This was our second time at this unit and it was fantastic for both trips. Everything was spotless, the kitchen was well stocked, and the host made sure we had whatever we needed. It’s super convenient to King and Calhoun streets and anything you need is just a few steps away. The host was extremely helpful and always responded quickly. We’ll definitely be back and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic beach bungalow in Folly Beach, centrally located and walkable to great restaurants, bars, shopping, and the beach. It has a super cute, retro beach design with perfectly appointed amenities, ample linens, and the hosts left a thoughtful welcome bag with goodies from local shops. We loved sitting on the front screened in porch or out on the back patio. It was the perfect place for a couples getaway!

Mackenzie and Brandon could not have been more kind! We were not on vacation but had to vacate our new home because of toxic mold. At the same time our precious dog was at the end of her battle with cancer. The house was so comfortable and welcoming. We were able to leave the back door ajar for Marley. Our rooms were very comfortable, lovely towels and a well equipped kitchen. The washing machine and dryer were very helpful. The decor is inviting. It is a very pleasant place to stay and very close to Park Circle’s Main Street. I would highly recommend their home! Barb C

Alex and Karen were great hosts. They have a beautiful space and do a good job of keeping it nice and clean! I loved the mount pleasant area and would stay again at their house.

The studio was beautifully decorated and had everything needed! The space was just as described and the location had many local restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance!

Bryan and His pup were great host. quaint place with easy access and no more than 8-13 minutes from the main área of Charleston. highly recommend!

We had a fabulous girls trip to Charleston and lovedddd our stay here. It was bigger and better than we expected, professionally cleaned, comfortable and walkable (the real “heart” of King’s Street/best shopping is about a 20 min walk but there are free city shuttles running all the time.) Had laundry which was great. Signed into our own streaming. It’s an old historic building (1900) so expect creaky floors and single paned windows. The sunny balcony my favorite spot for morning coffee.

The apartment is beautiful. The side porch is charming and it was so nice to be able to open the doors for fresh air and sit outside in the morning with coffee. The shower is strong, hot and spacious. The neighborhood was great- you are just a walk away from tons of places to eat, drink or shop. Would stay here again!

Looks exactly like the photos. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t have any problems with noise but I could see how if it was busy outside it could get noisy. The beds were super comfortable and Gordon was very responsive when we had a question-under five minutes. All in all, it was a great place to stay!

We stayed here for a long weekend while attending a wedding in town. The location was great, walkable to restaurants, shops and the children’s museum. Easy drive down to the waterfront and included parking was a huge bonus. Space was great for our family of four including two little kids and we enjoyed having a kitchen and laundry to use. The street was pretty noisy most of the day between traffic and the coffee shop, but the bedrooms are in the back of the unit and quiet. Would stay here again!

This town home is in a wonderful location. Ubers are available late into the night for a fairly low fare. If you drive it’s just a short drive to downtown and you pay for all day parking and walk everywhere.

We stayed at Danielle’s place for a couple of nights and had a wonderful experience! The space was spotless, well-equipped, and even came with a thoughtful welcome gift from Danielle. The location is super convenient—close to downtown, the beach, and other parts of the city, with plenty to explore right in the neighborhood. Being able to bring our fur baby was the cherry on top. We’d happily stay here again!

Great experience. Clear, proactive communication. Lovely, well-thought out spaces. And we were even able to check in a little early and store our bags before we left. Highly recommend!

Super cute. Everything thought of. Just needed to arrive with clothes. Corner shop steps away to buy milk for tea! Walked to all attractions 0.5-1.5 miles away. 2 blocks to king street. Every restaurant you can imagine nearby Perfect.

Absolutely loved my stay on property! Super clean, walking distance to everything you can need, and super cozy, making it feel like home. Will be my go to spot for my Charleston travels!

My husband and I stayed here for a quick, comfortable overnight. The location was a close drive from the airport. Alex’s place was clean, & quiet. An extra bonus were the cold waters in a fridge. Lastly, Alex was super nice & hospital.

This is the perfect location if you want to be downtown. We were 5-20 min away from the best restaurants, the beach, historic sites, and many more. I loved this private location and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed staying here! It was a short trip to get to downtown and easy to get back and forth from! The pool and surrounding areas were great to hang at. We would definitely stay here again. Also beautiful complex and the views on the way in are great.

Incredible stay! It started with great communication by the property management team who had almost instantaneous responses no matter the time of day. They gave great recommendations for dining and activities. The property itself is unbelievable. A new build that was very spacious, clean and great attention to detail on the layout. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, plates, utensils etc. Every room had its own bathroom and television. The beds were very comfortable. The side roof off the kitchen area was a great view for morning coffee. The rooftop is massive with plenty of seating, a hot tub and incredible view of the city. The location right off King Street made it very easy for us to get to restaurants and shops. Would recommend for any type of party staying there

Great place super clean and nice! Pool is right outside for ease of use. Beach is a little bit of a drive but just a few minutes you could probably walk if you don’t have a bunch of beach gear. Responsive host and easy pleasant check in process!
