Javier was a friendly and helpful host. This property is centrally located to all the Disney attractions, grocery, and restaurants. We enjoyed having the two primary suites for this multi-generation trip. In addition the fenced in backyard was great for the dog. Would stay here again if we came back.

We spent two weeks at this property. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and lanai which is surrounded by local wildlife and birds. A very peaceful spot. There were plenty of chairs, pool floats, etc available to use at the beach. The beach requires a drive. So having a portable pushcart to tote all the beach gear was very helpful. The kitchen is well equipped. The location was central to restaurants. Since our visit was during high season the island is very busy. It was our first visit to the area. Felix’s place is a lovely home.

Umar was a wonderful host and very responsive to any needs or last minute adjustments. We will definitely be back again to stay, as the home was exactly what we needed for our birthday celebration getaway. We had 6 total guest staying the home, which was comfortable and still private.

Rhonda's home was great! It has everything that you could possibly think of needing. It was perfect for my son and I. He had a wonderful time doing what he loves right from the backyard. We fished from the dock and kayaked down the river with the manatees in the provided kayaks. The area is quite and peaceful and you literally have everything you need for a great getaway right in the backyard. We will definitely look to see if Rhonda's home is available the next time we visit.

We had a wonderful time! The kitchen was well equipped and the living area was comfortable. Owners were very attentive. It should be noted that instead of 2 king beds and 2 twins, there was just 1 king, 1 queen and 2 twins. Also, 5 miles to Disney equates to about a 30 minute drive. Overall, a great 5star review! 🌟

This is a well equipped modern home that is only 5 houses away from beautiful Anna Maria Beach. The hosts have supplied everything you could possibly need. For example, needed a small extension cord to plug in a sleep apnea device and there was one right in the kitchen drawer. Will definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend this home.

We had a great time staying here. The house was well-maintained and nearby to many great restaurants, beaches, shopping areas. The backyard is super private and the neighborhood was quiet. The hosts were wonderful and responsive when I had any questions. Highly recommend this home.

Our family of 8 stayed here for one night on our way up north. We are very grateful that this family hostel still exists! This is right downtown in the historic district and so everything is very walkable. Jenny and crew make everything very hospitable with a game for the children to play when they check in, games in the tv room and pancakes made for everyone in the morning. :) Great for a family that wants to explore St Augustine.

Gabriel’s condo had the most incredible ocean view from the 12th floor. The studio had everything I needed for my spring break week. My favorite part of every day was coffee in bed watching the sunrise over the ocean! I walked the beautiful paver stone beach walk every morning before 10:00 am, a great way to get steps in first thing! My biggest decision every day was whether to hit the beach, pool or take the trolley and explore other parts of Miami Beach. So many great restaurants and shopping nearby! The gym was clean, equipment was great and it was never crowded. Gabriel’s place was fantastic, perfect location and lively!

Eric's little cottage was cozy. we loved that it was set back into a quiet location. it also had a dock that you can fish on. Chonchy Jo's is down the road that serves excellent food and live music.

Great value for size. 4th floor is lowest floor in the tower, so you cannot see the beach but you can see the ocean. Pictures looked dark but plenty of light throughout. Nice furnishings and thoughtful layout. Bathroom backs the lift, but most of the time it is very quiet. We went during Spring Break expecting some noise. Lobby was bustling but it was quiet on our floor. Don’t miss the restaurant. Prices are reasonable and the food was better than the ratings let on. Kitchen not very stocked but there is a convenience store downstairs. Free Trolly out-front for all of Miami Beach. Valet service got behind with all the guests, so give them about 20 minutes while busy. You can call ahead, but dropping off after a night out will take some patience. Great value on Mid-Beach.

Great place if you’re looking for an affordable option for a larger family that is walking distance to all the stuff to do in Saint Augustine. I loved the rooftop deck and watching the sunset.

The house is beautiful and we were very comfortable. The private backyard and pool is awesome. We spent most of our time back there and the boys loved playing in the pool all day long. It was really a great place and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for some down time to relax under the palms around a pool. Thank you for the great place to stay.

Muito bem localizada e casa muito aconchegante. Supermercado e restaurantes próximos. Sterling foi muito amável, respondeu com rapidez problema que tivemos com Internet e nos permitiu antecipar por algumas horas o horário de entrada e saída do imóvel. Recomendo

This was our third stay at Avi’s. Beautiful, peaceful location and spacious condo. Beaches, restaurants and activities are all close by. Avi is proactive in communication and quick to respond if there is an issue. Love this place!

This is a great location close to everything you can walk, bike or ride to anything you want in 10 minutes. You may find yourself wanting to just stayat the resort. EdgeWater has always been a family favorite and continues to be today.

My family and I would definitely stay here again. Everything was clean and pictures represent the place well. Love the balcony. Very spacious. Host is very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

This place is very spacious and extremely close to Disney World! It’s well stocked with things you need for your stay. When we contacted the owner about a couple of things that needed to be fixed, they were done so very quickly. The only complaint I would have to have is that maintenance will come into your rental while you are not there and the pool cleaners entered the back patio without making anyone aware. My daughters were outside and it felt a little uncomfortable. Other than that we really enjoyed this house and we would rent from Adriana again when we come back.

Carlos’ condo is a great place to stay. All you need in a condo. Plenty of things to cook with and two great TVs. Beds are firm. Highly recommended

Excellent trip!! Karen was amazing with all the info she provided. We never needed to ask anything because she somehow knew what we needed!! The communication was spot on! The view from her condo is 100% perfect. I don’t think I have the words to describe just how amazing the whole place was. Clean, well decorated, stocked with just what we needed. Will totally stay again!! 10/10 recommend!!

Sandra fue una persona muy amable y flexible con nuestros horarios. Siempre respondió cuando le consultamos. El departamento esta muy bien equipado. Tiene toallas de playa y toallas para el departamento, cosas para la playa, cocina equipada, todo muy bien. El edificio es un poco antiguo, pero dentro del departamento los ambientes son muy amplios. Y esta muy cerca de la playa.
