One of the best locations to stay near Vanderbuilt Beach! 15 min walk from both the beach and Mercato!

Our family had a fantastic stay at the strawberry daiquiri. Everyone felt right at home, we were a quick 5 min walk to the beach and there were so many items provided that made our beach experiences perfect! If we were to have a beach house of our own, this is the style and the location for the beach house we would want. In the evenings, hanging out in the house was perfect as the climate control was easy for us to use making everyone comfortable, including our toddler while he slept. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Fort Myers Beach. I know our family will certainly be back and we are already looking forward to it. If we were to chose anywhere else to stay, it would be at another property by Sara and Goltz Enterprise.

We had the most wonderful stay at Karrie and Todd’s! We had five families of various numbers and each unit was able to accommodate us perfectly with lots of sleeping options. The pool area and adjacent lawn was spacious and beautiful. Most units seemed recently updated and any rooms which were not were maintained well - everything was immaculately clean. The area is residential but not a far walk to anything needed - the beach is about 2.5 miles away. Karrie and Todd were quickly responsive with any questions and great hosts!

A great space Located in a peaceful street. Lots of parking space - we had one jeep and two Harleys. Plenty of room for four adults. Great bathrooms, good kitchen area and comfy beds. We walked round to Skillets for breakfast - 9 minute walk. Perfect. Great place to stay to explore the beaches and local area.

Amazing! This was by far the BEST experience I’ve had with Air Bnb! I came to Florida for a wedding, the first time I booked this exact location, and then the hurricane happened, but to my surprise the host refunded my money and was willing to allow me to book another stay with them at a different time. I’ve heard horror stories about Air Bnb’s but I was VERY pleased with everything this host supplied. There is private parking, and the location is secured through a private fence, which you need a code to enter, the pool was lovely and warm! Walking into the house, you cannot help but notice how clean and well kept it is. It smelled great, and was very cozy! I work 3 jobs, and don’t vacation much and was very lucky to have no issues. It felt like a true vacation, but also felt like home at the same time. I will be booking with this host again! 💙 I highly recommend.

The space we rented was perfect. Being it the first time we rented a vrbo property i did not know what to expect. I We where staying for three weeks. So we brought alot of stuff. The house had everything and much more, down to beach chairs and umbrella. Fire wood, grill. Trash bags, zip locks, soaps for everything. You will not be disappointed with this property or in the way the owner correspond's. Respectfully, Dave N

Enjoyed the location & beach. Overall condo was nice, short walk to the water & a nice pool, although very busy. However my stay was soured by bugs & even more disappointed in their response to me asking for help with the bugs in the room. Prior to teh stay & during check in responses were prompt. When I notified them of a potential bug issue they were in no hurry to respond or help. After 3-4 days of messages, I indicated I’d send pictures & they called to say the handyman was literally on his way (we were not there so he left a can of bug killer at the door). We ended up with multiple large itchy bites from the trip. Had beach chairs, cooler, sunbrella were very nice touches! Wifi was extremely slow. Had washer/dryer, make sure to dry clothes on lowest heat-my clothes shrunk, dryer was so hot burned my hands taking clothes out. Additionally we booked a 2 week stay, be prepared you get the same ‘starter’ kit no matter how long the stay so you will need to buy TP, paper towels, dishwasher soap etc

Sylvia’s house was on a quiet street. The best part for me was the deck on the back overlooking a canal and the mangroves on the other side- full of wildlife- jumping fish, an osprey, large lizards sunning themselves, lots of birds of all kinds including the daily troop of white Ibis inspecting the grass. Very private feeling and quiet. Ft Myers beach is undergoing lots of post— Ian construction but it didn’t impact us directly. Beautifully furnished with a comfy arm chair, handsome sleigh bed, and two capacious dressers. There is a table and chairs and a lounger on the deck. Great food truck a block down the main drag - Mom’s. Great for homemade breakfast egg and sausage biscuits

What can I say about this place?! It was even BETTER than the pictures. Valerie was an accommodating host, going above and beyond for my family when a travel mishap occurred. I am so grateful for her flexibility and quick responsiveness. The place was immaculate upon arrival and had all the bells and whistles. I highly recommend her place for a stay and will definitely be booking with her again when we come back. She made the stay smooth and enjoyable despite some travel delays!

We really enjoy the guest house. Close to Vanderbilt beach and the public park beach access. Our host was very kind and responded to every question. She made us aware of a few things that are scheduled for repair. None of which affected our stay. She was very clear and honest about the listing. We plan to visit again.

Jenna and her place were fantastic. Our family was grateful for the location, communication Jenna provided and the cleanliness of the unit. I highly recommend this unit and even more highly recommend Jenna as a host.

Jesus is a great host and responsive although we had no issues at all! . House was as listed and worked well For two of us. Beach just minutes away and an easy walk to Times Square. Renting bikes close by was key to getting around easily. Thank you! Alice

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is roomy. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. It's close to everything on Pine Island, and the area is very walkable. Sharon is very proactive, and gives lots of practical information in the check in instructions. We stay in a lot of Airbnbs, and this was one of my favorites in a long time.

We were very happy with our stay at this property which is very modern and clean. The cooking facilities are very limited but that is explained in the property description. Very quiet in a safe area and we walked a few minutes to the Midnight Tavern for drinks and Food one night which was very good.

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

We had a great stay. Casey was quick to respond to any inquiries. The location, ease of use, amenities provided in the condo, cleanliness, quality towels, and bed/linens all made for a wonderful stay. Sipping coffee on the porch overlooking the pond, listening to the fountains, etc. made for a wonderful start to the day. The pool is very nice and the people very friendly. There are plenty of amenities to provide lots of fun-bocce ball, shuffleboard, corn hole, pool, tennis, pickleball,golf, etc. This is a great place to stay! We will definitely return.

Had an excellent experience at this property! We stayed for several weeks. Walkable to restaurants, shopping and marina. Well equipped and very clean. Great communication with the host. Highly recommend!

Awesome spot, plenty of space for my dad and I!

We had a relaxing time at Josh's condo. It has been newly renovated and feels comfortable. The screened in lanai is perfect for morning coffee and reading. We have visited the Park Shore resort before where this is located. The pool and restaurant is very nice...I'd say a location that is geared more towards adults, hardly any kids there. The hot tub is not working and boarded up, so an inquiry before you book if that is important to you. There are nice tennis and pickle courts at the far end of resort, and no wait to play. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

This AirBnB was centrally located for doing things in the Naples area, and the condo itself was honestly the cleanest AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in! It was also very homey and all around a wonderful place to stay. Katie was a fantastic host, very easy to communicate with and flexible with accommodations. A great experience all around!

We just returned from a family trip to Naples and we had a wonderful time staying at Pedro’s. The unit was clean and beautifully designed so it had a very high-end look and feel. The beds were very comfortable, the coffee bar and kitchen were great, and my wife and I were able to comfortably work at the kitchen table when we needed to. We enjoyed hanging out on the 2nd floor balcony as well. Would stay here again!
