Large house in a quiet location , ideal for family gathering . Kitchen was well equipped which made catering easy . No camp cot or high chair but we bought our own . Thankyou

My son and his family stayed at Andrew’s property while they were visiting us from Australia. It is a fabulous property. Clean, comfortable and, with the log burner going, very cosy. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very comfy beds and the little ones loved the bunk beds. Lots of little extras including books, games, logs for the fire and even a BBQ. Ideally situated with shops, cafes and the local market all within walking distance. The railway station is nearby and and the M6 less than 5 minutes drive. Andrew responded to a couple of minor queries almost immediately. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending and would definitely use again.

Awesome spot just away from the promenade. Safe area and easy to get to. We used it as a base for the Blackpool marathon and was perfect for all we needed 👍🏻

We had a lovely stay. Very clean and comfortable. Light and airy rooms. We felt right at home and the expresso machine was the cherry on top. We’ll definitely visit again, thanks Michael

We have no complaints at all, spotlessly clean, and modern, fully equipped and felt at home straight away. Mark was very helpful and the place is to a very high decorative standard even with a soft close toilet. Would love to stay again, great local pub within a 100 meters with fantastic food. Lovely walks around the area, Zara (our dog) loved it.

Absolute gem of a house. Mark couldn’t have been a better host. House was spotless and extremely well appointed. Ansdell is a perfect spot as it’s easily accessible to Lytham and close to Fairhaven. My family lives in Lytham and when there is a big get together we sometimes need to find extra accommodation. This has been the best one we have found so far. Thank you Mark.

Great house for extended family gathering. Quiet location with easy access to the city and nearby parks and cafes (& the fabulous Lark St) Ample street parking. House stylishly decorated and stocked with tea/proper coffee and everything required in a working kitchen. Very pleasant outdoor courtyard area perfect for morning coffee in the sun! (& there was sun!!)

We had a lovely weekend away at A’s place. The house was easy to find, had good and private parking and was very spacious (bigger than it looks on the photos!). The beds were really comfortable and the living room was super cosy. The kitchen was also great and had every item you would need for self catering. The cleanliness of some of the glasses, plates and pans was not 100% and we did need to hand-wash a few items - I think this could be due to the dishwasher. The pool was great, we visited in January in the snow and were able to swim every day. A was super friendly and informative at check-in and gave us some local recommendations. Thanks for having us!! :)

This caravan has everything you need and is clean and comfortable only thing found strange was contacted James who has taken over the caravan which made no difference to our holiday just think should of been notified by Lisa of change

Excellent host, great communication, very responsive and helpful. The accommodation was lovely with great parking and in a lovely location right across from the beach. The pool and hot tub were superb. We appreciated the welcome hamper too.

Lovely caravan, exactly as described, situated a short stroll from the shop, restaurants and entertainment. Jasmine was great, super responsive from initial query prior to booking, throughout the entire stay - Can't fault anything! Thank you

The family enjoyed our stay in the caravan, it was clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable, the site had plenty to do for kids and adults alike. Very close to the zoo for a great day out. Would definitely recommend

What a lovely little gem we found!! Very clean and smelled lovely as soon as we walked in the door! The whole cottage was clean and well maintained, we had everything we needed and the cottage is very homely, warm and welcoming, we loved it!! Walking distance from Southport and there is plenty to see and do locally with lots of options to eat in or out. Jodie and Paul are great with communication and very friendly, they have created a very peaceful relaxing space where we felt completely at home.

Great last minute weekend at Blackpool blocked in this accommodation to take kids to Pleasurebeach. Very close to pleasure beach. Accommodation was homely, cosy. loft bedrooms which the kids loved. Maybe take a night light for kids bedrooms as pitch dark when vellux blinds closed, also a night light for landing if need to navigate coming down to bathroom at night. Nice little surprise welcome pack! waiting on arrival.

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay at The Drift Barn while visiting family in Liverpool. Lovely accommodation - nicely converted barn. Easy to find with great directions from host. Good layout downstairs and everything provided for a comfortable stay. The host even left us fresh bread, milk and butter so we didn’t need to dash to the shops on arrival - local amenities are less than a 5 minute walk away. As there were only to two of us we used the largest bedroom, which was spacious with such a comfortable bed! However, the other bedroom looked lovely too. Since our return we have also recommended it to a friend who is due to visit Liverpool shortly. Thanks again for a lovely stay. Tip: if planning on travelling across the Mersey Gateway toll bridge into Liverpool, do download the Merseyflow app to automatically pay for your crossings.

A great little find. The property is beautiful in a lovely quiet location. Deborah was a fantastic host and made us feel very comfortable and at ease. There was everything you could want for a peaceful getaway to recharge the batteries! Thank you. Would highly recommend!

Welch Cottage was the perfect holiday home. The property was spacious, exceptionally clean and located off a pretty, leafy lane. The kitchen was a joy for a large family to prepare meals together. Lytham St Anne's was forty minutes away and had everything a young family needed for fun days at the beach and was remarkably free of litter. The Forest of Bowland was peaceful, beautiful and unspoilt. Thank you, we hope to return.

Krásné, prostorné ubytování v malé zahradě, do které jsme mohli jít relaxovat. Dům stojí na zcela klidném místě, blízko zastávky do centra města i na letiště (stejný autobus č. 82). Coriinne i její manžel byli velmi milí a vstřícní nad rámec svých povinností. Matrace pružinové, pohodlné, kuchyň čistá a dobře vybavená, chyběla jen trouba. Byli jsme velmi spokojení. Mirka

Absolutely beautiful little cabin in a lovely setting, the hot tub was great and the amenities were perfect.

We had a brilliant family trip to Lytham and absolutely loved our stay! The property was in the perfect location, just a short walk to the beach and near to the shops, and all the lovely restaurants. It was ideal for us and our dogs, who were made to feel just as welcome as we were. Sam, the host, was fantastic, incredibly accommodating and always happy to help with anything we needed. He was quick to sort out any small issues, which made everything feel effortless and relaxed. We really couldn’t have asked for a better base for our getaway. Would definitely stay again, thank you, Sam!
