We recently had the pleasure of staying at "The Nut Farm", a beautiful property in Seymour, Tennessee. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a spotless, well-maintained home. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to local attractions. The house itself was cozy and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially loved the outdoor space, where we enjoyed morning coffee while taking in the serene landscape. Kathy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We highly recommend staying at The Nut Farm property if you're looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway in Seymour, Tennessee. We can't wait to return!

I was in town for a two day class and Barbara's place was perfect to come back to after an 8 hour class day. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. I believe she makes it clear in the listing but just to reiterate- there are stairs, and not just a couple. This is not a problem for me but could be for others. There was a nice motion sensor light for returning after dark which was very helpful as I got in later. Thank you Barbara for keeping such a nice and affordable place for people to stay. Even though I only stayed a night, it would be perfectly comfortable for a longer stay.

Michele was an awesome host. She was available via message on Airbnb and via text and responded quickly. The place was exactly as it appears in the photos provided. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and snacks too! The water pressure in the shower was much better than any hotel. The location was great. Not far from many attractions. Quiet and peaceful. Thanks for everything, we will be back!

The house was great! Emily was so nice and accommodating all the time. It was a great place to stay. We would love to come back as it was super close to where my daughter lives it Knoxville. Huge 👍🏻

Just a great place to stay.

We stayed in this cozy cottage on our recent trip to Knoxville for a UT college tour and football game. The location was very convenient for accessing the north side of Knoxville and avoiding most traffic related to the game. It was only about a 15 minute drive, but being on top of this hill in the woods of Fountain City made you feel you were worlds away. The views of the mountains in the distance were beautiful. And my teenage son enjoyed the tennis and basketball court. If we had had more time I would have loved to make use of the firepit. Oh, by the way, the bathroom is indeed tiny but the shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot!

Wonderful 2-night stay at the Salt House. Lisa responded very quickly to my initial inquiry allowing for a short-notice check-in which was very helpful. The place is constructed and furnished with superb quality and attention to detail and highlights Lisa’s impeccable taste. It is very quiet despite being right off a fairly busy road, and the surrounding fields and mountain views are beautiful. I enjoyed coffee outside each morning just taking in the peaceful countryside. Lisa was friendly and provided a couple of helpful recommendations. I very much enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

The place was beautiful, newly remodeled and very clean. It has a small kitchen and was everything we needed for our stay visiting family.

I absolutely LOVED staying!!! The studio was amazing and had everything we needed and then some. Extremely clean, very organized, and decore was great as well. I can't wait to stay again. Brett and Marlyse we're so welcoming and friendly. They are both very responsive to messages and give great recommendations for local places.

A bang for your buck! This view is worth it all; it is gorgeous! Check in was smooth and everything was easily accessible and laid out even though it is far out. They gave us a good heads up about that, and made sure we were clearly aware of parking once we arrived. Brian and Lise are SO friendly and created such a welcoming environment in their space. We enjoyed the hot tub at night where you can see all the stars. We’re already planning our next trip back!

We had a great time staying at Doran and Breanne’s place. It is a lovely, comfy and exceptionally clean home away from home. Awesome kitchen appliances that we enjoyed preparing our meals and baking during our stay. VERY convenient location next to everything you need but nestled in a serene atmosphere. We enjoyed looking out the front window at the water. A very nice place to stay!

Wanda’s place was great for a quick night in Knoxville - had all the amenities we needed to shower up and wash clothes in between camping trips, and the walking proximity to restaurants and breweries in south Knoxville was a huge plus. Would totally stay here again!

Gloria's place was perfect for our trip to Walland for a big family Thanksgiving. My favorite part was sinking into the comfy mattress with the soft duvet at the end of day. The apartment was so cozy and comfortable with great decor. We loved the electric fireplace and the well stocked kitchen. A perfect place for two, hope we can stay again.

This place is great! It’s our 2nd time staying here and we plan on returning every time we visit family. Beautiful location with lots of birds and squirrels on the back deck. Owner is on the property but very private!! Thanks Bill!

A great little place convenient to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, away from the usual traffic and quite peaceful.

This was our second time staying and it truly is always a great stay. The cottage is perfect for our family of 3 with all of the amenities of home.

Tonys place is currently going through some renovations (deck and pool) which took longer than expected to be completed therefore we were not able to use those amenities but Tony immediately messaged me in enough time to cancel and rebook somewhere else. Tony worked with us and we decided to stay at his place. The place was very clean, my kids loved the foosball table, and all the movie selections available. I appreciated Tonys quick responses anytime we had a question. The kitchen was well stocked with enough pots and pans and bathroom had enough towels for everyone to use. The downstairs bathroom had a really nice shower head. I'm pretty sure once the renovations are completed and the weather is warmer the deck and pool will look amazing. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to use the outdoor screen but it looked really cool.

The home was in a very peaceful setting. I was very pleased with how clean and homey the place was. My husband and I traveled from out of state to attend a wedding and Matt was very accommodating with letting us check in early. I would definitely stay here again!

Randy was the best. Super accommodating, had plenty of recommendations for areas and restaurants/bars to check out. If you're coming down here you're probably looking to drive some scenic roads and he knows the area and all the spots. The place had a bunch of pamphlets for all the activities to check out. The loft has a fire pit outside and Randy offered us access to his firewood free of charge which was a huge plus. Loved the private location. He was available for anything we needed and always responsive. Definitely recommend this place. Super reasonable price, cant beat the amenities and space at this price point in this area. I'll be back!

This was a great stay! I was in Knoxville for a week during the holidays, working from home. Internet was good and it's a quiet neighborhood. You can hear some interstate noise while inside but it's not unbearable. The entry was nice, no stairs to drag my luggage up or down on. The bathroom is a bit small but manageable for a short stay! Loved the in unit laundry! I appreciated all the extra items available for use that Mandee had placed in the kitchen, bathroom and throughout the place. It's the little things that can make a difference!

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und Wolfgang ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und ruhig, dabei ist sie sehr zentral gelegen, um etwas zu unternehmen. Ich war 2 Wochen dort und habe mich zu jeder zeit wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt: 5 Sterne! Würde ich empfehlen.
