David's Airbnb was the perfect setting for our son's 40th birthday celebration! Communication was seamless from the start, and the property exceeded all our expectations. The ideal location near Clover Park was a hit with the Mets fans in our family. The chef's kitchen was a dream, allowing us to host a wonderful Latin-inspired dinner prepared by a professional chef (recommended by David) which was the highlight of our celebration. The outdoor area was stunning, with beautiful landscaping and comfortable seating. The pool was a huge hit with our grandsons, and the nearby beaches made for a fantastic day trip. The home was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, providing plenty of room for our family. We appreciated the attention to detail and thoughtful amenities. Place definitely exceeded our expectations. Place was clean and the fridge was stocked with essentials. Place is also central to a lot of places such as Clover park, Jensen beach, shopping plazas, and lots of great places to eat. This place was like a home away from home for me and my family.

This was a great spot for Our family. Very close to downtown Jensen beach. While on a busy road, It was a neighborhood feel with the proximity of things we needed and the backyard provided the privacy we needed while on vacation. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This home has all that anyone needs. Beautifully appointed, the kitchen has more than we expected. Even an ice cream maker that we played with. This is a very modern and comfortable space to travel too. Loved that everything is on one level too. The outside and screened in pool was just terrific and has a safety fence so our toddler was perfectly safe. overall we really enjoyed our stay and would most certainly come back.

Stayed in this beautiful home while in town for a relatives 60th birthday surprise party. The home worked perfectly for the 6 of us! Close to Jensen Beach and local restaurants . Home was clean and comfy and looked just like the pictures. A very comfortable stay. Communication was top notch and look forward to staying again!!

My husband and I stayed here with our two dogs! Loved that the place is dog friendly and the large fenced backyard is perfect. The place was very clean and felt cozy. We visit Melbourne/Palm Bay often to see family and would definitely stay here again.

There is so much to say about Nichole’s place, and all of it positive. It was very easy to find and the home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We never felt unsafe. From the moment we walked in, you felt right at home. There is absolutely nothing that you need that Nichole hasn’t thought of. The kitchen is so well stocked. We were amazed at all of the appliances available. Her home was very clean and decorated beautifully. Comfortable seating in the living room and the beds were comfy as well. We all slept good. She even thinks of the four-leggers and has dog toys and water/food bowls available. We had an extremely minor issue (lightbulb), but Nichole was very responsive and took care of it asap. We did not want to come home! This home is close to everything, beaches, stores, 95 and the Turnpike. We attended many St Louis Cardinals spring training games while we were there. It was a very short trip down 95 to Jupiter. I highly recommend staying here. This place is a gem!

Great place. Perfect for our needs. Clean and spacious. Host was wonderful and responsive. It was a second floor unit with no elevator. I wish I would have known that ahead of time because we are in our early 70s and had heavy suitcases. Despite that, I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Walking onto this property is like taking a step into an oasis. Martyn greeted us with a big smile and warm welcome and showed us around. It’s spacious, and clean. The pool was just wonderful! You can hear the ocean from the property and at night we could hear the tree frogs serenading us to sleep. The outdoor living room is great, and this really gives you a feel for indoor outdoor living in Florida. He and Tracey are very kind and caring and thoughtful human beings and we are lucky to be sharing the planet with them. The location is amazing. It is such a pristine area that is well preserved, and the beach was private and just beautiful. We highly recommend this wonderful apartment and hope to get back one day soon.

We enjoyed our time and the rental was perfect for what we needed. Comfortable beds. We needed extra pillows and suggested a long mirror and the host had them delivered quickly.

Quaint little house in the middle of the goat pasture. enjoyed watching the goats and friendly cats who insisted on sharing dinner with us. Bed was a little soft but we made it thru. Josie brought us a hot plate and gave us extra paper towels. nice quiet stay

The location was amazing, right on the beach. The unit was very clean inside. Paula was a good and helpful communicator. The area was nice and quiet, not the craziness we thought it might be for over spring break. The unit was a good value for the location and we would stay again if we come back to this area.

We enjoyed our stay and the host was helpful to make that happen. Some things that made it challenging were the neighbors enjoying the weekend into the morning hours and other neighbors dogs barking at our child while we played in the yard. The second bathroom is also outside the house with the sauna, no big deal, but good to note for “busy” bathroom times. The kids area inside was great, we spent a lot of time there. Thank you

Great location. It was close to plenty of restaurants, bars, intracoastal, and the causeway. If you're like exercising, walking over the causeway is great; it's about a total 2 1/4 mile walk. The area is very quiet. We would definately stay again!

Adorable coastal themed cottage in an idyllic location. Old Florida at its best. The cottage had everything we needed and the property owner made us feel right at home. Excellent communication from my initial inquiry to final checkout. I will definitely return to Carmen cottage.
