We have no complaints whatsoever. The cottage was immaculate and exactly as the photos indicated. It is very well appointed and everything worked well. Obviously a lot of thought has been put into furnishing and decorating the cottage and it shows. The surroundings are just beautiful and, during inclement weather, we were able to enjoy the view of the stormy ocean. Robin immediately answered any contact we made with her and she was pleasant and friendly. We wanted for nothing. There are opportunities to take walks from the cottage without using transport and the scenery is wonderful.

We had a great time at Heidi's place! It's a very short walk (less than 5 minutes) to downtown Courtenay with lots of neat shops, bakeries, and cafes. The house is in a lovely neighbourhood that feels quiet and peaceful even though it's so close to town. We enjoyed the fenced backyard. The home is very clean and well cared for. The indoor space is well appointed, with everything we needed for home cooked meals. Beds were nice and comfortable. I appreciated the unscented soaps. We would happily return to this beautiful home and excellent location :)

This was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. I could not recommend it more. Kelli was so helpful and accommodating and the Airbnb was spotless when we arrived. The property is beautiful with goats, a hot tub, a pond, and tons of nature. We had wonderful mornings sitting on the deck drinking coffee and walking around the property and the road. It was relaxing and wonderful and if you are looking for somewhere to stay, this is it!

We had EVERYTHING we needed. It was clean, comfortable and surpassed our expectations. Wonderful kitchen and the shower and bath are MARVELOUS. We sat by the firepit and watched the seals for HOURS! Thank you so much. Highly recommend!

My family of 4 and a small dog 🐕 stayed at Erin’s guesthouse for 2 nights. We arrived at the address and we were just a bit confused with the guesthouse address number as it says on the B&B apps was 342 Bray Rd and we saw 344 Bray road at the entrance of the house. Overall our stay was great. It’s on the upper floor which is nice because we enjoyed the sunset view on the water. The kitchen is fully equipped with what you need for cooking and unlimited coffee with coffee maker and creamer if you are coffee lover. And a private hot tub is a plus for my partner who loves hot tub. Great place to stay if you want quieter and more privacy.

This was an incredible space for our family to spend time together during the holidays. It was a short 2 minute walk to the beach with incredible views! We saw seals each time we visited the beach. The house was very clean, modern and comfortable. We loved having enough bedrooms for each of our children to have their own space and the common spaces were large and comfortable for everyone as well. Loved it!

Cathy is a Superhost in my books. She thought of every detail, communicated clearly, proactively and responsively. Easy check in/out process. The covered porch allowed us to sit outside by the ocean, even during inclement weather. Cathy had even turned on the fireplace for our arrival (it was a cold and rainy day)! Kitchen was stocked with essential cooking accessories, spices, oil, coffee, tea, etc. What a welcoming feeling!! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!!

Awesome cabin right by the water - waking up to that view was perfect. Place had everything we needed for cooking in, and very comfy beds. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The home is gorgeous. The kitchen is very well equipped and has high-end appliances; the beds are extremely comfortable with lovely linens; the bathrooms are lovely; and the hot tub and deck are fabulous. Christine is a very responsive host. Everything you need (and more) is provided for you. We would love to return.
