The house was lovely and in a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants and a beautiful walking trail! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Ashley was great at communicating!

This was one of our most amazing stays. The few was spectacular and the whole area was so serene. Close to anything you might need even though you felt like you were a million miles away. The deer and birds made me feel like a Disney princess lol. We were able to walk around the whole property including there other spots. I can’t express how breathtaking the views were and how lovely it was to wake up to it. We will definitely be back!!!

Our goal was to relax after our destination wedding and boy… did we! The place is incredible. Private, peaceful, and the best amenities. We extra appreciate the pickleball court, ping pong table, and of course… the hot tub! What we didn’t expect (but was a pleasant surprise) was being greeted by the most beautiful cows each morning… and we even saw a huge herd of deer crossing one evening at sunset! Just an incredible place… and so worth the $$. Sunset cafe at the bottom of the roads was a hit for breakfast. You have everything you could need here. Comfy beds. Spacious master bedroom, kitchen, and common areas. XL deck for lounging. Yard/garden is huge!!! Like a wonderland for our pup :) We hope to be back very soon!! We had a wonderful night at the house. It was a close walk to the ballpark to watch the A’s. The next morning it was a close walk to the Tower Bridge and River walk. Sergey was very responsive. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. I’d definitely stay there again next time we come to an A’s game.

Great place for big families. Brought the kids for spring break and we loved it! Didn’t have to leave the property for anything other than groceries because the home has so much to do!

What an absolutely gorgeous, picture perfect home with everything you need and the location can not be beat. Just a 2 minute walk from old Folsom - so many restaurants, bars and fun shops. Stunning views from each window and the outdoor space is incredible. We can't wait to come back in the Summer to enjoy the pool and fire pit!

Was here for a swim meet with my teammates and we all really enjoyed the place and felt comfortable. Great host. Will stay here if I am ever in the area.

Mike is really what makes this place so special. He is the most accommodating host I have ever worked with and I have been using AirBnB for almost 10 years now. If you need anything, he really wants to make sure you have your needs met. The carpet is really soft. The patio area with fake grass is great for the dogs to run around in while still being able to keep an eye on them. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans. There was only 1 knife and no cutting board, but I'm sure had I asked for more he would have grabbed me some from the main house or went and bought some. The washer and dryer he has are AMAZING! I have never used such an efficient and good-sized w/d. His place really has everything you'd need for an extended stay. I will say, it's maybe not the best decorated or super spotlessly, sparkly clean and updated. However, everything worked out for us during our stay and I would absolutely stay here again. Mike is such a great host!

The spot is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. Do bring so close to the heart of town, it is also peaceful and fairly quiet. A great location. Bonnie was friendly and helpful and we loved our stay.

It was a nice place to stay. The garages are labeled, and yes you are supposed to drive down that steep driveway. It's a nice house. 3 different stories for 3 different units. Even sandwiched in the middle, I had no noise complaints. I would probably stay here again, unless the owner is tired of all my questions and wants me to stay away 😅

David has a good spot, would highly recommend if you want a nice step out walk to Lake Folsom. Has everything you need, and is very comfortable even with the heat during the summer.

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.
