Ashera and Luke were about the best hosts and now friends you could ask for. Their beautiful, well built rustic cabin was cozy with all the amenities we needed. The property is breathtaking, with a space for every need or want. We stayed for a respite from home in WNC and overwhelming emotions and energy from Helene, and our hosts were more supportive than we ever could have asked for. We will definitely be making this a regular getaway and sanctuary. Absolutely loved the stay and our hosts.

I didn't have any problems with my stay and there were no problems with anything. He was very polite and communicative. We weren't rushed out when it was checked out or anything. I would definitely stay here again

Has everything you need. Great views and the locals are extremely friendly! The home itself was very comfortable for a relaxing stay. Our internet was out due to winter storms. But the host did everything he could to get it working, which we very much appreciate. The views are absolutely wonderful and the hot tub is such a bonus! If you come here, take the time to visit the Chateau Morrisette Restaurant. There is no relation to this Airbnb, but has the best food and serve I’ve ever experienced. Love that this house is not too far from everything in the area, but far enough that you’ll barely hear any cars or neighbors. Another great place is the Crossroads Cafe just a 5 minute drive. Thanks for our stay!

the cabin is amazingly cozy. I was there off season and it was extremely peaceful. we hard record cold temps and I was perfectly warm and cozy and lots of hiking and nature to enjoy. I saw deer every day. Jake is a really great host, there was an internet issue (not his fault just a service needed to be reset by the Internet company) when I checked in at it was solved almost instantly. he was super responsive without being imposing.

Absolutely beautiful cabin and land. If you are looking for a very private get-a-way cabin, look no further. We did have power issues due to a winter storm, but Katherine was extremely responsive and helpful in working with us through everything. We will definitely be booking this in the future!

This super cozy cabin in the woods was perfect for a weekend in the mountains! It was quaint and comfortable and convenient to Floyd. We loved sitting by the wood burning fireplace in the living room and the bed was super comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again!

These folks run a top-tier stay in the middle of the Blue Ridge Mts. My family enjoyed the getaway, and we soaked up all of the air and sun that we could! Simply put, we are already planning our return next spring. Thank you so much!

AMAZING! Due to the snow storm the power got knocked out and Rebecca moved us to another cabin “The Little Red Barn”. It was extremely amazing. The view was incredible and we relaxed so much. We even extended our trip another day. Rebecca was so nice about helping us book another night. I had the most fun ever. I will say bring your groceries the stores are pretty far out about 30mins, but it’s an amazing country view if you need to. Also make sure to come during the day, it’s very dark at night not much of any lights. 10/10 Stay👏🏾

This is a beautiful place. I can imagine it would be amazing in fall but also if there were snow on the trees. The house is very well appointed. Everything you need and more. Layout is great as well.

If you're looking for peace and quiet, you will find it here. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the home, the binder with great explanation of everything, and the peace of nature. The only sad parts were the gas logs didn't work and leaving. To whomever the housekeeper is, thank you! You made our stay so enjoyable by having this home so neat and organized. Thank you to the homeowners for sharing your home with us.

Super nice spot to get away from it all. The cutest, cozy, most charming cottage. Gorgeous area with not a whole lot of things to do but unplug and relax. Rocking on the front porch sipping a bottle of local wine with my dog by my side watching the geese in the pond reset my soul.We soooo needed that.

The views from the cabin are as promised and as shown in the pictures, which was the primary reason we rented here. The cabin was also clean and comfortable. Overall, a great stay!

Perfect place for a quiet home with easy access to VT and the rest of the New River Valley

We loved our stay! The house was clean, plenty of utensils, pots and pans etc. Pat was easy to reach when I had a couple questions. It was very relaxing and nice to be off the beaten track. I would recommend to anyone looking for peach and quiet, simple living. 😉
