A fabulous stay, perfect for two. From the moment of booking, Ainslie was very quick to respond, her directions were excellent. The Old Dairy was very quirky with everything you could need provided, lots of lovely touches to make it very homely. For us we particularly loved the wood burner and the hot tub (My husband wasn’t sure about using the hot tub, but when he saw how immaculate it was, changed his mind). We were impressed with the internet, using star link it provided a very good connection. The weather was beautiful while we were there and we almost wished it wasn’t as we didn’t want to go anywhere with Netflix and an ultra HD large television, I thought providing movie pick and mix was a very thoughtful touch. Most impressive of all was Ainslie who was a perfect host we were greeted with handshake and went home with a hug. 🥰

We loved our stay in this amazing cottage in a beautiful setting. Was exactly what we were looking for. Travel cot and high chair were provided, which was very helpful. We would definitely come back.

Perfect house for our girly weekend away. Incredibly peaceful and great walks nearby. The instructions that Dina sent through by text were great and meant even finding her place in the dark was really easy which was fab as we were all tired after work and being able to find this gorgeous place without any issue was needed.Really beautifully situated and feels really private. Lovely neighbours who checked in as they were out delivering wood but were really respectful of our privacy. Hot tub was lovely, really clean and super warm.Was private enough that you didn’t feel overlooked as we sat out but still able to sit and look out over the lovely view of Perthshire.Really responsive host who was really quick to message back if there was anything I wanted to double check. Well stocked house with the basics of milk and what not in the fridge and toileries in the bathroom which was really handy and not standard at all places.Fab wee gem if you want a restful weekend away. Would go back.

From start to finish this was a great place to stay. Very cosy and welcoming. There was a well appointed kitchen and very pleasant dining area, the garden was beautiful with a 'hot tub' which we didn't use and there were plenty of towels and a couple of bathrobes which we did use. Rosemarkie itself is a lovely village which we have visited many times and this house is 2 minutes from a super sandy beach. We would definitely like to stay there again in the future.

Would just like to say thank you for my stay me and my family loved it spicily the love for cars and stuff cars what was clear throw out the house as someone who’s into cars my self 10/10 for that one small thing can be tricky to get parked sometimes tho that has nothing to do with host just the street but 100% does not affect the stay just to be mindful other than that 10/10 we place really is thank you so much will be back again!!!

The corner cottage was lovely with lots of attention to detail and very clean. A perfect place for a getaway to relax and explore the surroundings before settling in for a cosy evening. Michaella was a great host. Enjoyed our stay and would love to come back at some point.

We had a beautiful home from home stay at this lovely cottage. Everything was perfect and an ideal set up for our toddler too. The garden was wonderful to explore and it was ideal to have the woodland paths right on our front door step. The hot tub on the bedroom patio was a little sun trap and perfect for relaxing. The cottage had everything we could have wanted and a well set up kitchen. Lots of do in the local area and an evening spent by the open fire was the perfect was to end the day. Laura was a really attentive host, accommodating our extra requests and meeting us at the property - thanks for a lovely stay we would absolutely love to come back.

Brett was very responsive and really friendly. Her cottage was perfect and very cosy and a stones throw from the beach which our 3 hairy babies loved. We had everything we needed and the perfect weather was a bonus. Would definitely love to come back here - it’s so peaceful- thank you for our amazing stay

We absolutely adored our stay here. It was very comfortable and cozy, felt like home instantly. Walking distance to a wonderful restaurant that had been recommended. Mairi met us and was very welcoming and showed us around the property. Great amenities, very accurate description of property given. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you for having us!

Fantastic stay at Boot cottage, great location to explore around the area including Dunkeld, Pitlochry and Dundee. Some lovely and thoughtful touches when we arrived too for us and our dog Lottie. Would definitely recommend!

Great place with fantastic equipment and set up, good kitchen and social spaces, overall spot in but worth noting it is quite close to the railway line, not a huge issue as it's quite a quiet line. Overall great.

After a week of driving it was lovely to step into the cottage and feel immediately at home. Beautifully furnished and so cosy with the log fire - interesting artwork and books, well equipped kitchen and super comfy bed. Really appreciated the radio too. Lauren was super helpful and friendly and it was lovely to meet her. We had a fantastic Sunday lunch in The Old Bridge Inn (make sure to book as we saw a lot of people being turned away). Our only regret is that we didn't book for longer - will definitely be back. Thank you Lauren and Cat.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this idyllic location. Beautiful dog walks combined with beautiful scenery in this gorgeous cottage. Great hosts. We will be back.

Plain and simple, this was THE best air b’n’b we have ever stayed in. Everything about it. The location and the club and grounds are just beyond stunning. Breathtaking views. Between the back view of the highland club facing Loch Ness to looking over your shoulder to see Loch Ness, just amazing. The cottage itself while not a part of the main building was perfect. All the amenities needed and plenty of space for the four of us. Waking up to the snow on the lawn outside was beautiful. The hamper on arrival was so helpful for our 3 nights there. The board games, fire place and sporting equipment was great. The games room and especially heated pool inside was amazing to relax and look out to the snowy mountains. Honestly, was sad to leave and could have stayed there another week! Worth every cent. Our two kids were in heaven.

We had a great stay at Church Cottage. It was so central and yet so peaceful and relaxing. The cottage was beautifully laid out with a simple snug scandi feel too! We definitely would go again. Thanks Amelia

Great place for a long weekend. good base for visiting the area. Paul was very helpful with check in flexibility etc and generally with all information. even an odd random question I sent him about the wooden frames on the ceilings 🤣🤣 very quick at replying too

Wir haben eine super Zeit hier verbracht, unsere Hunde werden den Garten vermissen. Ein super Startpunkt für viele Ausflüge und anschließend in die richtige ruhige Umgebung von Knockbain zurück kommen, traumhaft. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen. Vielleicht ist das Wetter beim nächsten Mal nicht so schottisch 😅 Danke für alles

This is a hidden gem … just off the Main Street but so quiet and comfortable … the cottage was cosy and immaculate making for an extremely comfortable location from which to explore the local area … parking right beside the cottage and did not use the car at all as so many amazing walks from Grantown itself. Fiona’s communication and attention to detail was friendly and first class making for a first class stay … will be coming back.

We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous cottage. It was extremely clean, very well equipped and situated in a quiet location. The enclosed garden was ideal for our dogs. It's perfect for couples looking to explore the many trails on offer in the Cairngorms. Couldn't recommend it enough!
