Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Benedetta, malgré une arrivée très tardive dû à un retard d’avion. La communication a été très fluide, et Benedetta a tout mis en œuvre pour que nous passions un séjour agréable. Je recommande de prendre la demi-pension avec la Cheffe Rita : cuisine typiquement Sicilienne, familiale, c’est un vrai + pour le grand groupe que nous étions (18 personnes). Les extérieurs et toutes les installations qui l’accompagnent sont fabuleux ! Piscine, grande véranda avec musique, baby-foot, billards, ping-pongs…. Les intérieurs se divisent en 3 logements distincts : 1 appartement en rez de villa, et deux chalets. Ils sont un peu plus rustiques, et les chambres de l’appartement sont sans fenêtre. Mais nous avons fait avec, et finalement l’ensemble du séjour était très agréable. Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse de Benedetta et sa famille , merci à vous.

Alloggio grande e confortevole, molto pulito. Comodissimo a tutte le spiagge limitrofe. Vicino al centro e parcheggio sotto casa sempre disponibile. Consiglio vivamente a tutti gli ospiti.

Francesco hat uns noch spät abends freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Terrassen haben es ermöglicht schon morgens die Sonne zu genießen. Leider war im März fussläufig keine Bar erreichbar, allerdings ist Ortigia oder Avola sehr schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar, sodass für das leibliche Wohl gesorgt ist. Als Startpunkt für Ausflüge sehr gut geeignet. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Francesco für die schöne Ferienwohnung.

What a lovely house this is! With a beautiful garden all around and seating areas everywhere for sun or shade. The swimming pool and jacucci are perfect for cooling off or enjoying the evening. And you can walk straight to the beach or to the nearby pleasant town of Marzamemi. We immediately felt at home after we were welcomed by Rosanna. Fortunately, it was not a problem that we arrived very late. We had contact a few times during the week and minor problems were resolved immediately. All this ensured that we had a fantastic week in Sicily! ps : because we visited some nearby towns by car ( e.g. Noto, Syracusa, Modica, Marina Di Ragusa, Brucoli, Pozzallo) I had the opportunity to see a few other vacation rentals I found on Airbnb in advance. So happy I chose the perfect place!

Die Wohnung ist hell, modern und sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Vermieter war super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zentrum ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt in alle Richtungen. Die Bushaltestelle/der Busbahnhof befindet sich unmittelbar an dem Haus und von der Terrasse aus zu hören. Grundsätzlich hat Sizilien ein massives Problem mit Müllentsorgung, was in manchen Vierteln leider deutlich zu sehen ist.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sebastianos house. The surrounding is very quiet and relaxing. The pool well maintained and refreshing. Everything is available (oil, salt, pepper, coffee etc), if you want to use the kitchen. There is also a nice outdoor kitchen and a BBQ, if you’re eager to cook on your own. Syrakus is only 15 mins away with the car and nice sand beaches could be found in Avola. You‘ll definitely need a car, as the house is out of reach of any public transport. Sebastiano was very kind and responsive. We would book it again! :-)

We had a fantastic stay with our 3 families. The kids were in heaven with the outside area and pool. We stayed at the end of October and enjoyed amazing weather and bbq every night. Very comfortable stay and Oriana was the perfect host. Very responsive and welcoming. Thank you Oriana!

Allt var helt fantastiskt! Vill rekommendera detta boende till alla som funderar på att komma till Siracusa och vill definitivt boka detta boende igen nästa gång! Perfekt!

Wir, zwei Erwachsene und unser 13-jähriger Sohn, haben in der Casale della Pergola eine wunderbare Woche über Silvester verbracht. Bei bestem Wetter (tagsüber immer ca. 15-17 Grad) haben wir den großen Garten mit den auch im Winter reifen Bananen, Orangen, Mandarinen und Clementinen und den Tieren sowie den Pool sehr genossen und waren zu Fuß am nahe gelegenen Strand spazieren. Mit dem Mietwagen haben wir Noto, Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero, Syrakus und den Ätna (mit geführter Tour) erkundet und eine tolle Wanderung durch die Schlucht von Cava Grande del Cassibile gemacht (im Anschluss ist eine Einkehr bei Eva und Zio Pippo Marino-Marinello zu empfehlen!), alles sehr gut erreichbar. Gioacchino war äußerst hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend.

Spacious and clean duplex, near good restaurants and with free parking outside. Fabio was a very kind and responsive host and left nice touches such as complimentary coffee capsules for arrival.

We very much enjoyed staying at this colorful place. Very interesting layout of the flat and just next to the beach which was a lovely experience to wake up to. Giuliana is very flexible and we highly recommend to stay at her place.

We had a lovely few days at Emanuela and Peppe's wonderful clean and comfortable apartment. Great location, very peaceful but only a few steps from the busy streets. Emanuela and Peppe are very helpful and were quick to respond to any communication. The little café very close to the apartment is definitely worth visiting.

A really lovey & comfortable apartment on the edge of the best town to stay in the Baroque region. Adele is a wonderful host and there were lots of provisions, the facilities were great with bbq, log fires and a pool. Would not hesitate to recommend to all for your stain the area.

Wir haben hier eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht. Vincenzo ist sehr herzlich und hat uns wertvolle Restaurant-Tipps gegeben und uns die Umgebung erklärt. Die Wohnung hat alles, was sie braucht und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Uns hat der nostalgische Stil sehr gut gefallen. Im Februar ist es natürlich kühler, aber mit den beiden Kaminen, einem Kaminofen und der Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmmer, konnte man es sich muckelig machen. Für die Terrasse mit dem wunderbaren Ausblick, war es zu kühl. Aber in jedem Raum gibt es gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir haben schöne Ausflüge mit dem Mietwagen in die Umgebung gemacht und wären am liebsten noch viel länger geblieben. Vincenzo ist sehr diskret, wir haben in nur zu Beginn gesehen. Und falls jemand Angst vor Hunden hat- Tom und Dina sind sehr lieb und besonders Tom ist sehr verschmust😊. Für jeden, der es ruhig mag, ist dieser Ort ideal. Sehr empfehlenswert!

The gardens and pool were lovely. The only drawback for us was that we like to walk when we are on holiday and the apartment was on a busy road with little in the way of pavements. Otherwise it was a lovely apartment and grounds with a very helpful host.

We spent a magnificent week at this beautiful villa with our family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers). The villa has a wonderful rustic feel to it which we loved, and it has everything one could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. As for the host, as many have already said, Corrado is just the best!! He really goes above and beyond for his guests. Super helpful, kind and knows all of Sicily like the back of his hand. An absolutely spectacular location right on the sea. it's one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at with incredible outdoor space flowing down from the house/upper terrace to the pool and a second outdoor area to the water itself, which you can reach directly from the house in two minutes or less. At the bottom of the property, you can swim in the pristine waters of the Plemmirio marine reserve in either a protected cove or in the sea itself, where you can observe a vast number of fish and explore the many caves coves up and down the shoreline.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Jochen & Katia's place. The location is excellent, with several beautiful beaches & a supermarket all within a 15-minute drive. The nearby town of Pachino offers fantastic fish markets, cafes, and bakeries, & a 30-minute drive to Noto made for a wonderful day trip, even on a rainy day. The property is well-maintained, & the pool is a great feature. However, there were a couple of small issues that could improve the experience. The security lights in the rooms were quite sensitive, & any movement at night caused red and green flashing lights to disturb the darkness. It would be helpful if these could be covered or adjusted. Additionally, while the kitchen was generally well-equipped, a sharp knife would have been a useful addition. Lastly, our host Carla was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a comfortable and convenient stay, but with these minor tweaks, it could be even better.

Tiziana’s place was perfectly situated for us. The surrounding orchards are iconic and peaceful. The place it quiet and easy to get into Noto but also convenient to drive to surrounding towns. The place feels new, cozy, and clean. Host was very quick to respond to questions.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans ce logement ! Les hôtes étaient tout simplement adorables, toujours prêts à rendre service et très accueillants. Leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ont rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Le logement était propre, confortable et conforme à la description. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et je reviendrai avec plaisir ! Un bel endroit paisible et agréable. Merci Giuseppe et à sa famille !!

Très bon séjour passé en famille chez Corrado dont l'accueil et les bons conseils ont été très appréciés ! Le logement est très fonctionnel et comprend une belle piscine ainsi qu' un magnifique jardin ce qui le rend très agréable après les visites... Il est par ailleurs très bien situé, proche des principaux points d'intérêts du sud est de la Sicile . Adresse à recommander sans hésiter !

Location parfaite. Nous avons adorés notre séjour avec nos 2 filles (12 et 17 ans). Accueil chaleureux, environnement propice à la détente. Logement propre avec tout le confort nécessaire et exacte aux photos. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques et bien entretenu : palmiers, piscine, loisirs... La mer proche vous permettra de découvrir une plage naturelle sans bâtiment à proximité. Idéale pour découvrir la Sicile Baroque : Siracusa, Noto, Marzameni, Ragusa...
