Our stay at this exquisite and luxurious home was simply divine. Its prime location afforded us effortless access to the renowned wineries and tasting rooms of Lasseter, Beltane, Imagery, Benzinger, and Tailsman. The convenience of a local grocery store, delightful restaurants, and a charming French bakery, all within walking distance, further enhanced our experience. The generously sized hot tub, impeccably clean and perfectly heated, provided blissful relaxation. The beautifully landscaped yard, complete with the soothing sounds of the creek, created a truly magical and restorative ambiance. Every detail of our visit was flawless, exceeding all expectations. We eagerly anticipate our return to this haven of tranquility.

We really enjoyed our stay, very private and quiet. Great location among the wineries of northern Sonoma County. Kitchen was great, and we enjoyed the fireplace every evening. Thank you!

Summers House is exceptional! And the views and gardens are amazing. Pat was very responsive, and her detailed instructions and local recommendations were very helpful. Don't be hesitant about the short drive up to the house. It is beautiful drive, and the location is worth it.

Kurt's place was amazing! We were a group of five women gathering to celebrate a birthday, and we could not have picked a better place. The house itself was warm and inviting, with an open floor plan that allowed us to all relax in the comfy living room or gather around the big island countertop in the kitchen. Everything was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The outdoor area provided a peaceful place to hang out. It was too cold to swim in the pool, but we did enjoy several dips in the hot tub, which sits overlooking a beautiful view. And the house itself sits on some gorgeous land with a vineyard. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Kurt and Heather were responsive to messages and great about checking in to make sure our stay was going well. I would highly recommend this place, and I hope to stay there again sometime!

The house was exactly as described and comfy. Plenty of room for 8, and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t use the pool but it looked so inviting for summertime! Great place to stay with a group. Thanks!

Griselda was a wonderful host. Our stay was super last minute and she was very accommodating, responsive and flexible. The location was perfect. We came to hike in Armstrong Redwood Park and her place was only about a 3 min drive there. It was also a three minute drive from the downtown so great location. Beautiful house with lots of space and a huge yard. I'd love to come back in the summer when we could use the outdoor space more, but the hot tub was perfect for the winter.

Our family had a wonderful stay here for the holidays! The house was perfect, so much space for the dogs outside too. We will be back!

Casa Sophia was exactly as described. My wife and I stayed for about two weeks with our four-year-old. The house accommodates kids very well. The living room with stove was a joy to hang out in over the holidays. It's one of the only AirBnB kitchens I've enjoyed cooking in as it basically has all the equipment needed and plenty of space. Even the knives were sharp. We couldn't take advantage of the outside area as much as we would have liked since it rained almost the entire stay, but it is gorgeous and hanging out in the hot tub on a sunny morning sipping coffee watching mist peel off the redwoods was a highlight for me. Quick drive to Guerneville, 20 minutes to the coast and a half-hour to Santa Rosa. We went on walks all over the neighbourhood as well. The neighbours are friendly and lots of dogs to greet. All three of us were very sad to leave. It was a great home.

This was the perfect spot for our quiet weekend. I usually prefer not to use guesthouse Airbnbs but this one was totally private and felt like entirely its own space. Super clean, cozy, and comfortable. We’ll be back!

Amazing house with everything you need for a short or lengthy trip!! It truly feels like home. The deck and hot tub are just what you need to unwind and recharge. All of the surrounding ding towns offer different things to do as well as great food/coffee spots! David and his team were so accommodating and helpful!! We can't wait to come back!!!

Cozy cottage, near a large park and walking distance to downtown and the high-end Oliver's Supermarket. The location is blue-collar with medium traffic, school kids walking home, pet parents walking their dogs to the park in the morning, etc. Parking was easy and we didn't have any difficulty finding a spot in front of the place or a few steps away. The cottage is very neat and clean and includes most items that you need for a stay. Overall, a comfortable space and good place.

We had a wonderfully peaceful stay at the Cove House. Mornings on the deck with coffee offered beautiful ocean views. We spent our days reading by the fire, soaking in the hot tub, and watching seals in the surf below. Evenings were calm and starlit, with the gentle sound of the Pacific always in the background. A perfect spot for a restful getaway.

We chose this house because of the 4 bedrooms with king sized beds and it worked out so well for us. We visited at 6 or 7 wineries/tasting rooms all within a 15 minute drive and they were all fantastic. The house itself was very clean and comfortable and was a great space for a group of 8 to return to each evening of our stay in wine country. And of course, we ate oranges out of the tree in the backyard each morning.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay for the month of February. Jay's place was pleasant, single-level easy-living: comfortably furnished and well equipped, in a large suburban neighborhood typical of Novato, about 2 miles from downtown. We slept well in the comfortable queen bed and quiet surroundings. The carpeting was so nice to walk on though the light color made us extra careful not to spill anything. The private-feeling yard is one of the best features; it was cool weather (50's/60's) but still perfect for lunch at the patio table and yoga on the deck on a nice spring day, and was great to have for our dog visitors. We discovered the dog-friendly hiking/running trails on Mount Burdell which were magical this time of year--emerald green and cool. The trailhead is only a mile away at the end of San Andreas. The nearby grocery store and Trailhead deli/smoothie cafe were excellent. Comfortable, convenient to town and the highway 101 to San Francisco, we were quite happy!

This is the second time we had a family Christmas at April's place. It is very roomy, and that table is absolutely amazing!!! Kitchen is fully stocked and easy to work in. Easily accommodates 3 people working together. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great too. There are some goats on the property, was fun to watch them graze. Also, there is a walking / biking trail that passes right by the property. Great to stretch your legs and contemplate the beauty of the area. We had been there before, so had no problem finding the place. The first time was a bit confusing since you need to enter the winery's driveway and drive up to the house. Overall, a great place, which is why we went back!

4 of us had a great long weekend at this cottage! The grounds are beautiful and the there are several cute family-owned wineries within walking/biking distance. Very comfortable beds and the kitchen was well stocked.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place is peaceful, beautiful, and offers plenty of privacy—perfect for a relaxing getaway. My wife and I, along with our dog, truly enjoyed our time here. Our pup had lots of space to roam safely, which was a huge plus for us. The location is also great—secluded enough to feel like a retreat, yet conveniently close to Santa Rosa. Alexa was an amazing host, providing thoughtful recommendations that made our stay even better. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil escape!

My family booked all 3 of Eric's properties for our Thanksgiving this year. I did not have the pleasure of staying in this house myself (I stayed next door), but all of the reports from my family were that it was great. People and dogs all had a fantastic time. Communication was prompt for any questions we had. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and multiple gathering spaces for our large group.

The house was great. It was very clean and attractive inside. The option to park in the garage was nice. The back/side yards were a good size. We’d definitely stay here again!

Pia was a very helpful host. She gave great instructions when it was a little confusing accessing the road from what google maps showed (some road closures due to rain). Thanks to her instructions it was very easy and helped us avoid any confusion. In addition to this, the place was a great location with easy access to wineries and the sonoma square. Pia gave great recommendations and was accommodating to any questions we had. Highly recommend.
