John was an immaculate host! The room was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. There was an umbrella, chairs, beach towels, and 2 bikes that were also there for your using! A very short walk to the beach and a nice patio out back. John even checked on us before we headed back home, which I've never had a host do before. I highly recommend anyone visiting Destin to book with John, we will for sure be back!

This place was a DREAM! You know when you're at the beach and you see some condos and you think, "I wish I was staying there..." THIS IS THAT PLACE! My kids AND my husband were pumped that it had a Monopoly theme so of course, we played. :) This place is super charming...also, everything you need is there...we didn't buy charcoal or even a lighter. Kitchen stocked great, excellent spot for the kids to hang out...and this condo is right in the middle of everything...walk everywhere! Yay! My boy played basketball every day (30 steps from the condo) grocery 3-4 minute walk, the lighthouse, the shopping, the food, I parked when we got there and never got in my car again! Note, if you have an electric car there is a spot to charge less than1/4 mile walk at the buccaneer inn. My husband drove separate, EV no problem! We had a great time! It was clean and perfect and right on the beach, the BEST!

Chanell was very proactive in communicating while we were on our stay. We felt very comfortable here and we also were allowed to bring our dog for an extra fee, which was completely feasible! We loved how close the walk to the beach was and just the quietness of the area. Would definitely stay here again if we get the chance to come back to FWB! Also, Destin was not 10 minutes away and we got to check that area out as well!

We really enjoyed staying at Dina and Halph’s townhome recently. Everything was clean and ready for use. We really enjoyed using the grill and enjoyed the outdoor space in the back patio ! This is a great place to bring your pet and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you again, Dina and Halph

Loved staying at the Purple sunset everything looks exactly what’s shown in the photos. Felt very safe in that neighborhood close to the beach ocean and several nice restaurants was able to walk 3 miles every day. I will definitely be staying again.

Fantastic place! Our family of 12 for perfectly. The beach and water are amazing. Super location on the cape. Close to stores, yet far enough away to be peaceful and private. We were a bit surprised to find that the third floor balconies were locked and were told that they were private to the owners. Loved the house and had a fabulous stay. Thanks!!

Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

The house is absolutely stunning! Close to town yet far enough away that the beach experience was still private and not overcrowded. The kids enjoyed the home and all of its games so much! The deck was a wonderful place to sit and play as well! Thank you for allowing us to use your home!

Stayed Thanksgiving week, 4 adults, 4 kids 10-13 years of age. Safe area, short walk to beach, overall we had a great experience.

So Clean! Beautiful house, very private, so close to the beach! We had an amazing time! I looked at so many different places before choosing where to stay. I would highly recommend this house, lots of room, a 1 minute walk to the beach, and the private pool was so great! They allowed our dog to come with us, and there was a nice side yard of grass for him to explore while we hung out in the pool! Great parking spots included, fenced on both sides from the neighbors! Even though were were around other rentals, it felt like there was nobody near us! The neighborhood was very nice, and an extra plus was to have the gas store within walking distance when you forgot to bring sunscreen! Lisa was super helpful and very quick to respond! I will be using them again for sure!

We enjoyed a wonderful week at St George. The house was updated and clean as well as close to everything that SGI has to offer. The kitchen is large with a lovely island and loads of counter and cabinet space. We loved drinking coffee (and wine!) on the deck while watching the waves roll onto shore. The beach was easy to access via a path directly across the street. The pool, hot tub and under the house areas were awesome as well. The home is well stocked and functional. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom plus an extra, full bathroom off of the common area. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. We’ve spent several weeks per year at SGI over the past 20+ years, and this house was one of the best we’ve stayed in. Definitely recommend this home!

Johnny was an amazing host, with a wonderful house to make some great memories in! It was in a nice quiet area with lots of activities and food near by. Definitely would stay again!

Jason‘s place was just as described. We loved having use of the bikes, beach, chairs, cart and proximity to all of the things we wanted to do Jason is by far the best host I have ever experienced. Anytime I had a question or needed something he was very responsive. I would highly recommend staying at Jason’s.

It's easy to feel right at home here! We were a group of 6 and the house was perfect for all of us to sleep comfortably but still have our space. We were staying in Pensacola to visit my niece and this location was perfect so she can come back and forth from base to spend time with us. We loved how relaxing the space was, we really didn't have to leave. We mostly stayed in and enjoyed the MANY! amenities provided. The kitchen was well stocked too so cooking was easy. And nearby is a great Thai food restaurant (Thai Curry House) if you don't feel like cooking. We spent a lot of time out on the water in the kayaks, enjoyed the amazing massage chairs, and spent the evenings watching the gorgeous sunsets in the hot tub or on the pier. Being here makes you truly appreciate nature. The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. Dennis was such a gracious host and even let us extend our stay. He was also an excellent communicator, we felt very taken care of.

Positives: Beautiful. Loved the decor- shabby chic and unique touches! Private beach access was so great! We used Endless Beach chair rental and hanging at the beach was effortless. So much room for everyone to have quiet time too. Couch was so comfy! the kitchen/dining area was well equipped and roomy. Plenty of seating. Need for improvements: a few maintenance issues with wear and tear but did not affect our stay. I’m hoping the cleaning/maintenance is letting Mitch know. Too beautiful not to address these type of things. Overall we all agreed we would stay again! Mike’s seafood and Thomas’s, and grocery all so close. Perfect.

We spent 1-2hrs on the beach before we even entered the house! This location was perfect!! Close to NAS, 35 min from gulf shores beach for more great food options. The kids couldn’t wait to get in the water (and sand) everyday!

We had a fantastic New Year's holiday here with a very large group of 4 families. The house has private access to the beach and one of the best views for the New Year's fireworks show. It's a great location and has lots of options for takeout and many great bars within walking distance. Todd was really helpful and responsive to all our questions.

It was amazing and the host was incredible. I will definitely choose you again if I come back to Florida!

Ashley was a great host...very large place felt like we rented 2 places ...my parents stayed on the first floor that is somewhat separate with there dogs ....the bar was cool to hang out at..she has plenty of stuff for the beach also.

We all enjoyed our time at their beautiful home. The home is located in a peaceful neighborhood on a quiet shore, a short drive to many attractions. The house is in great condition and had everything we needed. The morning sunrises were spectacular! If we make our way down to the gulf coast again Daniel and Christy's home will be our first choice.

We were in the area for my daughter’s bachelorette celebration. The house accommodated our group of 8 very well, especially with 3 full bathrooms. The home is beautiful and close to the beach, shopping, etc. We had a few minor questions for the host and he was very responsive and in a quick time frame. I would highly recommend this stay -the local amenities (pool, pickleball) were also great!
