We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and excellent host. Unit has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Just steps from the beach. Our last visit to Captiva Island was just before hurricane Ian. The damage is still heartbreaking, but the island is recovering. Such a beautiful destination. Thanks for hosting us!

Spectacular! That's the least I can say about this beachfront townhouse. The property is impeccable with a beautiful view of the beach from almost every point of the house and fully equipped for a very pleasant vacation. Kim keeps guests informed of everything needed (in my case via text messages which was much appreciated without interfering with privacy). Finally I would like to highlight the convenience of a garage for 2 cars and above all the excellent pool which is very enjoyable after a day at the beach. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in making sure our family had a wonderful week on Sanibel.

This is a lovely townhome. My kids' ultimate vacation destination is Sanibel, so this had to be good for our first big trip since 2019. The apartment has a beautiful deck space with an ocean view. The tall ceilings make the space feel larger. The beach section was perfect and relatively quiet. Sanibel's Best ice cream store is a short bike ride away. Sweet Melissa's (the best restaurant on the island) is just a few minutes by car (or bike, for that matter). We would stay here again!

Our stay here was great! Dan was great to communicate with and the play was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Dan’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Somewhere close to friends, beach, local attractions, and a great place for us to stay. The house was what was described, with plenty of room for the 4 of us… with room to spare.

Dmitry, was lovely, had everything you would need. Answered all of our questions and was truly helpful. Would highly recommend and we r ready to rebook.

Cindy was as AMAZING host! Her place was absolutely beautiful, spacious, spotless and very comfortable. We so appreciate how helpful she was before and during our visit with anything we needed. Cindy provided lots of extras like beach and sporting equipment. We loved the pool and went there most days. Neighbors were friendly and helpful as well. Looking forward to going back! Thank you Cindy! Five plus stars!

We enjoyed our stay! The location was toward the front of Bonita Bay so easy in and out of the neighborhood. Convenient to be across from the club amenities if you are able to access through a member (we have family who live in Bonita Bay who are members). Liked that the condo was on the first floor. Enjoyed reading and drinking coffee on the lanai in the morning. Debbie was very responsive and helpful.

Kim was truly an amazing host, she made sure we had everything we needed including all the instructions and information we needed from check in to check out. The location was everything we expected and hoped for and so much more, we traveled here with a family of four and did our best to take advantage of everything the island and Kim’s place had to offer, from exploring as much of the coastline beaches as we could, to relaxing by the club pool, and the local restaurant and bar, Mango’s pool, the drinks and food there are delicious! We played a little pickle ball at the clubs courts, and did a little boogie boarding on the beaches. If you like privacy like us, it’s fairly easy to find a section of beach and not have a person in sight. We saw manatees in the harbor, and chartered a fishing trip through boats and fun. It was an all around great experience and we all had a blast! We spent just under a week, here, and it was just as relaxing as it was fun and entertaining. Will return!

Our place was great and very convenient location near the beaches and other activities we wanted to do. Great communication and experience with our host.

The house was well described and picture perfect. Our family of 4 was very comfortable and had plenty of space to spread out. Their home was clean and well stocked with all the needs. The prefect location to enjoy beaches just to the north and south. restaurants and shopping. The condo association was well kept and had beautiful surroundings. It was very comfortable to walk around, check out the water, and access the pool and hot tub. Having a workout room and tennis court was nice too! Staying in such an updated home that was comfortable made the week much more enjoyable! The garage made beach and golf storage easy. Everything was smooth from the owner’s communication at booking to checkout! We will definitely pass this spot on to friends and family headed to the area.

The townhouse was so nice!! We asked about a grill and James made sure we had one to use.

Loved my month long stay at Pedro's cute, little home. The first thing I noticed was how nice it smelled and how clean it was. Very well stocked with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was very nice and refreshing. Sanibel Island was so close and I made many low tide visits for shelling. Met up with friends at Fort Myers beach, Lover's Key and Barefoot beach. All within drivable distances. I would recommend getting to the beaches by 10 am. Parking lots fill up quickly. Bunche Beach was close enough for making use of the bikes provided. Watched many sunsets there. Checked out many the local restaurants. Publix grocery store is a mile away. I ran many different routes in the neighborhood and always felt safe. The area is still coming back from hurricane devastation, but that never bothered me at all.

The home was beautiful! We loved the pool and access to fishing! We caught several catfish from the dock. We loved Brian got to interact with him some! We would definitely go back!

Mariana was so sweet and helpful. The house was so clean and cute. we enjoyed our stay and it was great for our girls and us. There is someone else renting another space on the property that I was not expecting, which wasn't an issue, but I felt bad for them because we were here for a dance competition and were playing music to practice and coming in and out at late hours. couch was comfortable and the TV is a smart tv, so there were streaming capabilities. Side note: House requires a key instead of a key pad so we had to share the key if we were coming and going at different times which isn't a bad thing, just something to keep in mind if there are multiple families.

A wonderful location, great patio and very peaceful. We’d recommend it!

Had a great stay! Marc's place was exactly as described, warm, welcoming, and pet friendly 😀. It was an easy drive to Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel. Would love to stay there again!
