This is a very spacious apartment compared to others in Royal Sands. The apartment itself was superbly clean, interesting decor, full of information, books and games for kids and generally a lovely, homely place. The is island in the kitchen makes a huge difference and the most smallest things have been taken into consideration (so much so, even to how far back a toilet roll holder should be in line with the toilet!). I would most definitely book this apartment again if Piers would of cours have us again!

Great place to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Whitstable but a gorgeous walk in along the beach / coast walk - flat and easy for all. Really enjoyed staying in this area - lovely houses and beach feels very private. Plus the house is 3 houses down from the sea and upstairs bedrooms have great seaview. Very sociable space - 4 couples stayed and we had so much room to cook, eat & sit and the garden is a bonus.

I stayed here for my sisters wedding and it was lovely and clean. Perfect stay and convenient if having an event at Old Kent Barn. Deffo recommend 😁

Beautiful massive house, moments walk from the beach. We walked home with fish and chips from the town centre and they were still hot. Car charger super handy (and included) there’s even full Sky tv (sport and movies). Can’t wait to book again, Broadstairs is lovely and the surrounding beaches are gorgeous.

The property is absolutely stunning, I will definitely be booking again if I’m in the area. Exactly as described 👌

Great stay, very nice place and good location, and lots of parking space which was important as we had two cars. Everything was as described and Diana was always easy to reach and very helpful. Can recommend to anyone.

What a beautiful place to stay! The attention to detail was amazing and it had all the possible amenities you could need. Diewertje was incredibly responsive and even left a little gift for our 1 year old which was extremely kind. We really enjoyed using the log burner on some cold and windy evenings. The location is also great for exploring the local area. We would not hesitate to stay again!

Easily one of the best, if not THE best AirBnb I've stayed. Very friendly, comfortable and clean. They were very flexible about my arrival, even with my changing plans. When I arrived there were loads of creature comforts and I was immediately at home. I couldn't have asked for anything better and I would certainly love to be returning for a longer stay!

We rang in the New Year at Vivien’s beautiful home. The pictures don’t do it justice - it’s truly stunning and was a wonderful home base for our group of 11. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and we loved the main living area. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and cafes. We’d love to come back some day.

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

Rien a dire, logement correspondant à la description, endroit calme et paisible avec un belle vue sur la nature et la mer. chemin de randonnée juste au pied GR120 il me semble qui longe la côte logement propre et fonctionnel arrivé autonome

I stayed for three weeks whilst my own home was being renovated, it really was like a home from home. Comfortable, quiet and clean with everything I needed. The hosts were friendly and responded immediately when I messaged, I had an issue with the Internet one evening and they quickly helped me fix it with no other issues arising. The home is very well presented with an extremely comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. Easy to check in and out and having parking available was great.
