Abbiamo fatto la nostra annuale reunion tra vecchi amici ed é stata la location perfetta! C’era un ampio soggiorno dove stare tutti insieme, cucina attrezzatissima! Estrema pace dei sensi e paesaggio mozzafiato ! Dolcissimi i gattini intorno alla casa. La signora poi é stata così gentile che al nostro arrivo, sapendo che eravamo enologi, ci ha lasciato 4 bottiglie da assaggiare della zona ! Grazie !

Casale a dir poco stupendo! Dotato di ogni comfort, dall’aria condizionata a ogni possibile utensile per cucina, per non parlare delle dotazioni extra fornite in ogni bagno o all’interno dell’area lavanderia. Arredamento originale, moderno, ricercato ed elegante. Spazio esterno da sogno! Vista mozzafiato, un intero frutteto con prodotti 100% biologici a nostra completa disposizione. Vincenzo è un host discreto e riservato ma sempre presente e disponibile all’occorrenza. Apprezzatissimi i suoi consigli su attività, ristoranti e posti da visitare nei dintorni. Al nostro arrivo ci ha omaggiato con una bottiglia di una cantina locale e con dell’ottimo olio abruzzese. Il nostro Golden Retriever ha adorato lo spazio esterno, giardino super curato e vista mozzafiato a 360º, alba e tramonti spettacolari. Soluzione perfetta per chi fugge dal caos della città e cerca un soggiorno di totale relax. Mancherebbe solo una bella piscina dopodiché sarebbe la casa dei sogni! Torneremo sicuramente!

Wir verbrachten 12 traumhafte Tage zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder im Alter von 2, 4 und 6) bei Francesco und seiner Familie. Das Haus, das Gelände, der Pool entsprechen den Bildern und Beschreibungen - es ist wunderschön und sehr privat. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hauses sind auf hohem Niveau und dem Preis entsprechend. Die Lüftungsanlage des Hauses ist selbst für die hohen Temperaturen im August vollkommen ausreichend und sehr angenehm. Haus und Einrichtung sind sehr stilvoll, passend zur Gegend, nachhaltig und aus hochwertigen Materialien. Der Natur-Pool ist fantastisch, sauber und perfekt angelegt. Die gesamte Außenanlage ist in einem erstaunlichen Zustand und top gepflegt. Francesco, seine Schwester und seine Eltern sind sehr zuvorkommende Menschen, jederzeit bemüht Tips für die Umgebung, den Strand und Restaurants zu geben. Sie sind sehr zurückhaltend und respektieren die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste.

fantastic place Moreno told us about a local supermarket so friendly little English but did not stop being very helpful along with a local garage he told me about. the supermarket told us of a local fantastic restaurant. was also a truck stop but don't be put off amazing food and reasonable prices

The house is located in the most beautiful alley, it has everything you need, spotless clean. Located in an area of Italy that is a hidden gem. But the best part of staying there was the hosts. Sara and Alessandro are the most welcoming, open hearted people I’ve met. They love people, and their village. they host with passion and with patience. I was traveling alone and they made me feel I was home. They also have the best tips for things to do around, and are doing these amazing e bike experiences. The best place to stay when visiting Abruzzo!!!!

è andato tutto bene, compresa la vicinanza alla spiaggia e ai suoi servizi...utile la pineta tra casa e mare che abbiamo sfruttato tutti i giorni causa il caldo soprsttutto durante il pranzo...gentili anche quelli del greenbay. Unica nota stonata il rumore del treno che disturba appunto durante il riposino in pineta...comune o ferrovie dovrebbero fare barriere antirumore almeno in alcuni tratti più frequentati

Vi var to familier i en leilighet, 4 voksne og 5 barn i alder 9-15 år. Vi hadde to fantastiske uker i villaen. Villaen har en utrulig flott utsikt til sjøen, og har badebasseng, ping pong, basketkorg og mere som barne kunne aktivisere seg med. Vi kom sent om natten, men Rosa stod klar for å ta oss imot. Der var mat så vi kunne spise både frokost og lunsj neste dag. Leiligheten ble godt rengjort i løpet av oppholdet, og sengetøy ble skiftet. Det er nyttig med bil for å komme seg rundt, da butikk ikke er i ganga stand. Vi besøkte ulike nydelige strender, og ble begeistret for den koselige byen Vasto. Vi opplevde at folk generelt sett var hyggelige og imøtekommende. Vi kan absolutt anbefale Villa Osca og området rundt til andre reisende.

excellent accueil par Daniela, qui est une hôte accueillante très gentille et disponible. l'environnement est magnifique avec les vignes où l'on peut se promener avec le chien, la vue que l'on peut admirer au moment de l'apéritif dans les différents salons aménagés avec goût ! l'accès à la cavé pour déguster les produits locaux est une superbe idée et à tester ! nos trois enfants ont adoré l'environnement avec la piscine, le trampoline et les parties enflammées de baby-foot qui nous rappelées notre jeunesse ! merci pour ce long week-end où nous avons abandonné nos téléphones et où nous avons profitez de la douceur de la nuit dans un logement très propre et agréable à 5 ! je vais recommander ce logement à des amis ! et sûrement à très bientôt !

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die moderne und saubere Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die idyllische Landschaft rundherum war einfach traumhaft und trug zu unserem entspannten Aufenthalt bei. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außerordentliche Freundlichkeit von Michela & Massimo. Der Garten mit dem Pool und den vielen Spielmöglichkeiten war ein echtes Highlight und bot reichlich Gelegenheit zur Erholung und zum Spaß. Zudem wurden wir mit köstlichem, selbstgebackenem Brot und hervorragendem, hausgemachtem Wein verwöhnt. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen und auf jedenfall gerne wieder buchen würden. Familie Ekmekci

Beautiful location with a lovely outdoor area. The space was great for a big group, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was fantastic with responding and provided recommendations in the area - very much so recommend the chef and also the wine tasting nearby. A plus was the pizza oven. Interior of the home is quite simple, some of the outdoor furniture could be in need of some replacement / new cushions. We also needed to pick up a few extra items like soap, shampoo and toilet paper for the bathrooms especially for a one week stay.

Our stay at Angelo‘s was absolutely incredible! Nestled in a stunning mountain location, this property offers breathtaking views and a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The host was exceptional—so friendly, responsive, and helpful, making sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. From the moment we booked, they were attentive and quick to answer any questions, adding a personal touch to the experience. We traveled with family, and this getaway proved to be the ideal space for bonding and relaxation. Whether it was enjoying morning coffee with the mountain view, exploring the surroundings, or simply unwinding in the cozy atmosphere, we cherished every moment. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and memorable escape. We would absolutely love to visit again.

Le logement est situé dans un très bel endroit. La piscine a debordement est immense avec une vue imprenable. La maison est tres bien entretenue et le jardin magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Stefania mais avons passé le séjour avec Pia et Agno qui sont les parents de Stefania. Quel bonheur, une merveilleuse rencontre, très touchante et humaine. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes vraiment touchés par nos échanges et si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons les voir avec grand plaisir.

It is a beautifully restored old house, well equipped and comfortably furnished. The grounds are large and well maintained, in a secluded location but still close to facilities in Civitella del Tronto and Villa Lempa. The swimming pool is large and kept clean. There is great walking and cycling from the house and nearby, and beautiful towns and villages such Civitella, Campli and Ascoli Piceno. Ombretta was a great host, very friendly and responsive. The house is looked after day to day by Luciano who is a charming and helpful man. A great place to stay and hoping to return.

Leonardo è stato un host semplicemente perfetto. Oltre a venirci incontro con un check in anticipato, ci ha subito deliziato con delle chicche della zona per poterla vivere al meglio e dei piccoli cadeau che hanno allietato il nostro soggiorno. Avere a disposizione le bici per gli spostamenti è stato eccezionale, la casa era impeccabile, l’indicazione di un bagno convenzionato dove rilassarci è stato molto di aiuto e di classe (oltre a fornirci uno sconto su pranzi e cene). Consigliato vivamente a chiunque, se dovessimo tornare qui non esiteremo un attimo a scegliere Leonardo. Grazie ancora

L’ospitalità, la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Erika e della mamma sono state eccezionali! Erika sempre disponibile per ogni bisogno e consiglio, la casa è spaziosa, comoda,pulita e fornita di ogni confort! Super consigliato

La casa immersa tra gli ulivi crea un’atmosfera di relax nel silenzio assoluto il tutto contornato da una vista davvero meritevole. L’appartamento è ben fornito di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno (stoviglie, asciugamani…). Bruno è stato un host molto gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutarci! I posti da lui consigliati ci hanno lasciato piacevolmente soddisfatti.

Sonia e Nicolino sono degli host veramente eccezionali, molto gentili, disponibili e di cuore. Il check-in ottimo come anche il check-out. Casa con un giardino molto carino con due terrazzi con vista sul mare. Inoltre un bel prato curato e anche il parcheggio ottimo. La macchina rimane dentro il recinto al sicuro e direttamente vicino la porta di entrata, quindi molto comodo. Ci è piaciuto tutto e ritorneremo di sicuro. Grazie di cuore cari Sonia e Nicolino!

The place is not only clean and cozy, but fully equipped and rebuild with a love and care, that you can feel in every corner. The kitchen has everything you need to make yourself delicious local food, the living room is inviting and has a view on the serene landscape around Vicoli, olive trees, mountains and occasional visits by cats. The cottage is ideally located for guests who want to explore the abruzzese mountains, but the beach is under an hour away. In 5 minutes you can buy local ingredients freshly picked from the soil of the region and the people — the most friendly people I have encountered in a long time. Now let’s get to the best part: Francesca and Maurizio are among the best hosts we have ever encountered. Always just a message away for a good recommendation on how to spend the day, a good restaurant around the corner or just a friendly chat. Truly, this place is one of a kind.

Amazing place. We loved being just across from the beach. The area was private and quiet during our stay. Inside the unit we had sufficient amenities for a week long stay including basic cooking supplies, oven and microwave. There are heat pumps in each room and the living room. Check-in was super easy and Fabian was so very helpful during our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!
