I don’t know if I can put into words how amazing this condo was! Beautiful accommodations with everything we needed for a one month stay. Everything in the place was very nice from the decor to the dishes, pots/pans, utensils, coffee/keurig, and bath towels! Michelle is the best host I have ever dealt with, very responsive & helpful. And the view was out of this world, loved watch the dolphins and the sunset! If we ever come to PCB again, we will definitely book this unit. Michelle, thank you for everything!

When we got there the back porch was covered in bird poop and feathers but as soon as I told Carol she got someone to clean it. I wish the patio furniture was better. It’s seems a little old and not comfortable to sit on. Carol was a good host and I would stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! This condo was beautiful. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. This condo has everything you will need inside and out. Full kitchen with all accessories / cooking utensils. Washer & Dryer was nice. Condo location is very close to everything you need shopping, eating, and activity wise. Quick walk across the street to the beach. Spectacular balcony view of the beach, and Sunset. Lev was great at answering all questions we had. We would LOVE to stay again someday!

We have stayed in Chris' condo for 4 years..enjoyed very stay . condo is equipped with everything you could need or want ...always clean and filled with owner pride...view from balcony is second to none..over these years we have noticed the entire complex has been well maintained..close to St Augustine historic area..they fire the cannons on weekends!..and outlet mall...enjoy eating at seafood kitchen..get the seafood platter for 2! ..good communication and Chris is always quick to respond..thanks Chris for letting us stay in your condo ..or your little piece or paradise...

Ben’s place was just as described. Perfect for the beach. Right outside the door. Beds and baths were perfect. I would only recommend a few updated kitchen items such as skillets and cooking utensils. Definitely plan on returning next year.

We had another fantastic spring break at the Beachcomber. I was reading different reviews to get a sense of what to write, and I was struck that so many people have stayed at this location multiple times and continue to choose to come back. I think that speaks a lot to how great this place is. And we have already reserved a return trip!

Look no further, book it now before someone else does. Fully stocked for long term stays. Fully. The best we have ever stayed in, by far. Dolphins every day swim past, Pelicans, Gannets, Gulls, Loons, Ducks and more. The most beautiful cloud formations and sunsets out of this world, What a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We spent January 2025 there during the record snowfall. Pristine white sand beach at the end of the private boardwalk, so readily accessible, The walk in shower in the master bedroom has me thinking about a redo at our place, it was great. My boyfriend and I decided to go on vacay to St Augustine for the first time for both of us. I honestly believe that even though St Augustine is a really wonderful and charming city as we were told, staying at Todd's place really enhanced our overall experience. It was very convenient and it's located very close to the beach. We rode bikes to get there, just for fun and it was like 5 min away but walking I guess it's like 10 to 12 min. It was 15 minutes away to all the touristic attractions downtown and 7 min from the Lighthouse. We also did some kayaking to see the dolphins and it was only 8 min away. The apartment was perfectly clean and equiped with nice furniture, comfortable bed and tv's. We really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely come back soon and stay where we did.

We loved our stay in St. Augustine! This was the perfect location for our family of 4. We walked to the beach, shops, and restaurants, and took a short drive to visit the sites in Old St. Augustine. Stephanie provided everything we needed - including beach gear! I highly recommend this spot for a fun and relaxing beach vacation.

The place was just like the photos, very clean, easy to access and beautiful. I would definitely stay in this place again and the host, Todd was very friendly and responded very quickly. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

We had a wonderful vacation at Jeremy's condo; the whole family loved it. Super clean, beautiful, and easy access to the parking garage and elevators are a plus, too. We would love to come back. If anyone is considering this place, do not hesitate; you will love it. A++++

Great stay. Condo is well outfitted and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful, no loud neighbors and all are friendly. Narelle is extremely responsive and proactive. Highly recommend.

I loved this condo. Peaceful and location was an easy walk to the beach! Great parking! Inside the clean, non cluttered space, were the conveniences of home. I love to cook, and am not a paper plate gal. The kitchen was stocked with wonderful dishes! Glass! Not plastic! The oven is small and there is no pan that fits! I read that in another review; still no pan. We baked a pizza right on grids! Worked great! I’d stay again!

The condo is very comfortable. It has everything you need and more. Cindy is very quick to respond. She lives in the building in case you need something and answered very quickly. Condo is almost next to Florabama which is fun! Balcony is small if you like to sit outside with crew for sunsets and the entire property including balconies and area by pool/grills/jacuzzi is no smoking (and they enforce this). Beach in front of condo is easy to access and not too crowded! Everything is very clean! Thanks!

Our stay at this Panama City Beach condo was absolutely perfect! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had breathtaking beach views. The balcony was our favorite spot to relax. The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The location was ideal—near the beach and close to great restaurants. We enjoyed six great days and hopefully able to return one day. Highly recommend this place!

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

Room was cleaned fairly well just some hair on the bathroom floor and Batson on on the wall But overall nice

Al’s condo is outstanding. It was even better than the pictures. The panoramic ocean view (sunrises are amazing), very nice furnishings, and convenience of being directly on the beach was just perfect for a family vacation. Condo has everything you need to feel right at home. Great area with tons of restaurant options. Finally, Al is a great communicator and genuinely wants your stay to be perfect. 10/10. We will return.

Beautiful place. There were 3 ‘littles’ with us and they loved the pool, beach and the bunkbeds. Very busy area, but we stayed on the premises most of the time and it was calm and cool. Would recommend!!

This place is in such a gorgeous setting. I’m a linen snob and I highly approve of their bed linens. The host communicated fast and had the washer replaced quickly he realized it had gone out before our stay. We had the best time as a family of 6 and will certainly be back! The closet FULL of beach toys helped us to not have to pack so much. My favorite part was watching the dolphins in the water from the living room couch.

Second time staying here. Loved it. Girls trip with 6 of us. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Heated pool came in handy because the ocean was too chilly. No complaints and will look to stay there next year. Host is very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend.
