we appreciated as we mostly ate in. The grill is a bit old and rusty and would not ignite but we didn't mind. The beach is an easy 25 minute walk and there are beach chairs, toys and a beach wagon at the house. There were more than enough towels. All in all, I was very happy with my time there.

We have stayed in numerous rentals and this house was by far one of our favorites. It is a beautiful home, nicely decorated, comfortable furniture ( indoor as well as outdoor) and offered so many amenities I could not list. If you can think of it, Nick has probably supplied it! The setting of this home is in a quiet, cul-de-sac neighborhood with sidewalks. We enjoyed walking through the various streets each morning and checking out the neighborhoods. The backyard is a private oasis with lush landscaping, a private dock and a wonderful heated pool. We were in the pool everyday and even caught a few fish and blue crab off the dock! Nick was fantastic to work with. He was very accommodating when we needed a few extra hours due to our later flight. We would definitely recommend Nicks place to anyone considering staying in the Fort Lauderdale area. After one stay, you’ll be like us, trying to find a way to return to Nicks Place!

Danielle was very proactive and communitive. She reached out to us several times to confirm that everything was ok. The house was everything we expected and the location was awesome!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in the Keys! The home was stunning, with all the amenities you could ask for, including a relaxing hot tub. The fishing right on the property made it even better – perfect for enjoying the local marine life. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful and fun escape!

Stay was good…we were able to get to everything we wanted to do in 15-30 minutes; except the day we spent in key west. Place is close to beaches and lots of good restaurants. We had an almost 6 month old with us and the place allowed for her to have her own place to play and sleep which was important to us. We also saw manatees in the canal right in front of the house.

We really enjoyed the large private front porch and the house. This was the 2nd time I've stayed in this house. Derek always promptly response to any messages or calls ive made to him. This place is located close to all kinds of restaurants within walking distance. Derek is a super host!

My family had a great time at Tims vacation home. The kids couldn't get enough fishing in the Canal. The house was the cleanest Airb&b I've ever stayed at! Tim does live/building house on the same property which I wasn't aware of, but it wasn't an issue at all! The house had alot of the things you need, already available, and all the neighbors were very friendly as well! Keep doing what your doing Tim, you have a great vacation spot! We would definitely stay again!

Simon was responsive and flexible. The house was on a quiet road with friendly neighbors, and beaches easily walkable (across a busy road, but crosswalks available). We are a family of 4 with 2 young children, and it was nice to have a fenced backyard with hot tub to play in. If you're only renting the front unit, I think it would feel a little awkward to use the backyard based on the setup, but we rented both units so it worked well for us.

Our stay at Casa Laura was wonderful. Lorena is a warm, caring and very responsive host who ensured that we had a good experience with great communication and personal touches. We felt right at home in Casa Laura; the home and the garden are lovely, comfortable and a peaceful retreat. Good WiFi and workspace too. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, yet close to all that Miami has to offer. We will definitely book Casa Laura again.

Host super reattivo, non bellissimo il quartiere, ma a 20 minuti da downtown e Miami beach. La casa corrispondeva alle foto anche se forse non tutte le stanze erano raffigurate, in generale comunque tutto pulito e anche cucina ben organizzata con varie stoviglie.

This was our 4th stay with Javier & Pablo. We like having the 2 TV's, a complete kitchen & parking a few feet from the front door. We enjoy walking the neighborhood, the quick walk to Winn Dixie for groceries, and our leisurely walks to the Miracle Mile area which is their downtown! It is full of stores, restaurants & bars for any budget. We will be back!!!

Def. Will stay here again!!! My team and I stayed in this private island and we loved it! The host is amazing as well! We Didn’t have any problems at all! Super happy with this Airbnb !

This place was fantastic we did not wanna leave, felt right at home. Place was spotless rooms are beautiful. Very clean home. The area where the pool is at the floor is marble so it does not get hot, stays nice and cold awesome. The host responds to you right away asap ThankYou Desiree Viera

Perfect location with a wonderful set up with two units. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the outdoor area. Nearby shopping, restaurants, and bars!!!!
