Abbiamo serenamente trascorso quattro giorni in questa magica struttura in stile Umbro-Toscano, che ha ospitato comodamente tre coppie di amici in ampie, eleganti e funzionali camere dotate di tutti i confort. L’ampia sala da pranzo e adiacente cucina ci ha permesso di vivere insieme colazioni e cene. Il patio esterno permette di ammirare il paesaggio intorno in qualsiasi ora della giornata. Molto apprezzata è stata la zona di cottura esterna, dotata di barbecue e forno a legna in pietra che ci ha permesso di gustare una grigliata serale. Una vacanza che per ciascuno di noi, nessuno escluso, ha assunto un inaspettato valore aggiunto proprio per la bellezza e comodità di questa struttura, armonicamente inserita nel paesaggio collinare umbro. Un sentito ringraziamento da parte di tutti noi a Daniele Rossi che ci ha ospitato, per l’estrema gentilezza, disponibilità e discrezione, permettendoci quattro giorni di vero relax.

An incredible estate that felt like you’re staying at a rustic Italian mansion. The grounds outside were stunning and massive and well groomed. The house is also quite massive with loads of privacy for the guests from each other. We were a group of 11 and it never for a moment felt crowded. The host was extremely patient and kind. If it’s available take it. We will be back!

Esperienza indimenticabile in questa bellissima proprietà. Ognuno di noi 12 ha goduto del massimo comfort e relax. Stanze ampie ed accoglienti, ambienti comuni ben arredati, cucina dotata di tutto, giardino e terrazze esterne dal quale la vista è mozzafiato. Un luogo affascinante! Consigliamo assolutamente a tutti coloro che amano la tranquillità e desiderano visitare i più bei borghi e città dell'Umbria e Toscana.

My friends and I had a quite pleasant stay in this house. Samantha is really nice and answers very quickly. The trip went well. The scenery and the view from the swimming pool were astonishing! I'd probably come to the same AirBnB if I were to come back to this part of Italy.

Kaikilla mukavuuksilla varustettu talo, josta hienot näkymät. Luca ja muu väki ystävällisiä ja auttavaisia. Todin kaupunki on lähellä, siellä on paljon nähtävää ja hyviä ravintoloita. Talo sijaitsi korkealla avarien maisemien keskellä. Loistavat kävelymaastot sille, joka pitää korkeusvaihteluista. Kävelyn jälkeen mukava pulahtaa uima-altaaseen. Umbriassa on paljon nähtävää tunnin ajomatkan säteellä (Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia, Euroopan korkein putous, järvi yms.)

Villa Torrone is a warm and well laid out villa. If you book the apartments it can cope with 15 or perhaps more people easily. The BBQ works well and the loggia is a spacious dining or chatting area. The pool is great and has another loggia. The grounds are spacious and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of good bedding and hot water. The kitchen and scullery lack a m'wave, electric kettle and a toaster but function well. It is close to lovely Todi and to a big supermarket but is quiet and relaxing. We would come again

Purtroppo non ci sono abbastanza caratteri per descrivere tutti i punti positivi..casa perfetta pulita spaziosa e accogliente, fresca anche nelle ore più calde di questo luglio tropicale. Abbiamo sempre pranzato e cenato all aperto.. La piscina sempre pulita grazie alla manutenzione è una vera coccola. Il territorio offre tantissimo ma per noi che cercavamo relax e privacy sono state sufficienti un paio di visite.. Una buona spesa al market che dista circa 20 min o alla bottega del paese e non occorre altro.. L acqua è fresca e buonissima. Punto forte sono Mario e Valentina, host unici per l attenzione a qualsiasi piccola richiesta e sempre a disposizione. Grazie per averci accolto e trasmesso la passione che vi motiva a preservare questa oasi di pace. La strada per raggiungere la casa è a tratti ripida e sdrucciolevole, necessaria auto alta. Noi viaggiavamo con opel astra sw e disattivando l esp seppur con un po' di fatica ce l abbiamo fatta. Ci piacerebbe tornare!

This villa is a dream for anyone looking to explore the Umbria region. Its centrally located, allowing access to Todi, Assisi, Spello, and Perugia. It is also a stone's throw from the Montefalco wine region. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, and every turn offers a beautiful view. The kitchen is VERY well appointed, making dining at home a breeze. Great for families travelling together or a small group of friends. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This is a fabulous place to stay with a group of friends. The villa is lovely, the rooms spacious and really comfy. There is so much room here that even with a large group there is space for all. The pool is awesome and the outdoor space perfect for outdoor dining. The facilities are excellent throughout. The wellness centre is great, either at the end of a day sight-seeing or if the weather decides not to play ball, it’s a great place to while away a few hours . Fully recommended.

Fantastyczne miejsce w bardzo pięknie utrzymanym domu z pięknym basenem i cudownymi widokami. I do tego cisza i spokój - zdecydowanie polecam !!!

Super schöne Unterkunft mit viel Platz um mit vielen Leuten vor Ort zu sein. Wie waren 8 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Dafür war die Unterkunft groß genug. Schöne Terasse zum gemeinsam essen. Der Ausblick auf Todi ist sehr schön, tolle Sonnenaufgänge und Sternenhimmel. Pool ist top, schöne Länge.

We rented Eralda's property for a family reunion, traveling from both Australia and the UK. The property ticked all of our boxes, with great communal areas with lots of space for different age groups. Will rent again !!

Me and my family loved our stay at Villa Patricia. It was perfect for us, the view, the pool and the location. Plenty of space for us (9 adults) which was appreciated. Also, the whole house were clean and tidy. The closest store is located a bit away from the villa, so a car is a must. But we liked the fact that it was so calm and quiet in the neighborhood (only a few dogs barking otherwise no sounds). Sabrina replied quickly and was very easy to get in touch with. We saw a wasp nest in the pool area and Sabrina immediately sent someone over to take care of it!

Siamo appena tornati da un weekend incredibile trascorso nel casale “Tenuta Sospesa” e ci teniamo a condividere la nostra esperienza eccezionale. Il nostro gruppo di 21 persone ha trascorso due notti in questo angolo di paradiso. La struttura tenuta con estrema accuratezza offre tutti i comfort per un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. Il casale è immerso in un paesaggio naturale di grande bellezza! La posizione del casale è strategica con fermate dell’autobus raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi che ci hanno permesso di raggiungere il casale con i mezzi pubblici da Roma. Era disponibile un campo da pallavolo, due cucine, il barbecue, campo da ping pong, biliardino e molti altri servizi, tutti come in foto! La casa era provvista di elementi essenziali come: sale, spezie, e altro. La signora Manoelle è stata alquanto gentile e disponibile seguendoci in ogni richiesta, un grazie a lei e a tutto il personale del casale per la vostra ospitalità e per aver reso il soggiorno così speciale!

We loved our stay and hope to return. The property is well located for exploring the beautiful and varied surrounding area. The home itself is stunning and comfortable. So considered and thoughtful.

Manfredi’s countryside cottage is an absolute gem! We spent a blissful 7 days relaxing around the gorgeous pool and eating Al fresco with a beautiful view over the surrounding countryside. The cottage has everything you need, is private and very comfortable and stays surprisingly cool and breezy even in the hottest weather (there is no air con - but don’t let this put you off). The pool is a beautiful temperature and the outdoor BBQ and dining area is great. Take on board all of Manfredi’s local recommendations. Of his suggestions our 2 favourites were: Monte Castello de Vibio for a wander around a beautiful hilltop village (visit the pasticceria there) Restaurant Bivio del Moro - some of the best food we’ve eaten in Italy - get the Guanciale starter - book ahead. One week was not enough - thank you Manfredi ❤️

My family and I stayed at Giovanni’s house for 2 weeks and loved every day. The pictures posted don’t do it justice. The location is beautiful and with a view worth getting up early for. The house is as described and has everything you are likely to need. The air con is a welcome relief when the temperatures are hitting the high 30’s. The solar panels they have fitted make you feel a bit better about having used it. The pool is the best place to be after a hot day seeing the Umbrian countryside. It is 1.4m deep but has steps and a small shallow area for younger kids. The house is well placed for all of Umbria’s highlights within an hour’s drive. There is a large supermarket within 10 mins drive as is Todi if you want an evening out. Lastly Giovanni and Letizia the hosts were very helpful and responsive. Pro active before we arrived, helpful for details with the house and also provided some nice local food and drinks on arrival.

Wir waren begeistert von dieser Villa. Sie war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche werden 1 x wöchentlich gewechselt. Das Poolwasser wurde fast täglich gemessen und gereinigt. Die Vegetation um das Haus herum ist üppig, so dass niemand von außen reinblicken kann. Aber Achtung: wo viel Grün ist, sind auch viele Mücken. Alle Fenster haben Fliegenschutz und sind vergittert, so fühlt man sich sicher, wenn man für mehrere Std. Unterwegs ist. Das Tor von der Einfahrt, die im übrigen ziemlich steil ist, lässt sich elektronisch öffnen und schließen. In der Küche befindet sich alles was man fürs Kochen braucht. Der Grill steht auf der Terrasse. Auch in der Küche hat man die Möglichkeit auf heißer Platte zu grillen. Alle Schlafzimmer, haben Klima, bis auf 1 von 2 Schlafzimmern im Erdgeschoss. Ventilatoren, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Bügeleisen, Föns und eine Kaffee-Kapselmaschine etc. sind vorhanden. Ein Traumhaus & ein Traumurlaub! Muchísimas gracias Silvia. 😊

Mario and his daughter Francesca are wonderful hosts with the most amazing property in Umbra! We were a big group of 18 friends, and Villa Mari was the perfect place for us because it is comfortable, stunning and has the fasilities for a big group who wants independency. Mario was easily in reach at any time if we had any problems. The property lies besides two other houses, but it feels very private and like you are all alone on the hill side. I cannot describe how beautiful the nature is, and the villa is also even better than in the pictures. Thank you very, very much Mario and Francesca! We hope to see you again:-)

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad met twee gezinnen samen. Een heerlijk ruim huis met alles wat je nodig hebt. De eigenaar is heel aardig, vriendelijk en goed te bereiken. Klein detail foto 22 en 23 zijn volgens mij niet van dit huis.

Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux dans cette villa dans laquelle nous avions le logement attenant à la piscine qui nous permettait de loger à cinq (4 adultes et 1 enfant). Le jardin et la piscine sont exceptionnels et offre une vue magnifique sur toute la région d’Assise, avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil. L'extérieur est clairement le point fort de cette villa et un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer et se reposer. Les hôtes Daniela et Marco, qui étaient dans l'autre partie de la maison pendant notre séjour, ont été formidables. Ils nous ont donné les bonnes adresses du coin et ont eu la gentillesse de nous donner un sur-matelas pour épaissir le matelas du canapé/lit du salon qui était sens cela assez inconfortable pour 2 adultes. Ils ont aussi eu la gentillesse de nous inviter à leur déjeuner de famille du 15 août ce qui était un moment très chaleureux ! Nous recommandons cette villa qui est à la fois isolée au calme mais proche de tous les commerces et à 10mns d'Assise.

"Soggiorno perfetto! 🔝" Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile grazie all'ospitalità eccezionale del nostro host Paolo e di sua figlia Giada. La casa era esattamente come descritta (anzi, ancora più bella!), pulitissima, accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort. La posizione era perfetta per esplorare la zona, e il quartiere tranquillo ha reso la nostra permanenza ancora più piacevole. L'host è stato incredibilmente disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande e a fornire suggerimenti utili. Consigliamo vivamente questa casa vacanze e il suo host a chiunque voglia vivere un'esperienza rilassante e senza pensieri. Grazie di tutto

Giovannis wunderschönes Haus ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für einen traumhaften Urlaub in Umbrien. Durch die intelligente Bauweise bleiben die Schlafräume, auch ohne Klimaanlage und selbst bei großer Hitze, stets angenehm kühl. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und dennoch optimal für spannende Tagesausflüge in der Gegend. Das Haus selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen: Es ist liebevoll und sehr stilvoll in einem bezaubernden Mix aus Antiquitäten und modernen Stilelementen eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Pool ist traumhaft schön, völlig uneinsichtig und garantiert erfrischende Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Sowohl Giovanni selbst als auch Paola, die uns in Empfang genommen hat, und Stefano, der sich um den Pool kümmert, sind unglaublich hilfsbereit, sympathisch und proaktiv und haben uns mit zahlreichen wertvollen Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants versorgt. Das gesamte Haus war blitzsauber - zusammengefasst, ein einfach perfekter Urlaub! Vielen Dank!❤️
