Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente a la playa en Fontane Bianche

Wij waren met 2 personen en hebben een erg relaxt verblijf gehad. Prachtig huis, schoon, veel buitenruimte waar je kan relaxen. Veel mooie tips van de gastheer, reageert supersnel op vragen. Strand op loopafstand, maar ook andere mooie strandjes met fiets of auto te bereiken. Siracuse en vooral Ortigia mag je niet overslaan, fantastisch om te zien, te winkelen, eten en te varen. Noto dichtbij en cavagrande del cassible prachtig wandelen en zwemmen!

I spent a week in Paolo’s wonderful place so close to everything. I have seen people say something about it being called seafront house. This is accurate because Lungomare in Italian literally means seafront even though the property is about 20 meters from the sea you will not be disappointed I promise it is so clean so quiet and so so comfortable you really could not ask for more and if you did, Paolo is always available to help Thank you Paolo you are my favourite Host so far.

Salvatore is a reliable host. He was flexible when we needed an extra night due to changes in flight schedules and he offered us the possibility to store our baggage in the apartment for a few hours after check-out. We spent a lovely 10 days in Syracuse and enjoyed the views form the balcony.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist direkt am Strand und in der Nähe von vielen anderen tollen Stränden und Städten die man im Südosten Siziliens besuchen sollte. Wir wurden zum Check-in und Check-out persönlich empfangen und mit vielen Informationen zur Umgebung versorgt. Es ist wahnsinnig ruhig und man hat viel Privatsphäre. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

wir hatten ein paar Schwierigkeiten die Unterkunft zu finden, aber kein Drama. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung und ist entsprechend ruhig. Für Restaurants und Supermarkt benötigt man das Auto. ein kleiner gratis Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar und war schön und recht sauber und bietet viele Muscheln zu sammeln. kommen gerne wieder

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in der Unterkunft. Es ist mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Am besten fanden unsere Kinder den Netflix-Zugang. 😉 Das Anwesen und das Haus sind sehr gepflegt, alles ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren immer ansprechbar und haben geholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft! 😊

Magical location just a short walk along a private party to a flat, sandy turquoise beach, with pristine clear water. Alberto was an amazing host. Always on call to answer our questions. He gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations and even made some reservations for us. Overall, a fantastic stay.

Great house to spend holiday with family, well suited for all of us 9 . Giuseppe and Graziella, met us and introduced to the house, very friendly and helpful hosts. House has all necessary for a nice holiday to feel at home, pleased to find cold water in the fridge, nice sweet grapes, pasata and pasta for a quick lunch in the cupboard, tea and all other basics to cook like home. Coffe machine did not work on first day, but hosts were very responsive and brought their own, they even bought us the coffee pods, very generous of them, thank you we really appreciated . Well located for a beach holiday, only 7 min walk to a wonderful long sandy beach. We were out of season apparently and no restaurants nearby on walking distance, but not an issue as we had a car and many around within 10-15 min drive.

Très bon séjour dans ce lieu apaisant. Le logement et l’environnement sont conformes aux photos. Proximité de la plage très agréable. Beaucoup de rangements dans le logement.

We spent a magnificent week at this beautiful villa with our family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers). The villa has a wonderful rustic feel to it which we loved, and it has everything one could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. As for the host, as many have already said, Corrado is just the best!! He really goes above and beyond for his guests. Super helpful, kind and knows all of Sicily like the back of his hand. Meraviglioso viaggio . Host delizioso, educato, sempre pronto a rispondere a tutte le mie domande su dove mangiare e cosa fare. Si perché erano le uniche cose che c'era da chiedere visto che il posto era meglio di come si vede in foto, la casa era una miniatura di bellezza , comodità e buon gusto. Valutazione 10 e lode. Consigliatissimo. Noi siamo andati in 5 famiglia con adolescenti. Punto perfetto per scegliere località di mare, escursioni faunistiche e città artistiche. Insomma vacanza da sogno. Grazie Salvo!!!

An absolutely spectacular location right on the sea. it's one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at with incredible outdoor space flowing down from the house/upper terrace to the pool and a second outdoor area to the water itself, which you can reach directly from the house in two minutes or less. At the bottom of the property, you can swim in the pristine waters of the Plemmirio marine reserve in either a protected cove or in the sea itself, where you can observe a vast number of fish and explore the many caves coves up and down the shoreline.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The downstairs apartment is simple and very clean with two simple but peaceful bedrooms. The kitchen has a great fridge freezer, gas cooker and area to prepare meals or bbq food if you fancy cooking at home. There is an inside table but we spent all our time outside at the two seating areas, both shaded, one outside the door and the other up beside the pool. The garden area was fantastic for an early morning coffee before you walk the 2 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach. We spent lazy lunches sitting on the upper table area and then having fun playing in the pool, which was clean and larger than we expected. The owners were welcoming and made us feel very relaxed, making this a great place to base ourselves to explore the island. We can’t recommend it enough, especially the outside areas.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! Check-in was super easy, and Concetta went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Since we arrived at Christmas time and most stores were closed, she made sure we had food and everything we needed for the first day—such a thoughtful touch. The villa itself is fantastic, with a fully equipped kitchen (including a coffee machine) that made it easy to cook meals. The location is perfect for exploring nearby cities like Modica, Noto, and Syracuse, and Pozzallo even has a ferry to Malta. Concetta also gave us excellent restaurant recommendations, and Pozzallo’s dining options did not disappoint. The beach is close by and absolutely lovely—even though it was off-season, our Canadian kids still swam and enjoyed it! We absolutely loved this villa and would recommend it to friends—and to you, if you’re reading this review!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem der Pool ist ein Highlight. Auch der wunderschöne und saubere Strand sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es war alles da was wir zum kochen brauchten und Concetta hat eine Mappe mit Tipps und Hinweisen zu der Umgebung in der Wohnung hinterlassen. Es sind sogar zwei Strandstühle und ein Sonnenschirm für uns da gewesen. Wir sind begeistert und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Really excellent house a stone's throw from the beach. Better than the photos, it has everything required for a relaxing holiday: fully equipped kitchen, excellent outside space, heated pool, washing machine. Saro is a helpful and responsive host. We would definitely return

Carmelo is attentive, friendly, generous and very responsive. He was flexible with our check-in time as we were delayed sorting out a vehicle in Pozzallo port. We were very grateful for the cold bottles of water and fresh baking upon arrival. The bedrooms are comfortable, a/c working beautifully and shower was able to keep up with all four us. We enjoyed the bbq and private courtyard with lovely eating area. The beach is a few mins walk away, clean and not crowded. Grocery store and pharmacy about 15mins walk. Town centre about 25mins walk. Great restaurants roughly 5mins. We really enjoyed our stay, it was the perfect balm after noisy Malta.

This is a beautiful beach house in a great location. Ida is a very accommodating and responsive host, who makes you feel very welcome.

A wonderful stay in Sicily with the host Mario. The place was exactly as described, very functionally furnished and clean, the garden and terrace were perfect for relaxation. Private parking space provided. There was everything you needed to spend a nice and pleasant holiday. Including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and an outdoor shower :) About 200m to the sandy and clean beach, often windy, so an ideal place for water sports (a few houses away there is a kate surfing school). Quiet and peaceful place, many farms in the area. A good starting point for visiting Syracuse and Catania. The only downside is the weak wi-fi radio internet, but this is not Mario's fault but the local operator's. If you plan to work remotely, you need to prepare a plan B and use mobile internet :). Apart from this small downside, our stay was great - many thanks Mario for your hospitality :) The place is definitely worth visiting again :)

Es war wirklich traumhaft! Die Lage ist der hit, gleich am Strand. Vom Balkon hat man einen Traumblick aufs Meer. Ideal auch für kleine Kinder, da man einfach so zum Strand gehen kann. Der Sand ist ideal zum Sandburgen bauen und das Wasser sehr seicht - ideal für kleine Kinder. Rosemarie war immer sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns bei alle Fragen sofort geholfen. Die Gegend ist auch super, man kann tolle Ausflüge machen, oder einfach am Strand spazieren gehen. Marzamemi ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar und am Strand gibt es ein paar Cafes/ Restaurants.

Vacanza estiva di assoluto relax! Abbiamo soggiorno in questa struttura nella 4 settimana di luglio. La casa, di nuova costruzione, offre tutti i confort che una famiglia desidera , soprattutto con la presenza di bambini, tenuto conto dell’immediato accesso alla spiaggia, delimitata da un solo cancello. Altrettanto apprezzato lo è stato lo spazio verde di giardino, ben curato, inclusa la presenza di giochi e l’attrezzatura da spiaggia a disposizione degli ospiti. Una nota di merito anche per i gestori/proprietari della casa, cortesi e disponibili a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità nel minor tempo possibile. La casa gode inoltre di un’ottima posizione, strategica per raggiungere le località di Avola, Noto e Ortigia, tutte pressoché equidistanti dalla struttura (circa 15/20 km circa) Per quanto riguarda invece il passeggio in zona, Fontane Bianche sicuramente non consente una mobilità pedonale eccellente , tuttavia sono comunque presenti servizi essenziali, bar, market, ristoranti etc

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Esther, logement propre et très fonctionnel. Le vrai plus de ce logement ? L accueil !! Esther et son frère Guiseppe sont des personnes extrêmement avenantes avec de bon conseils ! Et tout ça avec le sourire ! Allez y les yeux fermés ! Vous êtes a 30 min de Syracuse, 15 minutes de Noto ( qui est une ville a visité absolument lors d' un passage dans le sud ouest de l île). La vue mer depuis la terrasse est aussi un petit plus .

I due appartamenti si trovano in una splendida villa privata con ampio spazio esterno, cancello privato, spazio per giocare per chi ha bambini, docce esterne, barbecue. Sono comunicanti esternamente, adatti a due famiglie che si conoscono quindi per noi è stato perfetto. Ognuno ha la propria privacy, ma si può condividere una cena insieme dalle terrazze esterne. Gli appartamenti sono super attrezzati, abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e anche di più. Cucina super attrezzata. C'è una lavanderia esterna con una lavatrice da condividere. Il mare è a pochissimi passi dalla villetta. La spiaggia completamente vuota nel nostro periodo, mare pulito però è un peccato soffermarsi a questa spiaggia perchè a 10/15 minuti di strada in auto si raggiungono spiagge e città stupende. E' una zona moolto tranquilla, intorno non c'è nulla quindi è necessaria un'auto per spostarsi. Non la consiglio per chi ama il caos,movida,locali e ristoranti a due passi. Complimenti a Carlo per la cura della villa.

L'alloggio è impeccabile, ha tutto il necessario. Alessandro è un host incredibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare, è attento e risponde sempre ai messaggi. È andato a cercarmi fino a Siracusa! e poi mi ha accompagnato a comprare da mangiare perché era molto tardi. Grazie Alessandro!!! Lo consiglio vivamente
