Giacomo, was an absolute legend! Such a great guy, welcoming and helpful. The property is set amongst beautiful gardens overlooking the spectacular Tuscan countryside. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have all you need. Would’ve loved to have stayed longer. Thanks for everything G and hope to return soon

Herzliche Gastgeber. Wir fühlten uns super wohl und auch unser Hund war überall herzlich willkommen. Das Haus ist super schön und toll eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war sauber, hatte ganz tolle Möbel und ein gemütliches Bett. Eine Klimaanlage und ein Ventilator gab es ebenfalls. Das Haus liegt an einer Straße. Mit geschlossenem Fenstern und Klimaanlage ist hier aber nichts von zu merken. Das Frühstück war super lecker. (Überwiegend süß) Kaffee mit warmer Milch gab es auch. Wurst kam aus eigener Fleischerei. (Ein Haus weiter) Großer Garten vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Chianti-Region, sowie zu wunderschönen Bergdörfern wie San Gimignano und Volterra. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation war immer schnell, super nett und sehr herzlich. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Il nostro soggiorno si è rivelato meglio di quanto ci saremmo potuti aspettare, Chiara si è dimostrata fin dall'inizio disponibile e attenta a tutte le nostre esigenze. La camera aveva una pulizia impeccabile e l'airbnb è immerso nella natura, circondato da mucche, cavalli, gatti e altri animali che contribuiscono a rendere ancora più rilassante il soggiorno nella campagna Toscana. La colazione è eccezionale: abbondante e con molti prodotti fatti in casa (la migliore marmellata di pera che abbiamo mai assaggiato!). Lo raccomandiamo a tutti e non appena avremo occasione di tornare in Toscana, saremo sicuri su dove soggiornare! Grazie mille ancora agli host per come ci hanno fatto sentire durante la nostra vacanza =)

Wow what a place. This is a genuinely amazing property hidden in the hills of Tuscany. The house is one of a few in a secluded hamlet owned by Petra’s family and is surrounded by forest providing privacy and tranquility. The house is beautifully appointed and is sparkling clean. The upstairs rooms have panoramic eastern views, perfect for watching the sunrise. We even spotted a few deer grazing in the morning. Petra is a kind host who helped organise a dinner booking in a neighbouring restaurant and cooked an excellent breakfast including strong Italian coffee. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who wants a peaceful base from which to explore Tuscany - it’s only a 10min drive to San Gimignano. Thanks Petra for being such a gracious host. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Io e il mio compagno ci siamo trovati benissimo al B&B "La Casa dei Sogni". Ospitalità ineccepibile di Claudio, che oltre a darci consigli riguardo al nostro viaggio ci ha anche raccontato interessanti fatti riguardo a Monteverdi e alla zona circostante. L'appartamento ha tutti i comfort e il necessario per renderlo una base comoda da cui esplorare le meraviglie del territorio circostante con calma e tranquillità. Infine bellissima vista dal balcone, una vera gemma!

We stated here to celebrate my 30th birthday and to round off our road trip for our honeymoon. We wish we had booked longer here, it was my favourite place I've stayed. Luca, gave us a warm welcome and ensured we had everything we needed and even booked us a restaurant for the evening. He also helped us to naviagte up the narrow road to reach the parking (if hiring a car id reccomend no wider than a VW Golf which we drove up fine). The views were unreal, especially from the roof, and the pool was clean and chic, and set in the olive groves! To add to all this, the bed was so comfy and the breakfast was so yummy :) We will return here someday to stay longer and enjoy more :)

Perfecte verblijfplaats voor als je met de boot naar Elba gaat! Klein, maar knus appartement op loopafstand van het centrum en 5 minuten vanaf de haven! Zeker een aanrader!

What a fantastic b&b right outside the walls of San Gimignano. Francesca was an excellent host throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome from the start with great food and conversation. Her garden is the perfect oasis to sit with a wine and gaze at the countryside and the medieval town above. The space was so private and quiet but yet just a short walk from San Gim for an aperitivo and dinner after the crowds had left for the day. I would highly recommend some local adventuring on an e-bike with PF Bike just up the hill while staying at the b&b. Enjoy your stay!

A gorgeous setting just outside the city. We stayed at the property just selected from the restaurant and pools. It was nicely renovated and had great views from the shared balcony. The room was spacious, the bathroom very modern and updated and the bed was very comfortable. Yes the pool being a little further on the road was a tad inconvenient- however- that meant the property was quieter as well. The pool had bar service which was nice. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed it. Overall a great place and we wished we had one more night there.

Capodanno 2025 a Siena, appartamento in pieno centro a due passi da piazza del Campo , comodo lasciare auto nel parcheggio convenzionato ed indicato non servendomi per i due giorni di soggiorno. Ada ci ha accolti con gentilezza sorriso e tanta disponibilità a darci informazioni e suggerimenti cosi come il signore ( mi perdonerà non ricordo il nome ) cortese gentile il giorno dopo. Siamo stati benissimo Grazie per l'ospitalità.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte ma siamo stati accolti calorosamente da Laura e suo marito. Inoltr abbiamo avuto il piacere di assaggiare le prelibatezze della cucina maremmana nella loro trattoria "Locanda da Nada", buona la colazione servita nella loro sala con un bell'affaccio sulla campagna tipicamente toscana. Ci torneremo volentieri

This B&B is a beautiful room in a tower overlooking a piazza in San Gimignano center. it is a bustling center with lots of activity with cafes and shops right below. the view out the window of this piazza includes other towers. The location is an easy walk to museums and art galleries as well as churches and there is a very delicious gelateria right below the ro9m on the piazza. The host was very helpful and runs two locations: one just outside the main city walls and one in the city center. we arrived by car and met the host at the location outside the city walls and followed him over to this location. He provided us a map of where we could park nearby and wad very responsive to all our questions. the breakfast each morning was perfect with a delicious array of pastries and cakes, juices, cereals, yogurt, fruit and eggs to order. highly recommend.

Beautiful B&B overlooking the rolling Tuscan hills just outside the ramparts of the stunning San Gimignano. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this peaceful villa and was thoroughly cared and catered for, including a Greta breakfast selection every morning included as part of our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for a short to medium stay in the area - and would absolutely recommend San Gimignano as a destination. We struggled to convince ourselves to go back to Florence to visit because the surroundings in this medieval town were so wonderful. Thank you for having us!

Es war ein zauberhaft schöner Urlaub! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen und man kommt schnell zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten der schönen Toskana. Die Unterkunft ist ein Bijou und können dies sehr weiterempfehlen…zudem sind die Gastgeberinnen super lieb und aufmerksam und man fühlt sich wie Zuhause. Die Zimmer haben jedes einen eigenen Zugang mit einem kleinen Sitzplatz was uns sehr gefallen hat. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos gezeigt…aber in echt noch viel schöner.

Wir mussten kurzfristig unsere Unterkunft umbuchen und sind auf dieses tolle Airbnb gekommen. Wir konnten problemlos am gleichen Tag das geräumige und moderne Zimmer beziehen. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und haben uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Obwohl die Unterkunft in direkter Nähe zum Zentrum liegt, hatte man trotzdem eine sehr ruhige und private Lage. Das Frühstück wurde mir sehr viel liebe und zum Teil selbstgebackenen Kuchen abgerundet. Wir können dieses AirBnb nur jedem weiterempfehlen 5/5 Sternen 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Sembra di essere in una favola, completamente immerso nella natura il cosolare di Rita e Andrea è davvero un posto incantevole dove soggiornare. La suite Roverella è arredata con gusto e curata in ogni dettaglio. La loro accoglienza, poi, ti fa sentire coccolati e la colazione è davvero superlativa! Ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore.

Arianna è un host eccezionale: gentilissima, molto disponibile e sempre pronta a dare consigli. L'alloggio semplicemente meraviglioso organizzato in modo impeccabile, un bellissimo ambiente pulitissimo in mezzo al verde e al fresco della campagna. Una vacanza di totale relax e divertimento, torneremo sicuramente perché siamo stati benissimo. Arianna consigliatissima! Organizzazione, puntualità, efficienza, affidabilità e ordine sono le caratteristiche che contraddistinguono la persona di Arianna le quali si riflettono sull'alloggio da lei offerto.

Splendida esperienza, Alessandra è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile nell’accogliere le nostre richieste. Alloggi splendidi e curati in ogni dettaglio immersi in un piccolo paradiso dove il relax regna sovrano. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente per un’altra giro in bici tra le colline senesi.

Una casa in mezzo al bosco e vicina al mare. Colazione con buoni prodotti bio, molto curati i particolari dell'arredo. Host gentilissima

We were in Cecina for a few days and had a good time at Benedetta's. We spontaneously arrived earlier and were then allowed to check in with self check-in - it was no problem at all. All the rooms were very clean and everything was furnished with attention to detail. The breakfast was delicious and we got great tips on what we could do (even without a car). The other guests were also really nice. Thanks for the stay!!

Selene is friendly and responsive and her place is very cozy. The outdoor patio and terrace were lovely. It is convenient to have a large grocery store and bus station nearby (we often took the bus to other towns on the island). I recommend this place!
