Great place to stay. Jane was super responsive. Apartment was super clean, tidy and well finished. Bed was cracker and very comfortable. The milk, water, butter, cereal and Fox’s biscuits were a great touch. Just jumped in an an Uber to get to the centre of town

Cute little apartment - was perfect for what we needed. Right in the centre of Lytham. We parked 2 mins away - there were lots of parking options despite the property not having dedicated parking. Really comfy bed and lovely clean property. Lizzie was really responsive and replied pretty much straight away if I needed something! Overall - a fab stay.

Excellent location and matched description, Natasha replied immediately when messaged and allowed early check in as we had heavy bags. Some noise from nightlife early hours but to be expected with a central location 😊

My friend and I had a wonderful few days in Blackpool staying at Pauline’s beautiful apartment. We didn’t want for anything and the location was perfect for getting around on foot or via trams/buses. Just a short walk from the train station too. Quick response to all communications, super friendly and accommodating. Flat was super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The cherry on the cake was the magnificent bay window looking out to sea. We sat and watched the beautiful sunset while relaxing in the very comfortable armchairs. We weren’t disturbed by any noise not even the road. We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant downstairs and visited a karaoke bar - Bees Knees just a short walk away. Thank you for having us. We’ll definitely stay again when next in Blackpool. 😊

We stayed here for 5 nights between Christmas and new years, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The place is spacious, bright and cosy, and it has everything you’d need. Our host, Ed, was very helpful and responsive. If you’re visiting Liverpool, the location couldn’t be better. There is a metro/train station just around the corner where it’s just one stop into the centre of Liverpool. Also, it’s near to the ferry, and even buses. We were so happy to have this as our base for our visit. I would absolutely stay here again, if possible.

Kara’s place was very homely and lots of nice touches . It was spotlessly clean and looked even better than the pictures . Would definitely recommend and stay again should we be in the Liverpool area . Thank you for a lovely stay 😌

We stayed at Blackpool rocks for a few days and loved it! Easily walkable into the pleasure beach etc but taxis home are v reasonable when little legs are tired! Joanne and Daniel were really accommodating, lovely and friendly and really made us feel welcome, will be back next year and so happy to have found a lovely place to stay for our annual trip to Blackpool! X

Loved the apartment. Was absolutely perfect for what we needed as a family. Was definitely the most comfortable stay I have had in blackpool. Has a beautiful large balcony but unfortunately it was very windy so we did not get to use it. I felt very safe here with gate and door lock codes being required. Lots of towels provided. Has everything you could possibly need. I would like to have been able to hoover before I left but it’s understandable that one is not provided. Also due to us only having takeaways during our stay we had some rubbish that I would have liked to have disposed of myself but I had no idea where larger bins would be. Would love to book again when I return to Blackpool.

Our third stay here. Spotless accommodation and great communication from Jamie. Great location also with just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Poulton. Would happily stay again.

Really good, clean, uncluttered house. Had everything we needed. Brilliant heating control. Very secure. Good kitchen. We had family one day and easily cooked lunch for 8 people. Taxis to the front were cheap - about £6. It was perfect for us.

Absolutely perfect! We stayed here as a group of 10, and everyone loved it. The hosts were extremely helpful during the booking process, answering any questions and giving us all the information we needed whenever we needed it. They were flexible with check-in and out times to suit us, knowing we were travelling a large distance. On arrival the house was immaculate. Spotless every room, so much space for everyone, with almost all of the bedrooms having a private bathroom. The hosts even left us a few beers and chocolate to welcome us! Check-in was extremely easy, met at the door when we arrived and shown around the property. Super friendly and really helpful giving local recommendations whilst making us feel at home right away. 5 star doesn't do it justice, the property and hosts are fantastic and I'd highly recommend for anyone wanting to stop near Liverpool or wanting a spacious property with friends. Will definitely be booking again in the future if we're ever in the area!

Fantastic property in great location. Interior manages to be modern style with a homely family friendly feel. Mark is very keen to make sure you are settled on arrival and goes out of his way to deal with any concerns you have. The local area has many cafes and new eateries and walking distance to Fairhaven Lake which has a lovely dog friendly cafe. Highly recommended 5 stars all round.

Jennifer was an excellent host from the moment we made the booking. She was very quick to respond to all the messages and very accommodating to requests. Was easy and friendly to communicate with. The house was above expectations and the whole family loved the stay. Especially the kids. Very homely, clean and spacious. The rooms were great sizes. Even though we were 14 in our group we managed to work with the 3 bathrooms. With separate rooms to eat drink sleep and play. A stone away from the beach. Also Not far from the main attractions. Checkin was super easy and house was immaculate on arrival. The rainy days didn’t put a damper on any part of our stay. Choice to go out or stay in was great. Will happily rebook.

A great find. Spacious and homely property that was well equipped and comfortable. Lots of spare linen. The garden was secure for our dog to use. A short walk to the prom, then long walks along the wide sandy beaches for miles on end.

Julie’s place is lovely. She has thought of all the useful things, from clear instructions and coffees and fresh milk in the fridge. The place was spotless and well equipped with lovely comfortable furnishings. It was easy to check in and we felt we had a very good amount of privacy. Julie was helpful when we had to change a date at relatively short notice and checked how we had settled in. The location was perfect for visiting Lytham high street and local shops and restaurants. Overall a great stay and we will definitely look here next time we stay in the area!

Was a great place to stay, near to a tram stop and right next to Pleasure Beach. Would recommend!

We loved Lynn's place. Perfect location - really handy for the Marina, local beach strolls and the train station - 30 mins to Liverpool. The flat was just perfect and the thoughtful extras of biscuits and wine were an added bonus . we will be back.

Thank you for a great New Years Eve stay! We had so much fun making forever memories with the kids :)

Robs place is comfy and cozy with the log burner Well equipped and spotless throughout Great views Shame the fireworks were cancelled due to the weather because this is a great spot to bring in the new year
