This place was absolutely wonderful! Cozy and clean, we felt right at home. We stayed there while visiting family for Thanksgiving. We even got our family pic with beautiful red leaves and the lake in the background. Hosts were friendly and quick to respond.

The MapleLeaf Cottage was exceptionally decorated & inviting! Even though it’s off the beaten path, the location is an easy drive to downtown Winston Salem or close enough to Greensboro NC. I would highly recommend staying at Lauren’s Airbnb!

I will be renting again!! This is a unique and beautiful place on the water

What an absolute treat to get to stay on Tanglewood Property during the Festival of Lights! We stayed the night before Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving night and thoroughly enjoyed it. Peyton gave us great instructions on how to get into the park via the back entrance and we had no problems with entry or exit. It was so quiet and the place was very comfortable. We walked all around Tanglewood and felt like we had a mini-vacation just a few miles from our son's home. We are already trying to figure out when we can go there again!

Great stay! Rustic cabin in the woods with a beautiful view. Was familiar with the Tanglewood area already. Had a great walk around the park and enjoyed a birthday party at one of the picnic shelters. Interior clean, towels fluffy (could have used a few extra, since we stayed several days.) And, water pressure was excellent. The only negative would be WiFi. We couldn’t get it to work. So, make sure to have plenty of Data. Other than that, we give it an A+ and would definitely stay again .

This sweet cabin offered a great stay for our last min family get-a-way:) The host was very responsive and helped us for a smooth check in. There are also lots of shops right outside the park if you need “camping” supplies you may have forgotten to pack. Would def recommend

It is a cabin in the woods, so be prepared for little privacy (thin, open rafter walls) and no blinds on rear facing windows in living room. But deer grazed in the backyard in the morning, and it’s in a great location, close to everything we wanted to do.

Very cute house with full kitchen located in a quiet part of Tanglewood park. We visited over Thanksgiving and were able to see the park’s holiday light show on our drive into the Airbnb. The house itself was great, however if you are shorter or have knee/hip/mobility issues, you may find the bathtub/shower difficult to get out of. The tub is raised up on a platform in the bathroom which makes it difficult to step out of. We realized this and ended up making other accommodations for one of our family members who wouldn’t be able to safely exit the tub.
