Phil’s place is the perfect little purpose-built rental unit. Close enough to Asheville that you can easily get to anything and just around the corner from the best brisket in the state. Bed was comfy, place was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend for 2!

Very clean and welcoming apartment! Wes provided excellent instructions proactively knowing Google maps doesn’t take you to the best entrance for the location of the apartment within the building. Area felt safe, clean and friendly. Neighbors kept to themselves but were social when running into any. Would recommend and would definitely return to this Airbnb!

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

The location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to downtown, which made getting to the Billy Strings show every night a breeze. The space itself was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making their guests feel at home. We’ll 100% be back next time we’re in town.

From the time of booking, to checking in all the way to checking out everything was a breeze. The house was clean, nice and warm upon arrival. The host was very responsive whenever I reached out. The building does not have an elevator so going up and down was alot lol however I loved it. Will definitely book again

This was perfect for quick weekend trip as a single female. The apartment itself is much bigger than the pictures make it appear. It's spacious, well-kept, and beautifully decorated. The furniture is a little dated, but it's very comfortable and enjoyable. Super soft bed, many places have really uncomfortable mattresses, that's not the case here. I did not want to get out of bed. Super walkable to everything I wanted/needed to do and I felt safe even venturing out at night. My only recommendation would be to update the outdoor furniture on the balcony.

Great location and easy access to everything downtown. Great place to stay for events at the arena. Definitely will stay again in the future!

We had an excellent stay at Hickory House! It absolutely exceeded our expectations! There was plenty of room for our 6 person group so it was very comfortable. Dan was easy to get in touch with and check-in and check-out instructions were clear. We would definitely stay here again! Nice area of town as well! Thank you Dan!

The house has beautiful views of the sunrise, and was spacious enough to house 4 adults and 3 very tall teenage boys. It was absolutely frigid the weekend we went, but having so many ways to access the decks would have been perfect for drinking coffee and watching the sunrise over the mountains. We enjoyed our time in Hendersonville and a lot of that is due to staying at the house, which is located within walking distance of several shops and restaurants.

Third time I have stayed there and it’s always great and they are so accommodating!

The updates do a great job making this little house feel spacious. We were only here for a rest stop while visiting family but it’s so cute inside it made me wish we were hanging out longer. Area was very quiet at night.

We had an amazing stay at Ford & Amy’s place, even though part of our stay overlapped Hurricane Helene!!! Their home was well-appointed, cozy, and very livable, with lots of space that made us feel comfortable and safe. Although it’s on a busy street, it was surprisingly quiet inside, and the sturdy construction gave us peace of mind during the storm. The screened-in back porch was a great place to relax in the morning with coffee and in the evening with wine. The neighbors are all great and checked in on us, which was really thoughtful. Ford & Amy were incredibly responsive and kept us updated, making sure we had everything we needed. Check in was smooth and stress-free. Great location: walkable to restaurants, downtown, and lots of parks. Beautiful neighborhood! We highly recommend this place for short or long stays!

What a great condo in a great location. Fantastic nearby restaurants (walkable) and breweries. The condo was very nicely done, quiet, and well furnished. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Kelli was very responsive to any communication I had. Thank you!

Great stay! It could have been very confusing getting into the building and condo, but the instructions were laid out clearly and the pictures were also helpful. This was in a great location. It was clean and cozy.

Olivia’s place was just as described in the listing . Very clean, comfortable place to stay. Located right in town close to restaurants, shopping and site seeing . But yet quiet and cozy when you’re ready to rest . Would definitely stay again if I come back to Greenville

Cynthia's place was top notch including fabulous location (right in the heart of downtown Greenville), well-stocked, and super clean. She was extremely easy to communicate with, provided detailed instructions and awesome restaurant suggestions, and was very kind. Will definitely be back at this gorgeous condo the next visit to Greenville and really looking forward to it!

Great place with lots of room. Beds were comfortable, place was clean, and the surrounding area was very nice. I recommend staying here if given the chance.

Uniquely located above a popular bar. The bar doesn’t stay open too late, so the noise isn’t a problem. Walkable to downtown. The place had everything you needed. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Great stay!
