As always SGI did not disappoint! We loved the layout of the house, it felt much larger than it is. A very comfortable home that sits just back from a beautiful white sand beach. The outdoor furniture is a big plus; our whole family enjoyed watching dolphins play while eating breakfast. We would come again!

We stayed here at the 204 unit! It was the perfect space for my husband and I! The view was amazing! Everything was clean - I’m a clean freak & I approved of the cleanliness! It’s the perfect little spot! So easy to access! & right on the beach! In the perfect area so close to all the fun and food! We loved our stay!

Had a GREAT time at Zac’s beach house. It is in the best location and so close to Seaside, shopping and restaurants. I loved eating breakfast with the oceanfront view on their newly built deck. Zac and his Dad are super responsive to anything we needed. I definitely will book again. Don’t hesitate and definitely book your stay here!!!! You won’t be disappointed 🥰

Chuck was an excellent host! He was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The kids loved the kayaks, crab traps, and fishing! The views off the dock were amazing and the condo was just as described! We had a great visit!

Second time we have stayed in this unit. It is comfortable and easy! Everything is there that you need! Beautiful place and beach!

We throughly enjoyed our 5 night stay and was impressed with the accuracy of the listing. Views were awesome! Very clean, comfortable, easy to get from parking lot to room and room to beach. Washer & dryer were very close by the room. We appreciated the full size bath products and the nice towels. We ate several meals in the condo and were grateful to have access to a kitchen with everything we needed. We were so thankful for the provided beach set-up (2 chairs w/an umbrella) and the free parking was a bonus. We didn’t use the pool but did check it out and it was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Double Down! The space was large and perfect for a huge family gathering. The kitchens were well-stocked and also had many beach items including towels and toys. The porches were extremely comfortable and welcoming to use as an extended gathering space. Outdoor furniture was conducive to welcoming a large group. Clarissa was very responsive and helpful. Any issue we had was resolved quickly and efficiently. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and shopping. We will be booking again!

We took a last minute trip to the area and were able to get a couple days in this property. Everything was as described, it was a nice, clean, quiet home with good beach access. the beach was very beautiful with lots of shells and things to see, very few people out while we were there. there isn't a lot of things around but a general store and a fantastic restaurant very near by. Port St. Joe's, just about a 20 minute drive away, has many little shops and restaurants, and was a nice place to walk around and explore.

This place was great for our family. My husband and I had 8 adult kids with us and there was plenty of room. The downstairs pool house is great to put older kids in or a group of guys.

This was a great house, great pool, great beach, great everything! This is what our family needed.

Our first time to the area so we didn't know what to expect. We thought Kim & Andy's place was a great place to stay in a beautiful area! We'd stay again for sure.

Annastacia was easy to work and was available and responsive during our entire stay. The place is spacious and comfortable. It is in the quiet part of the island and across from the public beach access. The garage has everything we need for the beach, we just need to get swim suits on. it was our first visit to the Emerald Coast and beaches are beautiful. Sandy bottom and clear water. We will definitely go back!

The view from this house was amazing! You can enjoy watching beautiful beaches, sunrise and sunset from this house. The beach access is walkable.(Just few steps) The housekeeping team takes a good care of maintenance, so very clean. When we stayed there, there was only salt and pepper, so if you want to cook, you should bring your seasonings and other stuffs such as oil, flour and so on. Also should bring coffee. There was only a coffee machine.

Loved the beach view

This is probably the best Vacasa rental we've experienced. The unit's layout is perfect to enjoy the waterfront views and the balcony is large and well laid out. Renters should know in advance that they will have to pay a fee for parking upon arrival. Ours was $50 for 3 days.

Mr. Rusty was awesome to communicate with fast and accurate. His place was in spotless condition and in my opinion better then I could have hoped for. The condo was located in gated complex with awesome neighbors friendly and helpful. Beach is literally 1 min away and the beach is clean and chairs are available. On the complex you got a nice pool and a hot tub. My family and I will sure come back because it really felt like a second home

We absolutely loved our stay. It was spacious and fantastic. Hated to have to leave!

This property was as described. It was clean and the check in was easy. The view from the balcony was wonderful and my family loved the view. It is walk to get to the beach but I was able to do it with 2 bad knees, it’s not a long walk at all. There were a few small scratches/scrapes on the furniture in the living room but it still was very nice, comfortable and clean. I would definitely book this property again.

It was wonderful staying there and so peaceful I couldn’t have asked for better. I enjoyed the view and comfortability of the place overall. It’s a little distant from things but I don’t mind a drive down the road with good scenery which is still peaceful. Thanks for having me it was great and relaxing.

It was an excellent property, very decent and well maintained. Shower and bathroom are excellent. Pretty good response from the owner and she is very flexible person. We enjoyed the stay!

I evacuated to this listing from St. Pete Beach during Hurricane Milton. I was stressed out to say the least. It was wonderfully close to the beach to be able to get the beach time I needed to unwind. I wish I would have stayed a month!

The place was how they described it; except for the condos (Wyndham and Emerald are joining together) and is under construction. Some of the elevators are down. There were long wait times with the elevators due to this. The front desk staff told us that we unload in the parking garage and not at the front lobby which made things a little bit more difficult. You have to catch roughly three elevators to get to the unit from the parking garage. Although the interior was beautiful I am the kind of person that don't mind paying for convenience and I was traveling with my daughters and this process was not convenient at all. However, I made the best of it because it was their spring break. I would go back but definitely Not while it is under construction and if I can't unload in the front and if I have to travel three elevators to get to the unit. It's not against the owners but I wish I knew this when I booked.
