Renta de casas vacacionales en Follina

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder und 1 Hund) waren für eine Woche zu Gast bei Elena und Gilberto. Sie haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren immer sehr hilfreich wenn wir Fragen hatten. Über das selbst gebackene, sehr leckere Bananenbrot von Elena haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und wir hatten genügend Platz für uns alle. Unseren Kindern hat besonders der Pool gefallen! Mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell alles, fussläufig ist das eher schwierig, man darf sich aber auf Nachfrage ein Fahrrad nehmen :-) Insgesamt möchten wir uns noch einmal bei Elena und Gilberto bedanken, denn wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit!

L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen für eine Woche bei Renato und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war viel Platz, alles war sehr sauber und gut vorbereitet. Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Es gibt kein Wohnbereich, aber große Schlafzimmer mit Sofa und Klimaanlage. Besonders der Außenbereich mit Pool, Sonnenliegen und großem Garten sind einfach genial. Renato ist super freundlich, hat uns viele, sehr gute Tips für die Umgebung gegeben und war generell gut zu erreichen. Eine absolute Empfehlung und nochmal einen großen Dank an Renato.

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with. And thanks to Faina and Family.

Strávili sme niekolko dní na tomto ubytovaní. Splnilo všetky naše očakávania, boli sme velmi spokojný.

Very pretty and comfortable space. Antonio was very responsive and welcoming! It was very clean and had all the amenities that you could need and in a very beautiful and quiet area. We would definitely stay here again!

A good comfortable spot that’s an easy 15 minute drive from Venice, Treviso and the airport. It worked perfectly for us. If you are traveling by car and aren’t looking to stay in the city, go for it.

L’ambiente offre un perfetto connubio tra lo stile rustico, con i suoi dettagli autentici e accoglienti, e un tocco di raffinata eleganza che rende ogni spazio estremamente piacevole da vivere. Uno dei punti forti è senza dubbio il camino, che crea un’atmosfera intima e rilassante, ideale per riposarsi dopo una giornata lavorativa (l'ho utilizzato durante il periodo invernale). Inoltre, la casa è dotata di ogni utensile immaginabile, perfettamente organizzato, per soddisfare ogni necessità: dalla cucina agli accessori per la pulizia, non manca davvero nulla. Anche la doccia, poi, merita una menzione speciale: spaziosa e con un multi-getto rigenerante. Concludo includendo anche un parcheggio e super mercato a pochi passi.

A charming home with vintage-style furniture, Viorica's place was a great find for our short stay in the Venice area. It is spacious and equipped with everything a home needs. It is within walking distance to a bus that leads to the island. The host is friendly, clear and very responsive (whether before or during our stay). All in all, we never felt like we needed anything really.

Absolutely the best location for us arriving by train. Apartment offered toiletries and kitchen necessities like washing liquid, some spices, so that we did not have to buy absolutely everything just for two days. Very clean and host very responsive. I have been to Venice many times, but never stayed locally, a bit surprise for me was the trash situation. You can only dispose of it only 07-08 am, the location for this apartment is at the wooden bridge at the end of Calle Priuli. I can fully recommend this apartment to families/groups of 2-6 travellers, there are two modern bathrooms, and two can sleep on the sofa in the living room.

Lorenzo was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable experience. I highly recommend staying here.

Tolle Unterkunft und eine tolle Lage. Hausbesitzer ist sehr nett und ist für alle Fälle immer gut zu erreichen. Gerne wieder.

Its a great experience. Kristin provided a very tidy apartment. It is convenient to Venice. Kristin gives me a lot of useful information which do help us lots. During our stay she reply and respond very efficient. I do want to live here again.

Beautiful and authentic appartement at great location, nice piazza with a choice of restaurants. Quite noisy night from Saturday to Sunday- lasted until 3:00. The thing you need to know is that of 5 beds it is literally impossible to sleep in the master bedroom. The concrete floor is a better choice and the pillows are tremendously hard and huge. Impossible and very uncomfortable. So we can’t recommend even though we loved the apartment. After all you rent it to sleep….to change mattress and pillows is an easy fix if renters want.

velmi hezké ubytování v soukromí uprostřed polí u hlavni Silnice. Dům byl čistý, s majitelem byla rychlá komunikace a vše proběhlo dle domluvy. skvělá byla klimatizace, kterou jsme pouštěli když jsme byli pryč a ložnice si tak příjemné vyhladili. Vse je moderní a útulné. Doporučuji repelent, na zahradě je hodně komárů. děkuji za vše.

Iniziamo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene periodo ( 1-18 septembre). La casa e precizo come viene descritta, comoda ha tutte le esigenze. Gentilissima la Sig. Viviana con tutte le informazioni chiare. Ringraziamo specialmente sua madre, la Sig. Danila che ci aspettava noi come una vera padrona. Maniago e molto bello, tutto e a distanza che poi fare camminando, ca 5 minuti dal centro. Noi la possiamo solo racommandarla.

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and well equipped. Clelia and Gaia were very welcoming hosts and kindly allowed us to add extra guests to our booking at short notice. Our children loved the toys and little table, plus everything was provided for them (highchair, cot,...). The location was perfect, there was so much to do we didn't even scratch the surface in 4 days. Hopefully we can come back again!

The house is amazing! Perfect for group. It has all amenities you need during your stay. It’s a house with a long history and very special atmosphere inside. Elfi, the host is very hospitable and will help you with every problem. Strong recommendation.

Hôte très sympathique et réactif. le logement se trouve dans une belle maison de famille. Le logement est simple mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour la région. Je recommande.

Das schöne Haus, der intime Garten, die Einrichtung der Räume, die Ausstattung der Küche, die freundlichen Nachbarn: Alles war darauf angelegt, sich schnell einzugewöhnen und rundum wohl zu fühlen. Besonders die Kombination von ruhiger Lage mit kurzem Weg zur Vaporetto-Station und einer Vielzahl an kleinen Fachgeschäften (jeweils für Fisch, Obst, Gemüse, Brot, Patisserie, Haushaltswaren …) ist enorm vorteilhaft und ausgesprochen angenehm für einen Aufenthalt in Venedig und auf seine eigene Art völlig unschlagbar. Wir waren oft in dieser Stadt und haben mit dieser Unterkunft unseren Lieblingsort entdeckt.

Wir waren seit dem 1. August in Roveredo bei Claudio und es war einfach wunderschön bei ihm hier kann man die ruhe pur genießen alles war perfekt der Garten mit dem Brunnen war für meine Kinder sehr schön und Claudio ist ein Herzensguter Mensch sowas liebes wie ihn hab ich schon lange nicht mehr kennengelernt er hat uns bei der Ankunft so viel vorfinden lassen Kekse , Milch, Trinken, eine riesengroße Menge an Obst ,Kaffee, Nudel,Tomatensauce und nach 2 Tagen wurden wir verwöhnt mit Süssem und ein Tag vor der Abreise wieder Süsses bekommen alles in einem ein total wundervoller Urlaub in Roveredo ich kann das Wunderschöne große Haus nur weiterempfehlen und wir werden Aufjedefall wieder kommen Vielen lieben herzlichen Dank an dich Claudio du bist wunderbar Danke für alles

Alles war absolut perfekt und wir kommen mit unseren beiden Hunden jederzeit sehr gerne wieder! Das Haus und der Garten sind einfach nur wunderbar und wir konnten alles schon Anfang März bei strahlendem Sonnenschein genießen. Die Küche ist absolut profimäßig ausgestattet und wir haben häufig gekocht, weil einfach alles vorhanden war (z.B. hochwertiges Olivenöl, Essig, Gewürze, alle wichtigen Küchenutensilien). Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen und schönen Lage. Treviso, Caorle, die Strände der Adria etc. sind in 30 Minuten mit dem Auto problemlos zu erreichen, Venedig am besten mit dem Regionalzug. Jody und Vincenzo sind grandiose und sehr sympathische Gastgeber, die an wirklich alles denken, was einem als Gast wichtig ist. Wir hatten Anfang März noch sehr kalte Nächte und hatten mehr als genügend Brennholz, um jeden Abend den wunderbaren Kamin in Betrieb zu nehmen. Wir sind begeistert! Vielen lieben Dank für alles!
