Dan's place is as described and more! Wonderful location close to town but still private, very clean with all the amenities you can need. Given the pandemic, it was reassuring to be in a place that was sterilized and clean. I was elated to be able to bring my big fur baby and enjoyed friendly banter with Dan in the morning on the big deck overlooking beautiful Flagstaff woodlands. Dan was a very gracious and pleasant host. The space has a laid back feel which is perfect for a weekend getaway. Dan was very knowledgeable about the area and made great recommendations for scenic routed back to Phoenix and local hiking trails. I will definitely be looking to stay here again when I'm in Flagstaff. Thanks Dan!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely guesthouse. The location in West Sedona is very convenient and you can walk to the Airport Mesa trail. The view of Thunder mountain from the patio chairs was lovely and we enjoyed starting our days there while listening to the birds. It’s thoughtfully appointed, clean, and tidy. Perfect spot for a couple.

Beautiful views and the sweetest tap water I’ve ever tasted! I appreciated Carolyn’s recommendations and directions on how to walk to the creek. Bed was comfy, host was very nice, and the nature was exceptionally beautiful!

Rebecca’s place was perfect for our needs. We had a class at the peace place and it was right across the street. It was so convenient for us and also so close to up town and all their shops and restaurants. I will definitely be back!

Amazing view while sitting inside or outside! The home was private and comfortable. Loved the deck. Brenda was very accommodating when we made a couple requests. We are plant-based and were happily surprised that there was a separate listing in the blue binder for all the local restaurants that met our needs. Picazzo was a standout! We loved staying in West Sedona as opposed to the craziness of the uptown area. It was truly a wonderful place for us to celebrate our 50th anniversary.

Greg’s place was a beautiful experience. It was a wonderful alternative to hotels in the area, and with amenities like the hot tub, a full kitchen, dishwasher and washer & dryer, etc were available which make our stay even more convenient. Tess, the property manager, was friendly and made sure our stay was manageable and she cleaned and made sure there were beautiful touches like fresh flowers. Thank you for sharing your home with us, and we’ll be sure to stay again if we’re in the Sedona area!

Super cute spot to set up a home base for all the great activities in Sedona. Grocery store is just down the street. I liked being in a neighborhood. It was very quiet. My friend and I loved how many plants the home had. It made us feel welcome. We loved the coffee maker. We appreciated that there was oil in addition to a multitude of spices for cooking our meals. I’d love to come back.

Enjoyed Sedona and this house for a long mother/daughter weekend. Hosts were available via text and responded quickly to answer our questions.

David and Julia's place was amazing! You could not beat the stunning views from every angle. The weather was cold when we were there but we still caught a partial sunset right from the property and they have a fire pit for stargazing and a brick fireplace close to the room you stay in. The patio area has cute lights that make you feel like you're in a resort. We spent all our time outside but when we needed to come in the place was clean and comfortable! Their location in West Sedona is great for hiking and has access to everything you need. Next time we will book when we can relax in the pool and stare at the beautiful mountains.

This is such a quaint and cute place just off the main street of west Sedona. You can walk to some of the restaurants from their place. It was close to the supermarkets and other amenities, which we thought was very convenient and at night the place was very peaceful. No street lights so you could see the beautiful night sky! Their place was gently lit up so you could see where to walk at night getting in and out of their place. Beautiful ambience. The loft area had a sink and toilet secluded from the bed, which was so nice, not having to go up and down the stairs in the middle of the night to the main bathroom. This place worked great for us. Victoria and Cameron were very responsive. They responded very quickly when we had any questions. I feel they have thought of a lot of things to make this a comfortable stay for anyone. We would definitely stay there again and recommend! If you are tall it is a bit tight for headroom up in the loft. A lot of bending over.

The Quirky Bird is wonderful. It's not huge (studio) but perfect for an individual or couple, especially if you are out and about most of the time. Elaine goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, including chocolates! The kitchen is very well stocked with coffee, tea, creamers, sugar, water etc. Additionally, there are various travel sized toiletries in case you forgot something. The bed is quite comfy. There are restaurants and a Whole Foods within walking distance, as is the Airport Vortex. It was nice being in West Sedona, away from busy downtown Sedona. I highly recommend staying here.

The space was as advertised. Beautiful with natural light. I could walk to a huge hiking/biking trail system. Very response dive to my questions. No problems

great little stay for us because we only needed 1 night. the home is exactly as pictured. the bed was very comfortable & the amenities Keith provides is top tier. He truly thinks of anything & everything you could need. it snowed during our stay and I thought it was extremely considerate of Keith to have left out a shovel & snow brush for our use.

I really loved where I stayed this time. The hosts were friendly and responsive. The room was particularly clean and had everything I needed. Worth mentioning, the bed was really comfortable and there was an adjustable TV, which was very cool.

The place was very cozy and it had everything in it that made it feel like home. The charging station by the door was very convenient for our electronics. The hot tub outside was a plus, and the place private enough for us to enjoy it. The complimentary bathroom toiletries were a life saver for us. We also love the fact that the host kept checking in on us if we needed anything else.

Tim was awesome ! Very communicative, responded quickly to my messages. The place great! clean and so accessible to EVERYTHING ! and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend him and this cool studio to any who are looking to travel to the area. Tim, I will most certainly will be hitting you up, next time I’m in Flagstaff. Brian’s and Chloe’s place was perfect for a base to experience Sedona- close to hiking and shopping. It was very quiet even though it was conveniently located. There were many thoughtful touches and amenities that were helpful during our stay. Brian and Chloe were very responsive and gave us helpful advice and recommendations. We highly recommend staying here!

This was one of the nicest studio Airbnb’s that we’ve stayed in. Thoughtfully designed, felt spacious. Loved the patio and access to a grill. We bought food at Whole Foods (across the street) and grilled 3 of 5 nights. So much better than fighting Sedona traffic and busy restaurants. West Sedona is definitely the area to stay in. Close to many hiking trails. Our favorite hike was Hangover trail and a great rock scramble for amazing views!

This place was absolutely perfect for our stay. The place is as described, and even more lovely in person. Gayle is a phenomenal host, incredibly helpful and responsive, and the location is perfectly situated in the middle of it all. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Sedona.

We had such a wonderful stay at Bendy’s Casita! It was the perfect “home base” for our Sedona adventures. The location is fantastic. . . Tucked away for peace and privacy, but located close to many of the local hikes, shops, and restaurants. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Bendy was an excellent host, and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely come back to stay here again, it was perfect!

This location was perfect! Cozy, quiet and private little oasis in the center of everything. This place was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Just minutes from major hiking trails, restaurants, food stores and pharmacies. Hot tub was a welcome reprieve after a day of hiking. Lots to see and do. Please refer to the binder the host so thoughtfully put together. It includes great suggestions for hiking, shopping and local restaurants. We used it quite often. I would stay here again. Host was responsive and took care to check in with us every so often to see how we were settling in and if we had any questions. It was our first time in Sedona and it won't be our last. One of the best trips we’ve taken. Highly recommend. Would stay here again, for sure.

Such a cute little tiny house with all the amenities and stuffs we needed. Also close to everything so getting to hikes and to town was easy. Host was very nice and responsive, we didn’t have any issue while staying. They allowed us to check in a little early and provide plenty of check out instruction. Highly recommended.
