Renta de casas vacacionales en Fontane Bianche

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Töchtern (7 und 11) dort und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist großartig! Der Check In war sehr flexibel, das Haus gut zu finden. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas holprig, aber machbar. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Noto, Avola, Syrakus, zum Cava Grande und an einige umliegende Strände gemacht. Alles war traumhaft schön! Das Haus ist hierfür ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt. Unsere Kontakte vor Ort haben immer schnell geantwortet und gute Tipps gegeben. Auch der Check Out hat gut geklappt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

We enjoyed a great few days at the end of our holiday in Sicily. Maria was very accommodating and responsive to all our requests. The pool is great and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Highly recommend.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser schönen Unterkunft nahe Noto. Das Apartment ist wie auf den Bildern: großzügig, gemütlich und mit einer tollen Terrasse zum Essen und Entspannen. Besonders gefallen hat uns der ruhige, idyllische und namensgebende Garten voller Zitrusbäume sowie die optimale Parkplatzsituation direkt vor Ort. Die Lage ist ideal—nur 10 Autominuten bis ins Zentrum von Noto, nahe Syrakus, schöner Strände und guter Restaurants. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Trotz warmer Märztage war der Pool leider geschlossen und die Liegen erst später nutzbar und vorangegangene Besucher haben die Teflonpfannen stark zerkratzt, sodass wir die ungern benutzt haben. Aber auch dafür fand sich eine Lösung - das Team ist höchst professionell. Insgesamt klare Empfehlung!

We loved our stay at Andrew’s house so much we were are super keen to come back. It was exactly what we needed. The breathtaking views were even more impressive than the photos and it was completely private which was a dream for us. The house was stunning and three en suite bedrooms were perfect for being away with teens. The house had everything we needed and was very well designed. A real luxury to have so much space and comfort after a couple of hectic days in the city. Andrew was really helpful with all the information including videos of how to access the property and recommendations for places to visit/eat/shop nearby. We will be back for sure!

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Antonella's villa. The location is private but it is very easy to get to all the beautiful towns in the area and the beach. The views from the pool are amazing. Antonella is a wonderful host, so welcoming and friendly and very responsive. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool and hot tub are are fabulous and we enjoyed relaxing there after a day of sightseeing. We booked this place because of the wonderful reviews and were not disappointed. Highly recommend staying here. We hope to be back soon. Thanks Antonella!

Ett stort & härligt hus med fantastiskt kök, hög standard, underbar trädgård, utomhuskök & många lounge-/umgängesytor. Poolen var 26 grader, djup på sina ställen & magisk! Ett perfekt hus att hyra om man vill umgås (framförallt utomhus) & laga mat. Det är ca 1 km till närmaste supermarket och den affären är av den mindre sorten. Vill man handla mer eller köpa cigaretter måste man gå c:a 2,5 km från huset. Tågstationen vi spanat in verkade vara stängd (vi hittade inga avgångar) & bussarna in till Siracusa tog en bra stund så ett tips är att hyra bil. Vi hade även lite problem med att förstå sophanteringen men hittade en sopkalender efter att ha frågat i appens chatt. Att tända/släcka belysningen i trädgården var klurigt då instruktionerna var på tyska & italienska. Förslag till förbättring: nyttja delen på takterrassen (underbart att se solnedgången därifrån), cyklar att låna då affärer & restauranger ligger en bit bort, små bord vid solsängarna & nya vinöppnare (de var trasiga :).

Host molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione dell' appartamento eccellente, a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro storico. In inverno la pompa di calore è sufficiente per le camere da letto e quindi è stato necessario un sistema di riscaldamento aggiuntivo (presente) per gli altri ambienti. Consiglio di parcheggiare nella piazzetta nelle vicinanze e non lungo la strada

Quelle belle surprise ! Logement paisible en pleine campagne, très propre … cuisine fonctionnelle, grande salle de bains, lits confortables… Mark a été adorable: 48 heures avant notre arrivée nous avions une vidéo explicative pour arriver à l’hébergement… le jour même à 12h00 nous avions un message pour nous dire que nous pouvions anticiper notre arrivée car le logement était prêt ! La perfection… sans oublier les serviettes de bain pour la douche … et le jacuzzi ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié cet espace détente après une journée bien remplie ! Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation ! Merci Mark …

Alessandro und Valentina sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Wir reisten mit unserer kleinen Tochter Paula an (1< Jahr) und Alessandro hat uns alles zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und Paula hat super geschlafen. Ein Babybett mit höhenverstellbaren Seiten, sodass man quasi ein Familienbett hat, einen Brei-Zubereiter, Mixer, Spielzeug, extra Decken zum Krabbeln - ganz herzlichen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung im EG liegt in einem traumhaften Garten, man kann direkt aufs Meer sehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Even nicer than we imagined- the patio is right off the bedroom making it super easy to use for breakfast and afternoon drinks. It has the best view in the city!

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen! Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten direkt auf dem Grundstück parken. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Um die nahegelegenen Städte zu sehen, sollte man ein Auto besitzen. Die Terrasse war sehr schön um morgens zu frühstücken. Die Katzen sind sehr lieb und nicht aufdringlich. Gabriella ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Location is exceptional. We went with a baby and a toddler , this couldn’t have been a better spot for a hassle free beach vacation in Sicily . Excellent view . Plenty of kids for ours to play with, plenty of toys to use at the beach , a minute away to go grab a bite or a beer from the beach. There were a few minor issues but Irene (cohost) was able to help us immediately. Couldn’t recommend more

Laura è stata un host gentilissima si è fatta trovare presso l’abitazione a seguito della nostra telefonata per l’arrivo. L’appartamento è bello, nuovo, pulitissimo, comodo, fresco, arredato con gusto, con due camere da letto e un parcheggio privato. Il mare a 700 metri è raggiungibile a piedi e le spiagge più belle(Riserva Vendicari loc. San Lorenzo meglio traversa III) a 15 minuti d’auto, ottimo punto per visitare NOTO, AVOLA, MODICA…Il nostro Diesel(🐕) è stato accolto con piacere. È stata una esperienza davvero davvero positiva, grazie Laura.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Armando per due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è tranquilla, nelle campagne siracusane, vicino alle stupende spiagge Le Fontane Bianche, Ognina, Arenella ecc. e a pochi km dalla bella ma confusionaria Siracusa. L'alloggio era perfettamente pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario, piccola cucina, frigorifero, letto comodo, aria condizionata, un piccolo ingresso con tavolino sedie ed ombrellone, stendino per i panni ecc. Armando è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito ottimi consigli. Se ci sarà l'occasione, torneremo senz'altro nel suo alloggio.

We loved our stay in Modica. Adriana's place is in easy walking distance of all the wonderful restaurants and charm that Modica has to offer. The view across the valley from the terrace is fantastic and even in the winter of February it was like a warm summer day when the sun came out. Easy to find and no trouble parking. Great value for the two of us!

Vittoria's apartment in Ortigia was well located to all major sites in Ortigia in comfortable walking distance. There is plenty of room in the 3 level apartment with nice beds and comfortable furniture. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies although we did not cook in the apartment. Vittoria was proactive in correspondence and was quick to answer any questions. We were met upon arrival and shown a nearby covered and attended parking garage that cost 15 euros/day. Apartment was explained to us upon arrival and there were recommendations for local restaurants, several of which we used and were happy with. The apartment is new with up to date appliances including a washer and drying rack. There is a rooftop terrace which we saw on our first day but were unable to use due to rain - in nice weather this looked like a great spot to relax with views over the town. We would highly recommend Vittoria's apartment for anyone looking to explore Ortigia.

We loved Dario’s apartment, it was such an easy walk to central Noto and very well equipped. The apartment is full of character, beds very comfy! Many thanks for a memorable stay!

Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. direkte Umgebung nicht schön aber praktisch, da viele Supermärkte in direkter Nachbarschaft sind. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist kein abgetrennten Raum, sondern auf der Empore im Wohnzimmer (durch eine Art Vorhang abzutrennen). Ausstattung der Küche könnte verbessert werden (2 Weingläser für 4 Leute). Schöner Sitzplatz draußen unter Orangenbäumen. Es gibt eine Nachbarwohnung. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Loved our 10 day stay here! The apartment was so peaceful and comfortable. Everything was spotless and was thoroughly cleaned again during our stay. Alberto and his team were super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The kids loved the beautiful gardens and the pool (although a bit cold in April!). You do need a car….there is not a local food shop so you need to drive about 10-15 mins into syracuse. Not many of the local restaurants were open in April as it was off season, but we went into Ortigia which is a gorgeous town. Noto is also an easy 30 min drive and a stunning town for a day trip. All in all I couldn’t think of anything bad to say! Thank you

We had a wonderful few days stay. The house and gardens are just beautiful, even better than the images. Ketty the housekeeper was lovely and Francesca was very responsive. The house is situated 15 min drive from Noto so very simple to get to the shops etc. There are no shops/restaurants within walking distance but we were able to drive a short distance to get everything we needed. Would highly recommend anyone looking for beautiful and traditional Italian villa in a quiet and relaxing area.

What a great place in a wonderful location, so central in Modica with amazing views & yes a bit of a steep hill home but something has to justify all that pasta and Gelato! Great restaurants and our favourite Hemingway’s bar for wonderful cocktails and people watching. Cafe Adamo for delicious pastries, coffee and Gelato. Nick was very proactive and responsive as was Giorgio & the welcome pack was very much appreciated. The house was a real home from home which made us feel very relaxed and the provision of beech towels, parasols very useful, the well equipped kitchen made cooking in, easy. The house manual was full of very useful information and suggestions for places to go, some of the prices may be a little outdated, but it’s hard to keep up with inflation. I would have no doubt at recommending this lovely home in Modica & Nick in the Uk and Giorgio in Modica, make a great team. Thank you both .
