staying at this house was perfect for my friends and me. it had all the amenities we needed for our stay. the host was super responsive to our needs and requests. definitely would stay again.

Great location, beautiful and clean beach minutes from the house. Great for family vacation, away from touristy overloaded destinations.

We loved this place! The easiest way to sum it up is that halfway through our stay we already booked it again for next year! It’s literally seconds from the beach on foot and minutes from many restaurants. We cannot wait to return.

Great stay

All of my friends said "you picked the best AirBnB"! This is a pretty accurate description of the property and our stay. I would highly suggest this property for a large group and to rent the entire property. The 4 separate apartments offer privacy to each guest and allows for socializing and fun within the property. The beds were very comfortable, check-in was very smooth, and the location is perfect (Midtown/Wynwood).

Terrence and his wife are great hosts. This was my 2nd time staying there and I will book his place again, they make you feel right at home. I likemany things about their place including the peacefull neighborhood. I highly recommend the hosts and their house.

The photos were accurate and the place was accurately described. I agree with the one reviewer that said somethings could use attention, coffee table was old with ring stains and the small area rug has stains but it is a rental. The coffee maker was useless. The elevators were a nightmare during check in and check out, long with time. BUT, overall, the place was very nice and I would recommend staying there.

Great location, quiet and close to the beach. The beautiful garden area outside was a nice touch. The apartment was exactly as described, and Donna and Tracy were incredibly friendly. We were 4 people, and there was just the right amount of space for us. They even let us store our luggage after check-out since our flight was in the evening. Thank you to Donna and Tracy—highly recommend this apartment!

Location! Sunny isles is beautiful but not affordable and this place is both. The amenities are also outstanding, even offering room service. The food is also delicious which is usually not the case. The kitchen has all you need for a nice stay. I would probably add the bathroom has a cloth curtain which is not ideal but also not a deal breaker. Love this place for my small family, I plan on coming back.

This home was quaint and cozy. Very clean and private which I appreciated the most. The pool and fountain were beautiful especially at night with the lights. However, the paid washer and dryer leaves something to be desired. Very small room and the machines are easily wonky I couldn’t even wash a small load due to the machine not pouring water out at all since it was apparently leaning. Cool spots in the area and a quiet neighborhood though. Overall good experience minus a few inconveniences.

We had a great stay! Actually had a ton of issues with another Airbnb on Miami Beach, and had to move out ASAP. Laurie accommodated an early check in and we were instantly at ease thanks to the beach views and ample space. Bathrooms were great, beds were great, and loved that there were beach supplies that we could use!

Great location! Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony. As other reviews commented, the couch has very little padding, so could be a little uncomfortable. Also, the shower in the 1 bedroom was difficult to control the hot and cold water, but other shower worked perfectly. Enjoyed the walk to muscle beach which is close by. Used the free chairs and beach umbrella which was an added bonus.

Went out of her way to make sure her place felt like home to me. I’ve had my share of bad experiences w Airbnb’s. Carmen exceeded expectations. First i wanna say any bad reviews you see just know that they are lying because this place is stunning check in was very easy and simple and had a sweet gift of bottle of wine from the host and it was needed after traveling if you want the real miami vibes this is the place for you the area is downtown less then 25 min from the airport and the shuttle is close by even the bridge to go to south beach is close so it won’t take long but the building has amazing pools yes i said pools The cafe when you first pull in it’s great lil pick me up in the morning before going out and enjoying the town

Rod & Vanessa were extremely communicative and super responsive. The property is just as described; beautiful! The bedrooms were big and kitchen was so nice and well equipped. The views, oh my! Will definitely come back and stay here!
