This was probably one of the best rentals we’ve ever had on Airbnb. My family of 6 was perfectly comfortable. And the views of the beach were unmatched. The host was super responsive and helpful. Absolutely no complaints.

Wonderful stay at Folly! Condo was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. Just a perfect location and space. We loved being able to easily walk to shops, restaurants, playground and pickle ball. Having Charleston so close provided a midweek break from sand and a fun opportunity to explore. We all appreciated the quality of the local restaurants, the touch of easily accessible night life but mostly the gorgeous beach. The unit itself was clean, and very comfortable. Would highly recommend and hope to book this unit again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a very walkable and safe area. Our only complaint was that there are some areas of the ceiling that are peeling off. Otherwise, this was so peaceful and the view was better than expected! Thank you!

This was our first time in South Carolina and the views were absolutely amazing. This is truly a community area and everyone was so friendly on the beach and places that we went. We would definitely come here again! Michael was an amazing host and was always available and prompt with any questions we haf.

Amy replied to my inquiries quickly, so she made my request to stay at her condo easy. When my husband and I arrived at the condo, we were happy to find that the location was extremely peaceful. The condo itself is relaxing since it has a beachy vibe, and the furnishings are comfortable; moreover, the balcony overlooking the golf course allowed me to view countless bluebirds, making our stay extra relaxing. Amy's condo will definitely be a place that my husband and I would like to stay at again when we travel Edisto.

Met every expectation and then some. Very short walk through the parking lot to the pool and beach. Ample parking. Gated / pass accessible community. Comfortable beds. Excellent communication and easy check-in / check-out. Easy 30 minute commute into Charleston for the day if that's your thing. All around a great experience.

Kevin's place was exactly as described. easy to find and get into, we got in after dark and my kids and I had no trouble. the locations is within walking distance of the beach and all the shops and restaurants in Folly Beach area. we had everything we needed at the condo including beach chairs and a cart to haul them in, all amenities were there including bathroom needs and plenty of towels and extra lines. washer and dryer was very useful and the kitchen was fully stocked for use! we did not have to contact Kevin at all bc everything was perfect a d we had no issues, but he also had everything laid out in his messages on how to check in, things to do in the area, and check out procedure. we loved this place and we will be back!!

We stayed here in December 2024 with our dog Kenzie. Check in was easy and the place was spotless! We loved sitting on the screened in porch. Very close to bike path and a quick drive to restaurants and amenities on the island.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Beautiful, clean and centrally located! Hayden and his team were very accommodating and responsive to any questions or needs we had. I highly recommend giving this location a try. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful condo in a fabulous location! This condo was perfect for our multi week stay and everything was in excellent working condition and absolutely spotless!! ITrips was quick to respond to an internet question. We appreciated the welcome bottle of wine after a long drive ! We enjoyed a wonderful stay! Thank you!

My husband and I loved our stay at Pelican Watch! It was a great location with super easy access to the beach. We brought our dog who enjoyed playing on the beach and long walks around the island. The condo was super clean and felt very homey. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We absolutely loved waking up to the beyond beautiful views over the sand dunes and out across the water!! Private, secure location with great amenities and lots of charm! The back porch and private locked entry out to the walkway to beach was an added pleasant surprise. We look forward to a return visit!!

Glenn’s place was perfect, especially for a beach side location. The place had so many great items - beach chairs, umbrella, cooler- that made our experience so relaxing. Glenn was also very responsive when we ran out of a few paper goods and brought them right over

We had a great stay at the condo. We were there with our 4 kids and the condo still felt spacious. Had everything we needed including little thoughtful things like USB outlets, a wagon and beach chairs - beds were comfortable as well! Great location within walking distance to the beach and pier as well as great restaurants and treats. Hosts were great and very responsive with clear instructions. Definitely would stay here again.

There’s not enough space here to leave enough of an amazing review!! Kathy was seriously the most wonderful host I’ve ever experienced. She helped us not only have a beautiful stay but helped us to celebrate our son’s birthday while we were here! She gave amazing recommendations, her place was so lovely and had ice cream at that place literally every amenity one could ask for. I think for me though it was the love and kindness that you don’t see a lot of these days, and Kathy gave that with abundance!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

Craig’s place is absolutely wonderful! It has everything you need and even more! We felt right at home and honestly didn’t want to leave 😁 The location is quiet and very close to everything you need while in Charleston. If you need a place to stay in Charleston, look no further!

The Condo was exactly as described. Thomas was very responsive with any questions we had. No issues arose at all. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Folly Beach

We enjoyed our stay and the place was as shown in the pictures and described, although we did not realize that it is inside the gated community of Wild Dunes. Long drive in and out. This part of the beach was very nice. The pool was unheated and very cold, although it was the end of March, the kids swam once and that was enough. There were also no instructions on the code needed to get in the pool, another resident gave us the code. A couple days of coffee was provided and salt and pepper. Beds and linens were very comfortable. TV's in the bedrooms are very small and far away from the bed, but we don't watch much TV on vacation. 4 or 5 beach chairs provided and plenty of towels.

My family and I had a great time. The condo was perfect and just as nice as advertised. The proximity to the beach and Center St. made it even better. Brooklyn was super friendly and responsive. We would definitely come back.
