This is our second time to stay at this place. I am Airbnb super host myself. I highly recommend this beautiful house. It is located at a quiet neighborhood. The house is furnished with high quality furnitures and comfortable beddings. It has good enough cookwares and kitchen supplies to make proper meals. Sufficient plates, bowls, wine glasses and more to set up dinner table. The house is very clean. I will definitely stay there again whenever I am in town. In fact I already booked our third stay in coming months.

a couple friends and i were looking for somehwere to chill for the weekend and rashads place seemed the perfect match we were 4 people so we preferred a bed for each person and rashad had 4 rooms!! which was perfect all rooms were super clean the master bedroom was the best the backyard was pretty the hot tub was cool it had color changing lights ,, everything that was listed worked and was there neighborhood was really quiet which we liked and the location was relatively close to most places for entertainment will definitely be booking again if we visit.

Home was spotless and looked just like the pictures. Everything was great!

Our group had a wonderful stay at Lindsey’s home—she was super responsive but the house was also clean, well stocked, well taken care of so we didn’t need to reach out for anything during our stay. The sauna, hot tub and cold pool were amazing. Plenty of space, two options for dining areas—the weather was perfect and we dined outside a few times. The sound of the creek running through was also so peaceful. You could hear birds chirping in the mornings too! A beautiful escape from the city.

This house was absolutely stunning. It was even prettier than the pictures. It was located centrally and close to restaurants and in walking distance of stores. My kids had such a blast in the hot tub… swimming in the pool and getting to visit with our family in California. They had plenty of blankets and towels, which was a huge plus. The washer and dryer were brand new and we love them very much. We had so much fun playing with all the gizmos and gadgets in the house. Not to mention the grill patio and fireplace. This place absolutely has it allwe plan to come back in June for my son’s birthday and rent the entire house out and we can’t wait to return.

What a wonderful stay! First Foresthill is beautiful and charming. Breathtaking scenery and restaurants close by. Well equipped kitchen and a great grill. My family loved the home. It was so charming. This is the place that I would come to write a book, memoir, dissertation, or study for a professional exam. I was traveling to Sacramento, but wanted to be out of the city. A couple nice places to eat and a few shops, but if you need more, Auburn is close by as well. I would definitely come back. Thank you so much, Wendy.

We had a wonderful time at the Treehouse visiting our daughter. The space looks exactly like the pictures. I want to know who their interior designer is, it is amazing beautiful. We did initially have an issue locating the home, as there are no house numbers, but eventually recognized the patio are from pictures and knew we had the right place. The hosts were very quick to respond when we had questions. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Andrea and Todd's! They were extremely responsive, accommodating, and flexible in allowing for an early check-in and late check-out. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Just as advertised. Didn’t get to use the backyard but took a walk back and it looked so peaceful. Lots to do in the area and it is very walkable. Would stay here again when I’m back in the city.

Charming stay, with all the ameneties I needed for a week stay. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was stocked with the essentials, and the private single car parking garage attached to the unit was very convenient! The Airbnb is a nice private stay in a beautifu,l quiet neighborhood and very walkable to parks, restaurants and cute coffee shops. Tiffany was very responsive to all my questions and needs, and check-in was self serve and easy to find.

Got the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb during my recent trip to Sacramento, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The apartment is sleek, stylish, and very spacious, with plenty of natural light. The interior is beautifully decorated, blending comfort and contemporary design perfectly. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when I didn’t feel like going out. Location-wise, this place is unbeatable! It’s just a short walk from downtown’s best restaurants, bars, and attractions like the California State Capitol and the Sacramento Kings’ Golden 1 Center. The neighborhood is safe, lively, and offers a lot to explore.Communication with the host was seamless—quick responses and great recommendations for things to do in the area. The amenities were top-notch, and the place was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Sacramento!

BOOK ASAP! Yes, this place has a reputation for its lengthy rules but they’re reasonable and easy to follow. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. The property is more gorgeous in person. Really, even the pictures of the interior don’t do it justice it’s really clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The outdoor property is breathtaking. The river was the cherry on top!! The sheets and blankets were fresh and smelled good. The house was spotless and has everything you need even a blender. Danika was incredible and accommodating. She went above and beyond! She responded to all of my messages and helped me and my family create lasting memories with our 3 year old son. I’m still day dreaming about this stay at coloma cottages to be honest and hope to be back soon (maybe when it’s not 100+degrees) thank you guys for an awesome vacation!

Nice spacious cabin with lots of amenities and peaceful views. Spent 2 nights. Spotless clean, very comfortable beds, and kids enjoyed the board games. Great location, easy access to everything, right off HW 80 and 30 mins away from a snow park. However you can hear some freeway noise from the cabin deck. There is a canal and trail right by the cabin. The canal trail is not accessible via property so you have walk around the property for the entrance few mins away. Excellent host, Jennifer was friendly, always promptly responded to questions, and accommodated booking changes.

Our three-night stay at this Airbnb was simply incredible. The hosts: Joann and Victor were incredibly friendly and fun, making us feel right at home. The rooms, furniture and surroundings were impeccably clean, way way better than the pictures on the listing. We even had lunch together, adding a personal touch to the experience. You can barbecue or bon fire. Every room was thoughtfully decorated, reflecting the host's impeccable taste and attention to aesthetics. We enjoyed river rafting on the American River, Gold Rush museum in Coloma, Gambling in Red Hawk Casino which is just 10 minutes away and Exploring the charming downtown area. Heads up: this place has 4 beds but all single ones, so it might not be ideal for couples unless they’re as small as us to fit in one. Overall, this Airbnb provided an amazing experience, thanks to the exceptional hosts Victor and Joann and their lovely home. I highly recommend it for an unforgettable stay.

Noel was the sweetest host! Always very responsive and kind! It was private for my daughter and her family. And we were able to capture sweet moments with her and her family due to the close proximity, while my son in law had to work. We are so thankful for Noel’s sweet hospitality!

Valerie was a great host! Every question I would’ve had was already answered. She’s very clear and understanding! She also offered many fantastic ideas for dinner in the surrounding area. You can tell that she actually cares about each guest. I’m very fortunate to have stay here. You’d be a fool to pass up on an amazing quiet little place like this, it’s a perfect escape from reality! Also my girlfriend went crazy over your banana bread so thank you extra for that!

Beautiful and spacious home with a nice kitchen and a great hot tub! The home accommodates everyone so well and the surroundings are peaceful which is a plus. Everything is renovated and modern which adds a nice touch :)

One of the best and most beautiful Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in! The property had the most adorable and friendly animals and the house was comfortable and spotless. Kitchen very well stocked, plenty of towels, and comfortable spaces to relax and sleep. Perfect spot for sneaking into the mountains to ski for the day. Hosts were very helpful and made our stay wonderful! Highly recommend
