Beautiful house with plenty of room for everyone! Caroline was very accommodating for later checkout times and responded quickly. Made the process very easy and perfect for stress-free trip!

Niko is an amazing host. His hospitality and kindness helped us through a tough time, as we needed to evacuate FL for a hurricane. He allowed us to stay with our pets, which was perfect. The area is quiet yet there’s still a lot to do just a few minutes up the road. Great area for bird (and other animal) watching. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool but it was beautiful nonetheless. Plus there’s a Buc-ees less than 15 minutes away! :o highly recommend for a nice relaxing trip, or if you need a place to stay in an emergency like us :) the area felt safe and secure. We would definitely come back!

We booked this stay very last minute, and our host was very gracious and accommodating to our last minute booking. The house was very clean and we felt right at home as soon as we walked into the house.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage in the heart of Magnolia Springs! The home was cozy, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed.  The area is absolutely charming with its picturesque oak-lined streets. We loved being within walking distance to Jesse’s Restaurant and a short drive from so many great attractions like Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Wharf, Foley and Fairhope. It was the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway with easy access to fun nearby spots!

I think what makes a review worthwhile is that you have a host who communicates VERY WELL! I don’t know how many times I had to reach out to Gabriel with questions but I can truly appreciate his speedy responses! The house was in great shape and fully stocked with the things we needed for our time there. The only thing that I feel could be improved was just the amount of sweeping before guest arrival. My kiddos have bad allergies and the floors weren’t as tended to as I would have liked, but we got it under control with the cleaning supplies that were provided. I will definitely be booking again in the near future, we truly enjoyed our stay! Thanks Gabriel!

The home was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay—it truly felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The location was ideal, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. This is the perfect place for any stay. It is very clean and cozy with a great view of the water. It is tucked away in a quiet area and yet close to everything you need. Upon arrival, it was so thoughtfully stocked with snacks, coffe/beverages and toiletries. We were there for a dance competition and there were even make-up towels put in the bathroom for my daughter to use. This was so helpful for this mom who had a ton of hustle and bustle during our stay. They were even so kind to help with our time change for check-in. Thank you so very much! We will definitely return!

Joseph’s place exceeded my expectations. The place was clean and the kitchen was FULLY stocked. I usually don’t cook on vacation but the kitchen was so well equipped I felt like I was home. He provided beach towels which was a plus. Felt like home away from home. I will definitely return. The location is perfect with grocery stores and restaurants near by. Very quiet neighborhood

Pensacola was a very nice place to visit and tour. Coming back each evening to a comfortable place and sitting on the porch was great. Sarah provided a timely backup for the TV connection when required. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

When my daughter owned the door, she simply had one word, “Wow”. It is a beautiful place. The master bedroom and bath are spacious to say the least. There is plenty of room in the kitchen. Very clean. My wife, and our girls love to spend time in the hot tub after a day at the beach. The location is highly convenient. Publix and the Walmart grocery are within 2 miles. A couple of ice cream shops within two miles. All that is enough, but you also have a lady, Cynthia, that has the answers to all your questions, and she is local. You can also message Tony, and you will get a response. I do enjoy the view on the 17th floor, and the elevators are quick, so there is no disadvantage to the higher floors. We will certainly stay again if we come to Orange Beach again.

Lisa's place was in a perfect location to explore Pensacola, a shorte walk to historic downtown and the waterfront. It was in a nice historic neighborhood, with easy, on-street parking. The apartment was in the second floor of a historic, Victorian home, with another Airbnb rental across the hall, accessed by a steep, narrow flight of stairs. The space was large, with a really comfortable bed. It's not a true 1-bedroom apartment; the bed is in the same room as the living area. It was quiet and peaceful and stress-free. We enjoyed our stay.
