First let us say our stay was in March, a slow time for this period. We are familiar with the Lido Rossello area and it is very busy during the summer. Having said that, this is an excellent location, within a 100 years to the beach, to use as your main location from which you can take side trips to The Tempi, Agrigento, Marsala, Palermo, San Leone and of course into the little town of Realmonte. Beautiful house, free parking, great Pizza Restaurant around the corner. We would definitely return to this site on any future visits. Fabrizio provides all the information you will need to have an enjoyable, relaxing holiday.

Der Aufenthalt war absolut traumhaft! Der private Pool mit wunderschönem Ausblick war perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber man ist mit dem Auto schnell in Cefalu. Das Haus selbst ist super gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Luigi war ein toller Gastgeber – immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen oder Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Warmly recommended . Confirm what many have written. 5 minute walk to little town has everything for your basic needs. Fabulous cafe on Main Street. Cheese shop that has fresh bursts and mozzarella. House has all the facilities anyone could need on a vacation whether young or old, including a basil plan for salads!! Everything is clean and has been thought of and taken care of. Plenty of space for 9 people. Beautiful gardens and pool. We were sorry we could not take more advantage of pool as weather was not great. The bbq area is unbelievable. Good value if you go with 9 people. Close to Giardini a holiday town and Taormina, which is pretty but full of tourists. Need a car to get around but close to Giardini which has access to all buses and trains. Finally as has been said the owners are helpful and kind and available at all times to help.

This place was such a lucky find for me and my 3 year old son. We stayed for about 2 months and could not be more delighted. It's quiet, peaceful, spacious, well equipped, and comfortable. The train station is super close (there are pedestrian underpasses that don't show up on google maps to make it even closer if you're walking). Taormina, the jewel of Sicily, is 15 minutes away by train. Santa Teresa itself is a great town with lots of supermarkets and shops and a long stretch of beach. You can see the ocean from one of the bedroom windows and from the front balcony! My toddler loved the playground right near the house, and the 5 or so other playgrounds we found along the coastal road. An amazing value, kind and thoughtful host, and I would happily recommend this to anyone.

Doskonała lokalizacja. Przepiękny widok z kuchni i balkonu - morze na wyciągnięcie ręki. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament. Przystanki autobusowe w pobliżu. Świetna baza wypadowa do Taorminy; dworzec kolejowy ok 20 minut pieszo. W nocy jest dość głośno ze względu na usytuowanie mieszkania przy głównych ulicach. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem. Dziękujemy za wszystkie udogodnienia! :) Bardzo polecam!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Airbnb right on the water. The property is spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of six adults, with plenty of communal spaces to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Our host was very attentive and took care of every request we had. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat!

We had a delightful visit to the villa. 8 adults shared the space and enjoyed the accommodations. It is as advertised in the pictures. A wonderful rustic villa on a large working farm of olive trees and grapes, with a few sheep. Bed rooms and bath room were what we expected. We used the pool several days and it is large with spectacular views. We really had a great dinner with the chef Rosario provided and it was one of our most memorable nights. When we arrived there was a lovely basket with wine and olive oil from the working farm and a host of other goodies we used during the week. Rosario was very responsive and we had no notable issues. We used the washer throughout the week. She met us as we were arriving to help us find the property, as it was accessible in one direction off the main road, and she helped guide us up the narrow road to the villa. She also met us to checkout and it worked out well. I would certainly recommend the villa and Rosario.

The apartment is in a great location, with a Cafe at ground level and close to many restaurants and shops. It's a central Palermo location in a nice neighborhood with easy transit access to old Palermo, the beach at Mondeal, train to the airport, etc. We walked to old Palermo, 15-20 minutes as it's a great strolling city. The apartment is nicely decorated and private. One set of stairs and a new elevator when you need it. All the amenities were there, very relaxing place. Francesco welcomed us on arrival to ensure we were ok with the place and to offer local recommendations. He is very warm, enthusiastic and genuine. Nice to have someone to help with our first trip to Palermo.
