My family and I came for a 4 day stay, the house was perfect for our needs, was just as listed and was near a lot of restaurants, the beach and other fun activities. Would def recommend.

This is the second time we stayed at Christie’s place. Again, it was phenomenal. We absolutely love the view of the golf, having meals out on the balcony is amazing. It is so easy to walk to the water, like amazingly easy, four minutes at most. The kitchen has every utensil and dish you would need, we cook often here. Getting in and out is great, the indoor heated pool is nice for cooler or windy days. Our kids love this place and we are looking forward to our 3rd stay!

By far this was the nicest place that we have stayed in for the money. The balcony was nice and you could see the ocean between the buildings. It was very easy to walk to the ocean and I really like the way the facility keeps everything locked up so you know that the people in the parking lot and in the swimming pool areas are people from your building. We really enjoyed our stay and are planning on coming back in the fall. Thank you Cheryl for everything!

Brittany was very welcoming and checked on me and my family every day. She made sure we were comfy and I really appreciate her for sharing her space with us.

The condo is in a great location, steps to the beach via a private walkway. The balconies overlook the pool and the hot tub. Maintenace staff was readily available, although I had no issues or concerns. Quiet, but with the expected level of noise for a vacation rental. Martha is a great host and goes above and beyond to be available and make sure you enjoy your stay!!

Beautiful view, very close to the restaurant Sea and Suds (which we also love). Easy to rent beach chairs/umbrellas, etc. Only thing that wasn’t cleaned was the sofa bed when we opened it to use it - it has a used cigarette lighter and chapstick. But that is not the hosts fault - more of a housekeeping issue. We called housekeeping and they brought us clean sheets and we remade the bed. Otherwise, no issues. Easy to find, short walk to beach. Didn’t use the pool - but it looked amazing.

Views & access to beach were super!!!! Even with cloudy & rainy days you could enjoy the sites & sounds of the ocean from the balcony & bedroom. Great bed. Clean & cozy place with everything you would need for a vacation. Very responsive & helpful host. Nice & clean kitchen. Very updated. Extremely enjoyed our peaceful time here.

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to 3 restaurants, Sloop was our favorite. Loved the large back yard and the seating along the canal. Great location, house was super accommodating. Would definelty stay again when we are in the area. Joshua was very responsive to all of our needs. Only recommendation would be to say that the coffee maker was a Keurig, we brought filters and coffee but not really that big of a deal, Walmart is less than a mile away problem solved. Thanks for everything!

Was in great proximity of several things that we wanted to do. Was clean and well equipped with items to make it feel like a home away from home.

Where do I even begin!? This was such a perfect gem for my family and I to experience together for the first time in Orange Beach. Beautiful property with easy access to the perfect beach location. We enjoyed amazing food during our entire stay. We never went further than a two-mile radius during the duration of our stay. Daniel was very responsive, helpful and an overall joy to work with. I would highly recommend this property; It was an absolute DREAM of a week! We hope to come back in the near future.

This is a beautiful property with views as beautiful as the photos promise. The property management did a beautiful job preparing the condo and gave exactly what was described. We will visit again!

Our stay was welcoming and warm(it felt like a home away from home). The security is thorough, and made us feel safe(top notch). It is just off of the beaten path enough to be private, but not far enough that you cannot easily get to places via golf cart.

Pete was polite understanding responded fast. The place was nice and clean price was affordable and in the perfect place for dining, shopping, self care all just one floor down under the room the bed was not even ten minutes away

Our stay at Brandon’s was very peaceful and looked exactly like the pictures he has posted on Airbnb . He responded very quickly when I had any questions or concerns. There were a lot of good restaurants around the apartment to choose from. Highly recommend staying here when you come to Pensacola!

Perfect room for our weekend family getaway! The space was very clean, easy to access, and kid friendly. Access to the beach and pool areas were easy to reach and the indoor/outdoor pool was a favorite spot for our little one. Our host was very responsive and provided all necessary information ahead of our stay so that we were prepared when we arrived. It was a great experience and we will be staying again!

The unit was amazing! Beautiful and spacious and the view can’t be beat. During our stay there was a group of dolphins putting on quite the show out in the bay. That was a highlight of the trip getting to see dolphins while lounging on the balcony! The location is wonderful as well - so many activities right on site and nearby. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! No stress getting in and everything was as described. I only wish we didn’t just plan for a short weekend trip! It was very roomy and clean and the balcony was great to relax on in the mornings and afternoons. I would love to stay again when the weather is warmer.

The location of the condo was extremely convenient to the local beaches, shops, and restaurants. The main drawback worth mentioning for future renters is the busy traffic on Perdido Key Dr. The speed limit is 45 mph, very looely patrolled, with a high daily commuter volume between FL/AL line. The closest designated crosswalk is at the River Rd, which is about a 4-5 min walk. if you have small children, you'll need to use extreme caution. The beach access is super convenient, once safely across, directly across from the condo and the sand is amazing in this area. The inside of the condo is adequate, but know ahead of time the bathroom is cramped with limited storage space and room to dress. The toilet is very small, which could be to save floor space?, but I could see this being a real challenge for some. Think budget-friendly vacation. We would absolutely stay here again, no traveling children in our family.

Perfect place to stay! Easy to get to and quiet.

We had a wonderful time here and loved the restraunts! the hosts were available and the room was great. The area was good but the villas ended up doing construction in all the units at our building so we got kicked out of any nearby parking, and it was very noisy. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The pool and hot tub were nice and the location was close to the beach. We loved the low key location, compared to some of the busier vacation cities. The condo had everything we needed including sunscreen, a cooler, beach chairs, and bug spray in the closet. We did need the bug spray in the evenings by the pool. The kids said the bunk beds were comfy and our bed was too. The washer and dryer were super convenient as well.
