Séjour très agréable. Logement très beau et très propre. Hôtes super sympas et amicaux. Nombreux commerces et spots à visiter (port de Boulogne-sur-Mer, plages de Boulogne-sur-Mer, d'Equihen, de Wimereux, du Portel...). Magnifique région. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

An amazing house which was perfect for a multi generational group. The games room and hot tub were lovely and well used by all. Gramps teaching the teens to play pool a memory to treasure. Outdoor table tennis also brilliant. Lovely space. Communication and responsiveness also brilliant. Felt sad to leave and wish we'd had longer.

Very nice place in a lovely area. Very nice and helpful host. Very good and fast communication. I recommend this place. We will be coming back.

Beautiful accommodation in lovely grounds with everything you need to host a group celebration. The decor is fabulous!

Beautiful home! The communal spaces were perfect for socialising with all 11 of us spending most of our time around the dining table. The bedrooms were all large and comfortable. Jo was really easy to deal with, very friendly and helpful in all of our communication.

This house is wonderful. We have stayed in many places in Rye and this is one of the best. Its location is perfect very close to the centre of Rye with all the restaurants on your doorstep. The house itself is great, beds are really comfy, the showers / bathrooms lovely with loads of hot water and the whole house has a very homely feel. It is also directly opposite a playground and park which is perfect for the kids. The hosts also left us a basket of treats when we arrived. Very kind indeed. We had a great stay! Thanks for having us!

Lovely presented house in the heart of a quiet picturesque village. Excellent food and service in the local just a short walk away. Would stay again if in the area.

James was a great host;- very proactive, responsive and thoughtful, yet unobtrusive. The house is spacious in a good quiet location and very clean. We stayed with our two young children so appreciated the stairgates, high chair, travel cot and enclosed garden. The beds were super comfortable and we all got a great nights sleep!

Très bon séjour chez Chloé,logement tres propre ,decoré avec goût, spacieux,belle terasse , calme ,securisé, avec la place de parking qui est bien appreciable , fonctionnel ,on ne manque de rien et on si sent comme a la maison . On reviendra avec grand plaisir !

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij "De 3 balkons". Het appartement was prima in orde, netjes, proper en kwam helemaal overeen met de foto's en de beschrijving. Virginie is een tophost! Ze antwoordde altijd heel snel wanneer we vragen hadden, was proactief en heel erg behulpzaam. Een echte aanrader voor wie van de prachtige opaalkust wil genieten!

A true gem of an apartment, steps away from the see. Views were amazing and the restaurant/bar directly below the apartment block is a great addition. Karim was a wonderful host, very responsive and did all he could to help when we realised we left a valuable item behind. Hope to come back soon !!

This is our third year staying and it just feels like home from home for us now. It’s a beautiful flat in an amazing location. We had an issue (completely our own embarrassing fault) and Caroline was amazing responding super fast to help us get sorted. Looking forward to booking again!

Rien à redire !! Le logement est conforme aux photos de l'annonce : propre, fonctionnel, décoré avec goût et surtout une vue incroyable !! L'hôte est prévenant, réactif ! Un départ à 10h me paraît toujours tôt.. Le temps d'aller à la boulangerie chercher un petit déjeuner, se préparer, ranger ses affaires, 10h arrive beaucoup trop vite ! Un départ à 11h et on serait sur un logement PARFAIT !!

What an absolute gem of a place. Hands down the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, beautifully styled (we all had home decor envy). Cannot recommend enough. Super comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need and more. Fantastic location. I hope we’ll be back…it’s too good not to be.

We had a fabulous stay at Susan’s lovely flat. We were blessed with wonderful weather and able to sit out and enjoy the beautiful views. The flat was warm and comfortable and had everything we needed. Our first time in the area and there was so much to see and enjoy. Thank you

Lovely flat with great views. Very clean. Good kitchen and bathroom facilities. The lovely hosts let us have a later checkout so we could leave our bags in the flat whilst we had a morning sauna and brunch. Would definitely stay again.

This was such a special place to conclude our 3 wk honeymoon UK/Ireland venture.✨️ The soothing calm of the waves & such a peaceful abode, overall..absolutely heavenly. 💟🌊☮️ Kirsty was helpful to recommend restaurants upon request & also offered us an early 'check in' if we wished. We were actually even more grateful to have an additional hour at 'check out' to enjoy a beautiful walk along the ⛱️ beach within steps of our stay (we even bumped into a Brit celebrity there who chatted with us!🤩). The historic Ramsgate Tunnels tour is highly recommended & again, steps away.🙌 The epic Cliffs of Dover is about a 25 min drive which was convenient as well. What an absolute gorgeous hike especially getting to the beach, too! 🥰 The lil bakery called Staple, I believe was THE best bfast ever- enjoy some veggie croissant goodness- as you walk through the scenic port of Ramsgate, too.
