We really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. The theme was perfect for a mountain cabin. We enjoyed the hot tub and looking at the stars. It was pretty quiet for us, even with the road being so close. Very quick to get to Estes Park. Pretty views. This is definitely a place we would stay in again. It was great for a winter visit and we want to come back during the summer time to enjoy more of the amenities.

Surreal hideaway.

We loved this cabin- beautiful setting on the creek, great patio space with wonderful hot tub and fire pit. Plenty of firewood provided. Stars were fantastic on second night - the sky was so clear. Kitchen was very well equipped, great pots and pans, some staples available (cooking oil, sugar, spices, coffee, tea, popcorn), kitchen could use a casserole dish. Primary bed was great- very comfortable. Nice to have the extra bedroom upstairs- might have formerly been a loft, but there's a door for privacy for a double/queen and a twin bed. Water pressure wasn't great, but probably due to the location. Bathrooms weren't super-updated, but served our needs just fine. The cabin heated up quickly when we turned on the two baseboard heaters, and we loved the heater in the primary bathroom. We would definitely recommend Jill's cabin to anyone looking for peace and relaxation! Jill was VERY responsive, quick answers to our questions - thanks for a great time!

I would highly recommend this. I will be visiting again.

We went out here for my birthday trip. I wanted something away from the town but close enough to go do stuff in Estes and close enough to the National Park. The riverbed was a great addition and the rest of my friends loved the hot tub. We all had a great time!

My wife and I travelled to Estes Park to explore Rocky Mountain National Park as part of our elopement/honeymoon trip and our stay here was great! It was private with an amazing view of the river and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. If we ever get the chance to travel out this way again, we'd definitely consider staying here again!

The absolute cutest place with the most breathtaking views - so comfy and inviting! The river outside your door is incredible and the hot tub is a fun way to soak in the view. We loved it and will be back!

This was a great place to relax after a day of hiking and exploring RMNP. Very clean and comfortable. And the host was a great communicator (even though i wasn’t lol). Overall, just a really positive experience.

We had a lovely weekend at the rustic cabin. It was a great space for us and the dogs. The added touch of a valentines themed welcome package was also lovely and unexpected. Property access was easy with 4WD even with the snow.

Michelle's Charming Mountain Cabin is even more amazing than the photos and description; Words like cozy, sumptuous, warm, inviting, and peaceful. This old-time looking cabin in the most old-time of all old-time towns, Gold Hill (you must go if you haven't), has been lovingly restored and extended into a modern home with all the expected amenities (internally). We felt so held 8) Michelle is an incredible host, I hope you are lucky enough to cross paths with them for a chat before enjoying your magical getaway. Thanks Michelle.

What a WONDERFUL home for our family's vacation in Colorado! So spacious, with a large kitchen where we could gather, yet everyone had their own space to which they could retreat if desired. The view of the night sky from the upper deck was spectacular! Hiking along the river, or scrambling on the rocks, there was much to entertain the younger folks. We saw tons of wildlife, including Joe, the resident bighorn sheep. We had a fantastic time at The Roost, and Casey was a generous and gracious host. Definitely, from the moment we arrived, a five-star experience!

The Blacksmith Cabin / Riverside Cabins location worked out great for us. It is in a great location not far from exciting destinations such as Boulder, Estes Park, and Rocky Mountain National Park. The nearby town of Lyons is charming as well - we visited the local bakery/general store, highly recommend. The little creek winding through Riverside Cabins, with nearby propane fire pits for night time campfires, is beautiful. The woodburning stove inside was fun to use also. The bathroom shower is a bit cramped but I believe a bathroom model is planned to improve this. Heidi was responsive to some requests we had, which we appreciated. Would visit again!

We stay there from December 25-28th We felt cozy right away!! There was 5 adults, 2 young kids and 2 dogs and there was enough space for us all! Everything we needed to make all of our meals was there( pots, pans, utensils, etc) They left up Christmas decor up for us; we were celebrating with grandsons. Rooms were very big, enough bathrooms for that many people. Also my husband was able to hike with the dog- even though there was snow. The “Christmas Cabin” was loved by us all! Worth the money we paid! The memories we made will be with us forever!!

Beautiful scenery. Place was warm, clean and easy to find with institutions. A peaceful 15-20 min drive from Estes. Would definitely stay here again!

Tiffany was a fantastic host and was so flexible with us. We booked last minute and she bent over backwards to accommodate us. The space is cozy, clean, and not too far from some great hiking trails. The bar right next door “Rigbys” is absolutely worth stopping in for a meal or drink. I highly recommend.

Great location ! Our second visit to Etes . I would recommend more kitchen supplies . ( Spices , coffee , ziplocks , foil, etc .

The birch cabin was cozy and comfortable. Heidi was very responsive and friendly. It was great to get to use the snowshoes during our stay.

Spent my birthday weekend here with a few friends and it was more than I expected. The drive to the cabins, is so beautiful. Walking around the property you get some of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen.

The cabin was absolutely gorgeous. It had all we needed and more. Very modern and cozy. Great amenities. Host was extremely responsive. It was on the pricey side but worth every penny.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was spotless upon check in and the host was friendly and communicative. The kitchen is small but has all the utensils, pots, bowls, measuring cups, plates, etc. that we needed, and the shower was hot. I think there could be a curtain or frosted glass on the upper bathroom window too, not just the lower one, since you're surrounded by other cabins. Bring your own conditioner (the cabin didn't have any but did have shampoo and soaps). There are no condiments or other items in the fridge left behind from other guests. No big deal but the water didn't taste great to us. If you are also pickier about water taste, you can fill up water bottles at the dispenser inside Colorado Cherry Company down the road if you buy something. Our dog loved this cabin. The patio is fully fenced, and they have poop bag dispensers on property. Thanks for the great stay.
