House is clean and there are plenty beds. River was able to solve an urgent issue happened on the 2nd night on time. He is very responsible person.

House was really cozy and the neighborhood was great. Wonderful location close to many restaurants and gas stations. We were driving a lot so that was helpful. Lots of options for food and grocery deliveries as well. We came in December and truly enjoyed the host Christmas decor and fully decorated tree. Would definitely stay again.

We hosted a small group of women here for a quiet retreat and loved every bit of our stay! The views were gorgeous, the home was beautifully decorated and accommodating, the kitchen well-stocked; there were lots of games and activities, and a large den with plenty of seating to allow everyone to sit together and enjoy each other’s company. This is an *ideal* location for a group to gather and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. We were a group of adults, but I think families would LOVE this place - with disc golf, a pool, arcade-style games, fire pit and hot tub - it’s a destination for all ages. We can’t wait to return!

Dillon’s place was great. It was easy to get to everything we needed and wanted to do while visiting Ft. Smith. The place was clean and well stocked. We had 4 adults and 1 child with us and we were all comfortable in the space without feeling cramped. The beds were comfy and I especially appreciated the showers having necessities as I didn’t remember to bring my shampoo & body wash. By far though we all enjoyed hanging out in the game room. From the decor to the pool table to the record player…it was all great. I definitely would recommend staying here again. In fact we are thinking of booking again over the summer so we can take advantage of the pool.

We used Grace's property as a filming location for a documentary interview, and it was a fantastic experience. Grace was an exceptional host—responsive, accommodating, and incredibly helpful with our unique requests, always making us feel like nothing was too much. The property itself was stunning and looked absolutely beautiful on camera, impressing our director. I highly recommend this property for anyone in need of an interview location. This was a beautiful place to stay for the new year with our family while we were visiting family in OK! Very close to the Arkansas border so that was neat too! Great space to get away to!

Really great host! Very responsive and communicative. Went above and beyond compared to other hosts. House has ample gathering spaces and 5 bedrooms so was perfect for our family of 7.

Nice quiet place. Plenty of room throughout the house. Close to our intended vebue for the weekend without haveing to be in the city. I would definately reccomend to anyone wanting to visit the Spiro/Pocola area.

House was beautiful, clean, and everything we needed for our family of five. Mark was responsive and accommodating to our early check-in. Plenty of towels. Some toiletries and household conveniences were also already available which makes arriving there an easier transition. Great place, would stay again!

It was a great and private property that accommodated our larger group. Very peaceful and is as described.

We stayed at Lauren’s place for a week and we felt right at home! We had issues out of anyone’s control but Lauren was very proactive and took care of them immediately. As my friends said when we walked in, this is just comfort. Lots of room, fenced backyard that we used more than we thought, bright airy living room, spacious bedrooms, great kitchen, lots of room. Very happy with our stay, if we are ever in the area again and the place is available it would simply be ouour first choice.

My daughters and I felt very comfortable and at home at this rental. James was very responsive and helpful whenever I needed to message him. The place is very clean and has good energy and natural light. Close to everything in town.

The home was beautiful inside and out. I very much enjoyed my stay and felt relaxed and at home the entire time. For those of you who have back issues like me, you may always worry about how the beds are going to be and I can say, that these were great! It was also nice to have a living room made for comfort and not just for looks. The couch and loveseat was very comfortable. Overall, my stay was so nice and pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay! Frank and Jenesis were incredibly accommodating and gracious when we had some extra needs due to someone in our group getting sick. They were responsive, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable. The beds were cozy, and we truly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings—especially the hot tub and the beautiful babbling creek. Being immersed in nature made for a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a group of 11 men and women who gathered together to see the fabulous stage show "Shen Yun." It was such a fun experience. Everyone was so blessed with the environment. The pool table became a big hit after the show!

Josh’s place was great! The whole house is wonderful but the kitchen is the 🌟. Josh was quick to respond when I had a question. I would stay here again.
