As always Siesta Key is a paradise! Villa 7 at Crescent Arms is the perfect spot, close to beach and convenient parking. Unit was clean and spacious. Despite SK being in repair/rehab mode everywhere you look, Villa 7 was one of the few ground level units 100% functional. We love Siesta Key and will be back!

kitchen cupboards full of dishes not needed. no room to put food in cupboards. cutlery very dull. should've had an ice cream scoop & a kitchen scissor.

Our stay on Ft Myers was very comfortable. The house was nicely appointed with a great kitchen and nice furniture. Going to the beach was no problem with the use of the wagon and chairs. There is a Publix to grab food and several restaurants for dining in Ft Myers Times Square. I recommend renting bikes to get to town-it’s a long walk-or use a shuttle service. There is some building noise around the house but we were not bothered by it. Happy to see Ft Myers beach getting back on its feet!!

We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We stayed here with 7 other families for a cheer competition. The kids staying ranged in ages from 1 to 12 (boys/girls) and they all loved every space! We were able to watch movies in the theater area, bowled, swam, and used the arcade often! The kitchen had 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers which was so nice! The massive TV in the living room was awesome, and the dads had no problems figuring out how to get multiple basketball games going at the same time. There were also plenty of pots/pans for cooking, and dishes/silverware for meals. I will say, if you’re planning on doing dishes or laundry, make sure you bring those detergents, etc or put them on your grocery list. Also, be sure and bring shampoo and conditioner. Some airbnbs include those items and others don’t. This one does not. Obviously not a problem, but just wanted to put it out there for anyone planning what to bring. Ellie was super quick with her responses. Great house!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The space was spacious, and the bedrooms/bathrooms easily accommodate our group of 9 family members. The pool was nice and the rental was exactly as described. Hollywood Rentals and their staff are very responsive to any need, extremely professional and kind! Definitely worthy of our 5 star rating! Thank you!

Beautiful house! They had corn-hole, life size chess, and puttputt. Very spacious with lots of beds. 5 bedrooms down stairs each containing 2 beds expect one room with a king. Upstairs there is the master bedroom and two other rooms with queens. We had the best week!

Fantastic home with a fantastic host. Daniel was very responsive (down to the minute) and very accommodating. The home was spotless, large and open, with a beautiful backyard/patio/pool area. I recently stayed at this beautiful home, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless, and the host was responsive and welcoming. The house itself was clean, well-decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. The living space was cozy, with plenty of natural light and comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing. The location was also a huge plus—nestled in a nice neighborhood but still close to great restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. The backyard space and pool were a highlight, offering a peaceful place to unwind and have fun. The bikes, kayaks and stand ups boards were an added bonus and something we truly enjoyed. Overall, this rental was a fantastic experience, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Hosts were responsive and helpful, the space itself is gorgeous with great amenities. Could have honestly stayed at the house all weekend if not for my plans. Only issue would be the distance to everything else I wanted to do but that isn’t a mark on the hosts but on myself for not realizing how big Miami actually is. I was concerned about the rules, mainly that my guests or would do something to incur a fine but after a while I realized they weren’t that strict. Great place would recommend for someone looking for a quiet, private stay where they want to relax with a few friends

I had an amazing stay at this waterfront Airbnb! The location was perfect, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

My husband and I throughly enjoyed the two weeks we spent at Monika’s home. The house was absolutely beautiful! If you like to cook, the kitchen hosted everything you could want. The house is set up perfect with the master bedroom away from the other rooms which hosts wonderful privacy with a large open kitchen and family room for conversation. The lanai has a wonderful table for six, a table for four, along with four lounge chairs and tables. The heated pool was nice with an outdoor shower also. The attention to detail of furniture, essentials, plus extras made our stay wonderful. The neighborhood is very quiet which we appreciated. The location is perfect to head to the beach (15 minutes) or shopping. (10 minutes). If we had any questions, Monika was very quick in response and offered help. We’ve already booked to come back in 2026 and stay for a month. I highly recommend Monika’s home if what I mentioned is what you expect when traveling to this part of Florida.

We stayed for 3+ weeks over Christmas and NYE in Niki’s Naples villa. The house, the lanai and the garden provide a Florida home away from home - it’s tidy and spacious, yet cosy and homey. Walking, cycling, driving and parking inside the Briarwood gated community feels so safe. Our favourites: 1. The villa’s layout with high floor-to-ceiling height, four bedrooms, three baths and the living room, kitchen and lanai at its heart. 2. Fishing in the canal just behind the house. 3. Briarwood’s well kept, pleasant neighbourhood with nice sunny walks and bike rides, pickleball courts, basketball and more. Lastly, Niki was a great host and made our stay a breeze by being service minded, accessible and professional. Niki made our booking and our stay run smoothly.

It was a great place to stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area.

Our family absolutely loved everything about this home. The decor and paintings on the walls were stunning. The home included so many extra amenities to use the list is endless. Luis was a very responsive host. Our family will definitely stay here for future vacations.
