This is a five star plus Condo… Everything looks absolutely like the pictures. Amazing views, great location, easy to get to many restaurants and shopping and Pier Park! Look forward to going back and staying again… Highly recommend specially for people with families… Having a highchair was awesome! You do need to pack a little bit of patience with the elevator. It's a very large resort with a lot of people, especially around check-in and checkout time, but it would not stop me from staying again.

Had a great stay here. Place was exactly as expected, check in was better than expected considering we got in at 1am. The security staff was fantastic at providing everything needed. The only thing I would’ve liked to see was a bit more things like soap, shampoo for the bathrooms, and maybe coffee supplied but this was only a problem because our flight was delayed until 1am arrival and everything in town was closed for the night. However it was amazing that there was laundry soap supplied because the airlines left our bags out in the rain so we had to do laundry at 2am. So just having in-unit laundry might’ve saved our marriage. Haha. Thanks again - Mike

We traveled here for our wedding with a total of 9 people. The wedding date changed last minute and Karuna was very flexible and helpful to help accommodate that. The property was very nice and the kids loved that the beach & pool were so accessible. The condo had all the necessary amenities. Wonderful place to stay!

The hosts are genuinely friendly, sweet as can be and are very responsive for anything you need or any question you may have. Although the house manual also explains everything. This property is amazing, perfect for a family, everything you need is provided, comfortable, cozy, beautifully decorated, clean…..I can’t say enough about this property!!! It’s private but just a few mins from the beach and a short drive away from tons of restaurants and different things to do. 30A is an amazing area and the perfect vacation spot. And the hosts are just as amazing!!! Wonderful experience!!! Wonderful property!!! This vacation was a dream come true of ours and Heather and her family helped make it as easy and as perfect as it could have been!!!! They are truely amazing people! ❤️ We will be back next year and I can only hope we get to stay at Heathers Place!! 💜🦎🏖️🌞

Great experience! It was our first time renting a beach house! Love the outdoor shower to rinse off all the sand love the paint color all throughout the house, open concept, had a great time on the bikes that comes with the house, Tim offers beach chair, beach towels and much more with the house. Book gembythe sea!

I have stayed a quite a few air bnb homes through the years and I have to say Aerial was the most accommodating host I have ever had. She really made it a great stay with special touches for her guest! The house was cozy and comfortable with plenty of space. She was very responsive with any questions we had and gave us great local recommendations. Definitely a 10/10 all across the board!!!

A wonderful stay at Heather’s. My parents (ages 77 and 73) came along with my family and I for spring break. I have two boys (ages 6.5 and 3). The house was great for older people with it being one level. The boys LOVED the pond in the back as they got to see turtles every day from the kitchen window. Having the golf cart was awesome when we wanted to go to Baytowne Warf and the beach. Baytowne Warf is the neatest place. So many restaurants, stores and fun things for the kids to do. We got ice cream there every night ☺️ In the evenings there are fun events there as well. It’s just so cool. I’m a person that asks a lot of questions and Heather was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this place!

Great host and the home was conveniently located to beaches and local restaurants. Also, the neighborhood was quiet and all the beds were very comfortable! Will definitely rent again in the future! 😊

The home is beautiful! Also, we had our whole family and their were plenty of seats for everyone to eat together and also in the living room lots of seats to watch a movie together!

Couldn’t have picked a better spot for a couples vacation. The rooms exceeded our expectations, and every couple had a nice comfortable stay. The bunk beds were also huge, which worked in our favor for a pairs room. When we first arrived it was super easy entry, and we were even welcomed with a variety of snacks and treats. Great location, not too far off from Flora-bama which was the bar for the week. Beach access was conveniently close as well. Patio was the spot to have some outdoor chit-chat and grub. Purple parrot was also a really good spot for drinks, was never crazy busy with live music and drinks that weren’t expensive. This bnb was very well stocked with trash bags, tide pods, dish washer tablets, towels, toilet paper, etc. Not to mention an air fryer which did us well for reheating leftovers or a quick meal before we went out. 11/10 experience, and amazing price for everything it has to offer. I’ve paid double for places with less than half of the things offered at this stay

Place was great and served my family of 6 very well (2 adults and 4 young kids). The location is pretty awesome, very convenient for a variety of things. The golf cart is another bonus, was very nice to be able to zip around and explore and it’s just a short drive to Walton dunes beach.

This was absolutely perfect for my family! The information provided prior to check and made everything extremely smooth. So many things to do within The building was already A great start. Everything nearby also Made it extremely convenient. We loved the walkway through the parking garage into the building.And made us feel like we were Is getting on and off A cruise. The space Of the conda was extremely accommodating We were eight And we did not feel suffocated And we All had our own spaces, Comfortably! sheryl was extremely wonderful during the entire process highly, highly recommended!! We will definitely return.

We took our kids and grandkids (6 years and 3 years old) to this property and it was an awesome stay for all of us. Plenty of things for the kids to do and lots of space for adults to be together as a group or go off by themselves and read or relax quietly. Upon arrival, signage for the buildings is not displayed adequately so getting to the right building was a little tricky. Parking is free for two vehicles so be aware that there is a fee for any cars over 2. David was helpful in getting our extra parking pass even when the front desk did not have it on file upon arrival. David took care of the issue immediately and I am thankful. The actually property was clean, spacious and provided comfortable sleeping arrangements. The stay was very peaceful and quiet without distracting noise and the view is amazing! Thanks for a great week!

Jon and Teresa’s place was a great! It was walking distance from Pier Park and the Sky Wheel. Jon was very helpful with everything and if you needed anything and reached out he was quick to answer a call or respond to a message! I would highly recommend staying here! We will most definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay here. There were all the amenities you could need in the kitchen as well as other things what made you feel right at home. I especially enjoyed the touch of including games, puzzles, and books. The place was clean on arrival and easy to access and Robert provided clear instructions on how to get there. Glad I chose this location as my first Airbnb booking.

Great place to stay. Easy walk to the beach. Food at Sharky’s was fabulous and is directly across the street.
