Extraordinary hosts!!!! The cottage was fully stocked, and very cleaned. They welcome you and allow you to walk their beautiful area as if it’s yours. Loved going out to the water every morning with my pups and on canoe rides. They welcomed my fur babies even when they were naughty and not listening. I could go on and on about this couple. We definitely plan to book with them again!!!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay! The air bnb was clean and tidy. Nearby restaurants, bay, grocery store.. all walkable distance. Family friendly area. Easy drive to public beach access with free and paid parking options.

This house is perfect, and it has everything you need. It is close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood so you don't hear all the hustle and bustle. I had my 7 yr old with me and we walked to the park everyday. Can't forget the homemade cookies and chocolates!!

We stayed in Seagrove Studio for five days and highly recommend this Airbnb. It’s in a great location, walkable to everything, spotless, many amenities and a very comfortable bed. We will definitely return. Thank you Laura!

Highly recommend this cute cottage. My mom, my dog, and I spent the month there. East Hill is a safe and peaceful neighborhood. The cottage is close to the dog park, which is by the water and has tennis courts! It’s a short drive from downtown and the Mako Athlete CrossFit gym, where I spent a lot of my time. The shared courthouse was peaceful and very private. Terri and Stuart are very kind hosts. They’re easy to talk to, but also gave us our space. I will be back!

We enjoyed our stay and it was a very warm cottage in a great location and the host was very attentive and friendly.

This place is adorable! Had everything we needed and more. Loved the special touches too. Perfect yard for our pup. Internet was spotty but we dealt with it. Would highly recommend this place!

This was our second stay at the Guesthouse, and we loved it! The Guesthouse is located in a safe, quiet area. It’s extremely clean with all the comforts of home. I’m sure we’ll be back for a third stay!

It was a cute & clean place to stay for a couple of nights! Location was nice, close to places to eat and not too terribly far from the beach and pier.

Fantastic cottage with lots of personal touches, a lovely card, and welcome packages. Mark and Tina truly want to make their guests feel at home, and that is greatly appreciated. It was also great that we could borrow beach gear! Quiet residential area with a nice restaurant nearby (Simply Seafood). We went on a dolphin tour, to the Fishing pier and beach in Panama City, and an airboat tour. We loved the bathroom with the lovely rainshower. For people with limited mobility, the bed upstairs might be a bit difficult to reach, but the sofa in the living room is a sofa bed so can be used as well. We had a great stay here! Thanks!

This little tiny house worked out perfect for my two weeks day while in the area working. The large fencing private lot is such a perk and they did a great job with the interior of the home.

An absolutely beautiful home with everything you need to have a peaceful and refreshing beach vacation. Conveniently located to many great restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations, and retail shops; the home is just minutes away from downtown while feeling quaint and quiet tucked away in a neighborhood. The owners are kind, responsive, and offer help in any way you might need. Their attention to detail is unprecedented and is one of the top 3 best experiences I have had with AirBnB. We stayed for a long weekend at the Blackwater Bungalow-such a charming lil cabin! Absolutely loved it & our stay. Pool in the park was a treat & was so refreshing. Beaches are an easy drive, as are local supermarkets. Locals are friendly in this area. I’m not sure what kind of mattress is on the master bed in this sweet cabin, but man-did my husband & I sleep like babies—so comfortable & perfect! Thank you for a delightful stay, Robert! We had a terrific time on our vacation & stay in your Air BnB.

10/10 , I definitely recommend to anyone looking into it! I loved everything about this place. The fan in the bedroom is lifesaver for someone as hot-natured as I am! The bathroom shower is spacious! The filtered water in the fridge is so convenient and the ice trays in the freezer as well. The blinds are a nice touch as they offer such great lighting during the day but just as much privacy when closed.

Great location, a little smaller than expected for the price we paid. Lovely walk to the beach was the highlight, only a few blocks away. Loved the area.

Such a great getaway !! Perfect alternative to a hotel, with nice custom added touches. The house is on a main road which has plenty of stores and places to eat. Minutes away from a nice bay! I can’t wait to come back :)

As a single traveler, this place was one of the best I’ve stayed at. I felt safe, the neighborhood was great to go for runs in the morning. Close enough to the beach but you don’t have to deal with a ton of people. They recommended Jitterbug, a local coffee shop and it was good! The place was very clean and perfect for morning coffee on the little cute porch :) Thanks for a great stay! I’ll be back

Sheila's tiny home was very comfortable and relaxing. Communication response was quick and helpful. The home is located in a perfect area near shopping, restaurants, and a short drive to the beach. Just the perfect vacation spot for 1 or 2 people. We would definitely stay here again.

Mallory‘s bungalow was just as advertised. Quaint and private We booked with Mallory due to her places proximity to downtown Pensacola so we could ride our bicycles. It was perfect. We could ride to restaurants or anywhere else we wanted to go on our bicycles. Looking forward to staying with Mallory again.

We stayed two nights and wish we would have had more time to explore the area. Having the kayaks was a major plus for us and we did get to use them a little bit it was pretty windy. We caught a catfish from shore which was fun. You have to check out the local coffee shop!

When we weren’t shopping in downtown Fairhope or eating at fantastic restaurants, we spent a lot of time at the boathouse just chilling. It was wonderful! This place was just what we were looking for - peace and quiet - and not too far from the few things we wanted to do.

for two people, a couples getaway, it was a very nice stay. local to the beaches with a little bit of a drive. lots of activities in the area to do. lots of fun!! had a great time.
