We had a great time, the house was clean and had lots of fun activities. The kitchen had everything you could need. Having a grill was the cherry on top. Very thankful for Alicia and John, they were great hosts, and made sure we had everything we needed. Good luck beating my Pac-Man score!

A very beautiful and nicely furnished house, equipped with absolutely everything you would need in the kitchen or the beach. Everything looks new and very well cared for. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Recommend

My family spent the week in Pensacola while my husband worked for the local FHP troop, we attended to get away from hurricane Milton. This house was everything we could’ve asked for, it felt just like a mix of our home and my late father in laws home. We loved the decor and organization! The kids loved the guest rooms and my husband and slept peacefully in the master. The master shower is AMAZING and the back yard was so peaceful every morning while I enjoyed my coffee, the cardinals and I became friends lol. 10/10 recommend this home! We will most definitely be booking it again on our next visit! So much solitude and love in that home! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Loved this river house. We are local and this was a weekend staycation to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Unfortunately it did rain all weekend but that didn’t take away from the family time and just a relaxing getaway we needed from everyday life. I can only imagine how fun this place is in the summer. It’s cute, cozy and really the perfect place to be outdoors the majority of your stay. We also met a sweet neighbor kitty we enjoyed having around. Quiet community, highly recommend!

It was a nice place to stay pretty private and easy to get to everything and was very clean and easy to check in.

A great home in a great location with an outstanding host who was very responsive and accommodating. We had guests whose flights were coming in early and so we were able to check in earlier, which was great. The pool and outside kitchen, actually the entire outdoor space is inviting, quiet, and secluded. We enjoyed the amenities. The home is beautiful, spacious and easily accommodates 10. They also take pets, even though we decided not to bring ours. We will always look to reserve here first for future Pensacola trips.

Allison is a great host and communicates very quickly! It was easy to check in to her place and it was private and they were great hosts. I highly recommend her place for a single person or a couple. Everything you need is there and it is in a nice location. She described her place very well! I give it 5 stars!

Really enjoyed this rental. The host did a great job as always, we blew a breaker by having to many things plugged in at the same time at 9pm, and Julia responded promptly and kindly. I will always use this Airbnb when in the area. Thank you for the amazing stay.

I don’t have enough words for how amazing my stay was!! Came with 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths which was plenty enough for my stuff, but if needed there is a washer and dryer there to clean them. Plenty of pots and pans, i didn’t use any but they were there haha. Bed is comfy. Check in was super easy. I kept a key with me at all times and left one in the lock box which was very convenient for me. I will say there isn’t much of an area for dogs to use the bathroom BUT the back 2 units have a fenced in yard. I’m a big walker so i would just walk my dog down the street in the mornings so he could use the bathroom and then cleaned it up. 10/10 everything was perfect!! I will definitely be staying with them again!

Great stay close to downtown (5 minute drive). Well furnished and clean. In a historic house with historic charm.

The AirBNB was great. I stayed with my girl friend and we had a perfect stay. Olivia always responded when I needed. The place was clean and very close to town. We walked to get a coffee every morning. Only a 20 minute drive to Pensacola beach!

We loved the serene surrounding to the home. Although it is an apartment and laundry and pool are shared spaces we still felt that we had our privacy. The hosts were very pleasant and immediately responded to any need we had. All items needed to cook were available which is always handy. The commute to the beach was as described but a hassle free easy drive. We would definitely recommend this location to others!

A beautiful condo right on a beautiful beach. Host is very responsive and friendly. There was construction work going on while we were there and parking was very hard to come by, but our hosts made us aware of the work. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Unfortunately the coffee machine was broken , but not a big deal. Would stay again if ever in the area

I enjoyed my stay tremendously. The only negative is that I was only there for one night. It was very clean & I loved the huge bathrooms, robes, and patio. Diana was spot on in describing the place and it was a short commute to get to the beach.

The location of this condo was absolutely perfect and exactly what we needed! Everything was described as it is and we didn’t have any issues, we felt right at home! Dave was very responsive before and during our stay and answered any questions I had! We cannot wait to return!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! This condo was beautiful. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. This condo has everything you will need inside and out. Full kitchen with all accessories / cooking utensils. Washer & Dryer was nice. Condo location is very close to everything you need shopping, eating, and activity wise. Quick walk across the street to the beach. Spectacular balcony view of the beach, and Sunset. Lev was great at answering all questions we had. We would LOVE to stay again someday!

Great place to enjoy Pensacola. Close to everything-restaurants, shopping beach and sand dunes, Great view from large balcony Lots of everything supplied (towels,kichen utencils) Only complaint pool is freezing in March it does not appear to be heated) Loved this cosy home

We enjoyed our stay at Doug and Mary’s place. The view from the patio/balcony was our favorite part! We had easy access to the pools and the beach was so close, just a few steps away! The kitchen was well equipped and had a parking pass, what more could you ask for :)

Such a nice and peaceful place to stay and very kid friendly! The pool is heated so even though it was chilly outside my family was able to take a swim. I would definitely book here again!
