This was a great country house! So nice, and clean, and felt extremely cozy and comfortable. Our family traveled down to visit and celebrate our mom’s birthday and Ashley truly went above to make sure we felt welcomed including setting up birthday decorations, making dog treats for our fur animal, and having a pack n play set up for my 2 year old to sleep - it was so convenient to not have to travel with our own! There were SO many things to keep ourselves occupied in and around the house also! Board games galore, all kinds of reading material, a kids playroom filled!, outside games - bags, footballs, wiffle balls, pond fishing, a paddle boat (which we didn’t use because it was too chilly), all sizes of rain boots for a hike around the forest… she really thought of everything! We would all definitely stay here again! Thank you Ashley for helping us have such a memorable and enjoyable weekend!

The Cozy House was much more than what I had expected in every way!!! Gorgeous home first of all but also, Amy was a super welcoming, flexible and responsive host making it feel like I was truly at a home away from home!! Highly recommended this house if needing a place to stay in Gibson City!!

This place does it right. I always love a place that has a comfortable bed. The owner had popcorn samples and coffee. Would recommend staying here when in the area.

What a gorgeous property. We stayed here after an Illini game and it was perfect. Nearby town was cute with couple of restaurants to grab late evening meal. We would have loved to enjoy the outdoor fireplace. Next time

it is a spacious house with all you need for your stay and many creative touches. it easily accommodated our group.

We had a lovely stay. The house had plenty of useful features and was a great place for our family to enjoy the holidays with nearby friends and family. Hillary was always responsive and helpful. We also enjoyed seeing and feeding the donkeys and alpaca in the pasture. A great little surprise for our kids. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay at the Daylily. The home is furnished with everything you need to cook great meals. I couldn't have asked for a better host, Anya is amazing. The home is an older home not something modern and luxurious but it's a home and its a great spot to stay and make memories. If I have more work near Paxton I will definitely try to stay at the Daylily again.
