Maria ist eine sehr nette, hilfsbereite und jederzeit erreichbare Gastgeberin! Sie hat die Unterkunft sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, eine tolle große Terrasse wo man gemütlich essen und die Abende ausklingen lassen kann. Das beste ist der kurze Weg zum wunderschönen Strand! Ich würde die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Ruhe sucht und einfach entspannen möchte! Danke dir Maria für den schönen Aufenthalt 🥰 ich würde immer wieder die Unterkunft buchen!

Honestly one of the best places I have stayed. Nine of us spent over a week there and everyone loved it. Literally not a bad word to say about the place. The villa, pool etc were all as/better than described, especially the pool. We would definitely visit again. Pillows, air con, kitchen, outdoor seating, views etc were all great. The ‘neighbours’ were lovely, don’t speak much English but greeted us on arrival and made sure everything was all ok the whole time. Antonio is a true gentleman, thanks again! Couple tips - local town Martano has a lovely ‘caffe Stella’ with great cakes etc. Torre Sant’Andrea is rocky but amazing swimming under the arch etc. La Cala dell’Acquaviva is small but beautiful, swimming out between the cliff faces. I could go on but in summary, if you want a peaceful, well equipped, beautiful place to stay, away from the bigger more touristy towns but within driving distance of everything, book it up!

Ruhige Gegend, Villa mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub.

La casa si trova in una posizione perfetta per spiaggia(raggiungibile a piedi in 5 min) e servizi (supermercato, fruttivendolo, bar, ristorante). In pochi minuti, in auto, si raggiunge Torre San Giovanni. La casa è molto bella, ordinata e pulita. Lo spazio esterno è comodo e ben attrezzato. Inoltre, Arianna si è dimostrata gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo soggiornato con il nostro bimbo e la nostra golden e siamo stati molto bene!

Posto fantastico come previsto dalle foto e dalla descrizione presente sul sito. Abbiamo passato quattro giorni a contatto con la natura utilizzando frutta, verdura e uova presenti all’interno della tenuta. Lisa e il suo compagno sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno assistito in ogni richiesta. Ci torneremo di sicuro ✨

Fantastic experience!!! Our best stay at italy. The house is fully equipped, decorated with an excelent taste, everything is in excellent conditions, very clean We enjoyed a lot the pool and the precious galleria. Highly recommended for demanding guests. Francesca and tommaso were excellent hosts , very kind, flexible and generous. 10 points everything!!! Top house!!!

The house is perfectly located close to the beaches, supermarkets and is a great starting point for various trips in the area. It is beautifully decorated, very well equipped and well maintained. But the real highlight of our stay was the outstanding hospitality of Fabrizio who has gone above and beyond to accommodate us. He welcomed us with the local sweets and wine, he is very communicative, helpful, responsive and overall a very kind person. He also let us check out late at no extra cost so we didn’t have to rush and could enjoy the pool on our last day. Absolutely fantastic experience, you couldn’t ask for a better place to spend your holidays.

Mon fils de 3 ans parlait de cette villa en disant « Le château » tellement la propriété est impressionnante. La maison est très propre et très spacieuses pour 6 personnes. Le jardin est magnifique et dispose de beaucoup d’arbres fruitiers. Nous reviendrons…

We were looking for a small town in Italy. We found just that. Mostly locals. Giurdignano is about 10 to 15 minutes by car to Otranto. The village itself is very quaint, with one sports bar, 2 or 3 restaurant/pizzerias/a small grocery store, a little market, and a bakery. Everyone was very nice. The house is very well stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much, even though the weather didn't cooperate very much. To visit other cities, you need a car, or a driver. Communication was great between the owner, myself, and the management staff. I would return.

An absolutely wonderful villa with a great view to the east and sunrise. Lots of space to sit and lounge and eat and spend time together with family and friends. A bit of a drive to the beach, but all very doable. Definitely in the return to list. Last but not least - Fausto is fab!

My partner and I got married at Masseria Quadrelli. From start to finish it was the best 3 days of our lives. This villa is the most beautiful place, it feels like a palace fit for royalty. The pool, the rooms, the baths, the living spaces, all amazing. The hosts are responsive and take care of everything. If you are considering a celebration in Southern Italy, this is where you should go.

Devo proprio dire che abbiamo trovato una cortesia,gentilezza ,disponibilità da parte di Alessandro e Mauro ,padroni di casa accellenti ;mai capitato di trovare persone così, ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia, hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta con un garbo ed educazione che non e da tutti , ci hanno coccolato con le vostre gradite sorpese che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo... possiamo solo dire che Alessandro è Mauro ci hanno regalato premure e il vero calore del Sud...semplicemente persone splendide. ..Grazie di Cuore e di tutto Compagnia dei cagnolini

Ci dispiace che la scala di gradimento arrivi solo a 5 stelle. Abbiamo trovato la villa ben curata sia esternamente che internamente. Ciò ha reso il nostro soggiorno memorabile. L'host è molto attento e solerte a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta dell'ultimo momento per incontrare le esigenze dei suoi ospiti. Ci ha anche coinvolti nelle scelte perché la villa fosse adatta alle nostre necessità. Abbiamo, infatti, selezionato questo alloggio per partecipare al matrimonio di nostro figlio visto che non viviamo a Tricase e il fotografo ha giudicato molti angoli della villa gradevoli e stimolanti per le foto allo sposo.

The Villa was absolutely beautiful! It is located on the top of the hill with great use of the town and the sunshine was very beautiful. We were alone during the time of our stay so we can enjoy all the amenities ourselves in a very private way. The pool was absolutely amazing and perfect for a summer chill out. It is only a short drive also from the nearest town and the beach and the location was quiet yet safe. It is equipped with a very beautiful furniture and all cooking equipment was available.

Our two families with 5 kids (6-10y) had an absolutely wonderful stay at Andrea’s beautiful house! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The house itself is even more stunning than the photos, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering both peace and quiet while being close to local attractions. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this place is ideal. Andrea went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always quick to respond and full of helpful local tips. Their warmth and hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. They even thought of our late arrival time and fixed some food for us to feed the hungry kids!!! Absolutely outstanding for a AirB&B host in my opinion! I can’t recommend this place enough and would love to return!

Wir waren überwältigt von der tollen Villa! Die Gastgeber Luca und Diego sind sehr freundlich, sympathisch, sehr Hilfsbereit und zur jederzeit Verfügbar. Sie haben uns auch tolle Willkommensgeschenke bereitgestellt. Herzlichen Dank für das! Was wir absolut geschätzt haben, waren die 4 Zimmer mit dem jeweiligen Badezimmern. Alles perfekt und schön! Es hat alles was mann braucht und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt in eurer schönen Villa! Kompliment!

We had an amazing stay here, the house worked well for 7 people. Plenty of space inside and out. The outside is really the star of the show, pool is amazing, full sized tenis court. It was extremely private and in walking distance too everything you need. I have to mention the owners, so nice and generous, really made our stay a lot better. The host organized us transfers for boat trips and nearby attractions. Well worth the stay, and Lecce is an beautiful city.

Great weeks stay. Manuela was always very responsive host and any minor issues resolved quickly. The villa is a little way out of Town so You need a car. The upside is that’s it’s very peaceful and private. Casarano has some nice restaurants - our favourite was san Lorenzo Pizzeria for eat in or take out. Also ate in the other towns around Would happily return

Nous avons passé une semaine mère-filles fin septembre, début octobre dans ce superbe endroit. La communication préalable et durant tout le séjour était fort sympathique et très réactive. Les instructions et informations reçues étaient claires et très utiles. En arrivant nous avons été très bien accueillies et émerveillées par cette maison pleine de charme, parfaitement équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Elle correspond parfaitement aux images et à la description faite dans l’annonce. Nous cherchions le calme, le dépaysement et la détente, c’était l’endroit idéal. La maison est proche des plages et des petits supermarchés. Bien située pour des excursions à Gallipoli, Lecce ou Ottrante par exemple. Nous avons adorés. Merci au team de confiance de Raffaele ( Allessia & Sergio) qui nous a secondé de manière très professionnelle durant tout le séjour . Nous reviendrons volontiers !

Une pépite !!! L'accueil au delà de toute attente, Ruggiero et Angelo sont des amours qui répondront toujours présents à la moindre demande ou question. Le calme est plus que magique, nichée au sein d'une réserve wwf (possibilité de découvrir une merveilleuse nature à pieds), la villa Acaya est parfaite pour découvrir les Pouilles. Ruggiero nous a réellement bichonné, des conseils plus que précieux. La beauté des paysages reste magique et nous nous sommes régalés. Une piscine plus que propre et des arbres fruitiers au sein du jardin. Que demander de plus... Au delà de tout cela, ce fut une réelle rencontre que je garderai dans mon coeur. Merci à vous pour tout
