This was a beautiful place to stay! The house was just as described and portrayed. A group of us stayed and there was plenty of space to spread out and relax. The house was also very clean even all of the linens. We appreciated the hosts quick responses when booking this place and he was very attentive to make sure our stay was as best as possible. We didn’t use the pool due to the weather but it was very clean and the outdoor area was enjoyable. The home is 5 minutes or less from several shops and grocery stores which we appreciated. All pros, no cons! Would stay here again!

The perfect spot for a weekend getaway! Very clean, beautiful decor, amazing pool. Able to stay close to downtown Charleston without the fuss of traffic and parking concerns. All around a great trip and would definitely recommend to anyone!!

Very cute place with a comfortable king bed. The house was clean and we felt like it was in a safe part of town with really beautiful houses across the street. Road can be a little noisy early in the morning at the intersection, but not enough so to prevent us from staying again. We’d just bring an additional noise maker. Dogs loved the fenced in backyard and the driveway was big enough for our full sized truck and 16ft v-nose trailer. Only 8 min or so from park circle restaurants and about 15 min from the coliseum/convention center. Super convenient, cute, and comfortable. Hosts are friendly and helpful as well!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The home was beautiful, spacious, and located in a lovely, friendly neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable, everything we needed was provided, seasonings galore for your cooking needs, and although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool like we wanted, the hot tub was a great bonus. The only downsides were that communication with the host was a bit slow, and the washing machine had some mildew/mold. Overall, it was a great stay and we'd definitely consider coming back!

This place was amazing!! It had enough room for all of us and the setup was perfect! I only wish the pool area was ready to be used. It's still in the beginning of spring so that was understandable. We definitely would love to book this location each time we come back to Charleston! We normally like to stay at the beach but this was just as great!

Cute house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The house was also in a great location. We were close to Charleston, Daniel Island for the Credit One Charleston Open Tennis Tournament, and many local sites and restaurants. The house had all the necessary amenities. The hosts communicated well and Noah was quick to respond to questions that we had. All in all, it was the perfect size for the 5 of us and a wonderful home away from home.

This was our first time visiting Folly and we were not disappointed! Alison's home was just what we were looking for, beautiful clean home right in the heart of Folly. We would absolutely recommend this home; amazing location, everything you need inside, decorated so cute and the pool to top everything off! Can't wait to plan our next visit!

Beautiful home. We loved the location since it was just a short walk to the beach & less than 30 minutes from Charleston. It was too cold to use the pool but we did enjoy the hot tub in the evenings. Large open living room and kitchen. Would be perfect for large families. The only thing I felt was missing was a full length mirror. (Which is a pretty minor detail) My teenage daughters had a harder time with that than I did.

Beautiful condo with even more beautiful views in a peaceful side of Wild Dunes.

We stayed for two weeks. This condo was perfect. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, tennis and pickleball courts and the shops by the boardwalk hotel. It has great walking/biking paths throughout Wild Dunes. We had access to the private lagoon villas pool. It was not heated so was cold for swimming at the beginning of March. I did see a few brave children swimming one of the days. The condo itself was well laid out with the bedrooms separated on opposite sides of the condo and had plenty of room for hanging out in the living space in the middle. The whole place was clean and had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Highly recommend. We would stay here again.

Charlie was very friendly and gave clear instructions prior to our arrival. The place was clean and provided everything we needed. We especially enjoyed exploring the island using the bicycles provided with the unit!

This space was great! Short walk to the beach, pool access, and all the beauty of the Sea Islands. Mona was kind enough to arrange an early check in for us. The space itself was spotless. The bed was comfy, kitchen had some essentials provided which is always helpful in a vacation rental. We also really appreciated that there were beach chairs, towels and beach bags available since we flew so we couldn't bring our own beach equipment. Mona was super communicative and accessing the space was easy. Note: don't follow the Google Maps direction the first time you come in so you can get your pass at the Residential Gate to Wild Dunes. Mona wrote that in the instructions but I still got confused and went to the second Wild Dunes entrance, not the first.

Craig’s place is absolutely wonderful! It has everything you need and even more! We felt right at home and honestly didn’t want to leave 😁 The location is quiet and very close to everything you need while in Charleston. If you need a place to stay in Charleston, look no further!

We loved spending the weekend in this delightful condo. Coffee on the porch overlooking the river every morning was divine. The space is so clean, cute, and thoughtfully arranged. I would certainly book again. 5 starts all around. Exactly as advertised.
