Had a fantastic weekend at this cozy home! Great outdoor space and plenty of beds for a large party. Very responsive and helpful host, and was very flexible with check in to accommodate for early flights from the west coast! Would absolutely stay here again.

Stephan's place was perfect for what I needed, I would stay there again if I find myself in Belmar again!

Super nice host, great space and Levi was always there for everything. 10/10 place would go again :)

Rashidas place was great for my pop in pop out event I had in Pennsylvania. The location was 18 minutes away from Levite town pa. The place was clean, and cozy for my family. Lots of space for 9 of us. Parking was available and the host was very responsive to all I had asked. She kept the bathrooms filled with everything u need. I definitely recommend this cozy clean home. I would definitely be back for other events . I recommend Rashida’s home if u need a clean space for a near by or even just a chill spot. Thank you ..

My family really enjoyed staying here for Christmas! We have family nearby so the location worked well for us- it’s also a plus to be walking distance to Main St shops and restaurants (our favorites, Vic’s and Darcy’s)!We travel with our dogs and this house was really comfortable for them which makes us happy and feel at home as well. Big backyard and nice neighborhood for walking. Most airbnbs we’ve stayed in lack seating but Tiffany’s large sectional with dining table for 6 in an open concept downstairs was a great perk. Tiffany made check in and check out extremely easy and made us feel relaxed about being away from home. Would love to stay again for our next trip to the shore!

This was our second stay at Jerry's property, and it was even better than the first. Jerry is very communicative and responsive, and he obviously takes pride in his property -- updates had been made since our visit last year. We felt right at home, being able to do laundry and prepare simple meals as needed. Stepping outside right onto the sand made a business trip still feel leisurely!

We were having our bathroom remodeled and needed a place that could accommodate 2 adults, 3 kids ( under 5) 3 pets, and be within driving distance to our kids school. Thankfully, Adel's house was the perfect fit! I loved the kitchen. The river behind the house was a beautiful bonus. The house was very clean. Also, we liked the bidet and ended up getting one installed in our bathroom at home. If we need to stay somewhere nearby again, I'd definitely look to see if Adel's home is available.

Hilda was the most amazing host. The house was beautiful. We were over from Ireland doing a show and it was the perfect place to rest after a hectic week. Stunning, clean and had everything and more. Even small things like toothpicks, toothpaste etc. Just amazing. The price was great too. I feel like Hilda doesn’t overcharge like a lot of places in NYC. I quite honestly would love to return!
