Nous venons de passer 4 jours dans cette magnifique maison. Nous étions deux familles avec enfants. La maison est très spacieuse, confortable et propre. Elle est située dans un quartier paisible et à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage. Elle présente tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable moment. Elle est idéalement située pour découvrir la région. Le parking y est aisé également. Nous avons tous été conquis par le charme de cette maison.

It was amazing had an amazing time and was an extremely easy process would recommend to anyone interested because you will not regret it. Was a very clean and tidy place and for the price it was very good.

A superb home with character, design features, and so thoughtfully laid out. I knew that the location was about rest, relaxation and peace but the physical location of the house with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach was epic. My partner and I took out three dogs with us and it was the exact medicine needed for complete rest, relaxation and was an oasis of calm. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Sophia was an impeccable host and I could not have asked for me. I have never wanted to book the same place twice but.... I will be booking again.

Amazing home, would definitely stay again. clean tidy and perfect. 30 second walk to the nearest sand dune, or 2 minute walk to the main car park/straight onto the beach. local bars/pubs and shops. very near Rye town. Highly recommended

Valentine's place is absolutely lovely you would feel very much at home. The place exceeds expectations comes with seucre parking in very secure building. Are is lovely and has easy access to both London and Kent. Valentine is very aproachable and happy to help. I would highly recommend the place very relaxing stay.

OMG THIS PLACE IS AMAZING SO CLEAN YOU WELCOMED WITH A REALLY NICE SMILE OF AIR FRAGRANCE THE WHOLE PLACE WAS SPOTLESS EVERYTHING YOU NEEDED FROM POTS AND PANS AIR toaster TEA AND COFFEE WAS PROVIDED AND VERY WARM AND COZY THE BED WAS COMFY WE ARRIVED LATE AT NIGHT AND JULIE LEFT THE OUT SIDE LIGHTS ON SO WE COULD FIND IT EASY IN THE DARK the beach was just on the other side of the road so great for the dogs. Julie was very responsive to her messages would not hesitate to stay here again gorgeous place and extremely good host.

My partner and I had a really dreamy weekend in Margate staying at Robbie’s apartment. The location is fantastic with a gorgeous view of the beach from the balcony and loads of excellent restaurants within walking distance, the flat is clean and tidy with everything you could possibly need, and Robbie was super helpful and communicative. We hope to stay again!

This was a very last minute booking after another trip was cancelled. But this was no problem for Simone who contacted us after our booking to say heating was on and the apartment was ready! The apartment looks just like the pictures, and we absolutely loved the fabulous sea views. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It is a good location for reaching some of the highlights of this region and we were lucky to have some great weather. Whitstable was a favourite day out, especially cream tea at the Castle tea rooms. We also enjoyed Sandwich - and Broadstairs which we walked to along the beach. Captain Digby pub just across the road recommended for a friendly welcome and great food. Botany Bay a great lunch stop. All in all we had a fab time at Simone's place - it was VERY good value for what we paid.

This was my first time visiting friends in Kent from Liverpool, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Maidstone East station was just a short walk from this lovely accommodation, making it incredibly convenient. Mitchell was kind enough to provide his contact details in case I needed any assistance, though everything was smooth and straightforward upon arrival. The property was spotless, with a clean, fresh scent, and it had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The fast internet was a lifesaver as I had a work meeting to attend before heading out for some shopping at Maidstone Centre with friends. After a long day of travel and socialising, the hot shower and bath were the perfect way to unwind, with lovely smelling soaps provided, and fresh white towels! There’s also a small spa nearby for any last-minute items you might need for a short stay. There’s also a private parking available if you live abit closer than I do. I’ll be looking to book again next year

I stayed in Ima's studio flat just for one night and it was ideally situated a short walk to the bus stops where I noticed three bus services. It is easy to get to Abbey Wood Station from here. The accommodation is situated in a very quiet street with no passing traffic. Although the studio flat was small, it was ideal for what I needed. I was impressed with the light airy feel to the accommodation and the spotless cleanliness . A very welcoming place, and a very friendly host. Thank you Ima!

Our family had a wonderful few days at the gorgeous Oast House property. Stunning setting with views across the fields. Local walks were great and maps available, along with local attractions all close by. Heather prepared an amazing meal for us which was well worth the money and the property had everything we needed for a peaceful and enjoyable few days away from the big smoke. The guest book in the property says it all about what a fantastic place this is. Highly recommend and look forward to returning soon.

The Coach House is a lovely place. Surrounded by countryside. We visited many places including Eastbourne, Brighton, Seaford and Pevensey. Everything was so clean and well equipped. Really enjoyed our stay very much 😊x

If you are looking for a quiet, homey cottage look no further. Richard is very straight forward about this being his primary home. There are items in the fridge, freezer, and limited closet space. It is lived in and that’s one of the reasons I choose it. I felt like I was visiting family. My eyes never got tired of looking at all the decor. If you are traveling without a car don’t bother with Uber, call a taxi. Nice cafe a short walk down Church street, walking paths behind the cottage. It’s exactly what we needed.

Lovely accomodation! Although we were only able to stay for a short while, we still had a lovely time. We thoroughly enjoyed the woodland walk (and so did our two chihuahuas). The property was immaculate too. Thank you!

Diana’s beautiful countryside cottage is nestled into the East Sussex countryside, providing a quiet and remote getaway, but within easy drive of shops and several lovely Sussex towns and villages. Beautiful walks in the area.. in the winter bring your waterproof boots and enjoy!! Great for a stay with family or friends, lots of lovely spaces in the house ( the photos don’t do it justice). We stayed between Christmas and new year, so we appreciated and enjoyed the abundance of coal for our daily evening fires, providing a warm and very cozy atmosphere. Very well equipped kitchen with enough space around the table for 6 or 7 people. All our needs were met. Well worth a stay, I would highly recommend this place and we will surely return! Gill

What a beautiful cottage! had a great stay in a wonderful location next a pond. Really enjoyed the indoor fireplace and bbq'in in the garden. the cottage was tidy and cosy. Henrietta is an amazing and responsive host helping us with all our needs every step of the way. highly recommend!!

Lovely cozy cottage, well equipped kitchen. Great base for exploring the area, nice walk into Canterbury & easy to get bus back.
