We loved staying here for the time we did! The area was super quiet and calm; gorgeous beaches and access is only about 10 minutes away by foot!

Host was great. Pool area is great and pool is large. We pulled a trailer and had an extra graveled area to park it. Had dock for launching kayaks into lagoon. Could also launch a boat. Little covered gazebo and place for grilling beside lagoon. Air conditioner worked very well in the extreme heat of summer.

The perfect little place! The location is great and it’s nice not to have all the extra fees for simply parking or wanting to use the pool/hot tub. Simple and straight to the point. I will be back for sure!

We just had an outstanding stay at Vincent's place! The place was the perfect size for our needs and a wonderful place to unwind after a long day out in Pensacola. The place is 3 minute drive from downtown while still being very private and away from the hustle and bustle (the private patio helps out a lot with that!) And Vincent did a fantastic job communicating updates and answering any questions we had. Would love to stay here again the next time we're in Pensacola!

Property and amenities are accurately described! The property is nicely situated on the bayou for great views and recreation. My family liked its convenient location to many things including near fishing spots and a variety of good restaurants. It provided for comfortable sleep and cooler temperature if wanted. The host is kind, considerate, and welcoming. We would look forward to staying again!

Patricia was an amazing host. There was supposed to be some severe weather on our second day and Patricia let us know that it was going to be rolling in late at night and told us to contact her if we had any issues

This house is fantastic—spotlessly clean and spacious. It exudes a perfect beach and California vibe. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the home is equipped with all the amenities you could need. I’ll definitely book again when I’m back in town. Janine's home was perfect for us! Humans and pups all appreciated the lovely shaded backyard, spacious living space (2 separate living rooms!), and a great location for our needs. Will definitely hope to stay here again the next time we're in town.

We had our first family staycation and this HOME really blew our expectations. Everyone was comfortable, relaxed and super happy!

Awesome stay we’re thinking about going back next year. There is a military base and two Air Force bases close by and you can hear them practicing in the day and see them fly by. This place is worth every penny! Very clean host was really friendly and told us about some great places to go. If you have any questions for him he responds 10 minutes or less. Very friendly people.

The pictures just don’t do it justice! As soon as we opened the door we were blown away with the beautiful tray ceilings and open floor plan. The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Nice washer and dryer with all the amenities that we needed. The location is in a small neighborhood,which we loved because traffic noise was low.

Birdsong Cottage is a beautiful, spacious home. As soon as you open the door, you feel welcomed, especially with all of the extra touches. And the huge yard was such a bonus for our fur kids. We were in town for a wedding, & it rained daily, so we didn't get to enjoy the outside amenities, like the inviting swings & grill. Thomas, the co-host, was a joy to communicate with throughout the process. He was very accommodating, understanding, & friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We'd definitely book again if we were in the area, & Birdsong was available.

My family and myself loved this property. Derek was so helpful and he responded to me within minutes of me asking questions. The property was very neat and clean. It's very convenient and it's very comfortable and calming. The game room was one of our favorites. I would recommend this property to anyone. Food restaurants and pier park are nearby. 10/10

We had a great time at Suzi’s place! We wanted to go to a beach that allowed dogs, and St George Island was everything we had hoped for. Suzi was super kind and responsive, always getting back to us promptly. Her place has a laid back atmosphere just like the entire island. Amazingly, you can see Apalachicola Bay from the kitchen window, and the Gulf from the beautiful screened in porch. We spent every morning enjoying long coffees outside. Her place is in a quiet part of the island. But the best part was definitely being a block and a half from the public beach access! We took multiple long walks every day with our dog Earl, who had never seen the ocean. The beds in Suzi’s place are comfy, and we loved that there was plenty of space to stretch out. Also not having to worry about carpets with a dog was a nice bonus. The place is very dog and people friendly! We will definitely be staying at Suzi’s place again! Highly recommend!

The mattress cover was torn on the main bed when we arrived, so we left another cover. The outside of the fridge could have been cleaned better. The bathrooms were great. We loved the covered parking because of its convenience and protection as there was a storm with strong winds one night. The dog walking area around the condo is very limited. We loved watching all of the sweet families enjoying the beach and pool from our private balcony. Overall, we had a very lovely stay.

We will definitely book here again. Very easy access to beautiful beaches and the pool was refreshing and clean!! The rooms were a good size and the living room area is actually bigger in person than the photo show. We enjoyed the balcony views ! Super clean place, don’t have any complaints!

I have zero complaints. Our stay was great! The hosts were very responsive and gave great recommendations. Check-in and check-out were very simple. The condo was very clean and we felt very safe and comfortable there. Highly recommend!

Quick response and flexible with our last minute reservation! Check in was seamless, plenty of parking, friendly staff, very clean place with excellent amenities! The view was stunning, beds were comfy and plenty of pillows and sleeping space. Easy access to beach chairs and umbrellas, we had everything we needed and more! Tasteful decor that created peaceful space. Clear instructions and security checks bracelets and maintains safety on property.

The private corner balcony with a view of the bay through the lush trees was exactly what we needed. I was worried I might regret not staying on the beach, but the tram was very handy and only took 10 minutes. We loved being right next to Baytowne Wharf. We also loved being inside a gated resort and felt extra safe. We had more than enough room for the 5 of us. This is two units next to each other so not only did we have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, but we had two kitchen spaces. The window views from every room were breathtaking.

A super cozy, clean place! The kitchen was throughly stocked, there were beach items on hand. Love this lil place would rent again!

We enjoyed staying at Robert and Carol’s place. The location - being able to walk right out onto the beach - was our favorite part of our stay. We had a bit of a difficult time finding the address as we arrived late but Robert answered the phone when we called and was very kind and helpful! We had no issues checking in and enjoyed the space. Kitchen was well stocked and there were soccer & basketball, plus the sticks and pucks for shuffleboard. Our kids liked sleeping in the Murphy bed better than the bunks. Robert was helpful when we had an issue with the AC. Overall we had a stellar experience! If we could change anything, replacing the carpet on the stairs inside the door would make it feel more clean.

Great little place in a perfect location. Directly across from the beach and extremely convenient. Just a two minute walk from the room to enjoy the beach. Also, the balcony has a great view and is a perfect location to have your morning coffee and breakfast while you are contemplating your day. I highly recommend this location and look forward to going back in the future.
