I had the most amazing stay at this beach condo! From the moment I arrived, everything was super easy, check-in was super easy, and the condo was absolutely spotless. It was beautifully decorated, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better! The beach was just a quick walk across the street, making it so convenient to enjoy the ocean anytime. The gated community and security gave me complete peace of mind, and I always felt safe. The host was outstanding, always quick to respond (within 30 minutes!) and so helpful with any questions I had. Their hospitality truly made the stay even better. And he gave me amazing recommendation's on restaurant's and coffee spots near me! If you’re looking for a clean, charming, and well-located place with a fantastic host, this is it! I can’t wait to come back for another perfect beach getaway.

This a beautifully decorated condo. Spacious, clean and on the beach. Great parking options. Limited view of the beach thru the buildings but we did see a large pod of dolphins from the balcony. Beds are very comfortable. Will definitely rent this condo again.

Casie’s condo was awesome! My family fell in love with the place and had to extend our stay! It was easy to check in, the place was very clean and beautiful with all decorations. The king and bunk bed were so comfy! Even the couch, so nice to nap in with the back door opened. The hot tub was our favourite! We got in the hot tub after a long drive on the first day, took all our soreness right away! The condo was like on the beach, I timed it, took 1min to walk to the beach! Everything with Casie’s condo was just great! We had a blast, especially my 5-year-old daughter. We watched the sunset everyday from the condo, and listened to the waves at night on the patio. It was a very relaxing! Casie was very responsive to our questions and very helpful before and throughout our stay. We definitely will come back again and recommend to everyone! Thank you again Casie!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa de Playa. The location was exactly as described. There are too many great things to mention them all. Some of our favorite things were: the extra soft towels, well equipped with beach items, having an ice maker, and comfy beds. Lastly the response time when we had a few minor issues was incredible. Ryan was quick to respond and quick to fix the issue. We will be back again!

We had a beautiful time in Fort Walton! The beaches were beautiful! The sand is the softest we’ve ever felt! Sea life so fun to see! We met so many lovely people! Omg..!! It was wonderful, the place was very cozy and welcoming, we were so comfortable there, the bed were very comfortable, we slept very well. And the beauty of it was that the beach is literally the back yard. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay walking distance to the beach.

Perfect location with easy beach access right across the street! Walkable to a few restaurants and local coffee shop. Definitely planning a trip next year to stay again.

John was an immaculate host! The room was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. There was an umbrella, chairs, beach towels, and 2 bikes that were also there for your using! A very short walk to the beach and a nice patio out back. John even checked on us before we headed back home, which I've never had a host do before. I highly recommend anyone visiting Destin to book with John, we will for sure be back!

First off, Michelle was a great host. She was very responsive and checked in on us due to a resort wide construction project. She wanted to make sure we weren’t too inconvenienced. The condo was amazing. It was so clean and well stocked with essentials to get us started and to be able to cook meals there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay there again.

I’ve stayed in Sandpiper Cove before, and the area is amazing. Very beautiful property with a private beach located across the road. You can either take your car or walk. This particular unit is close enough to walk, but we drove just to help with carrying things. The unit is located on the beautiful canal & you can see an AMAZING sunset. The place was very clean. The bathroom is pretty, but the shower/tub has paint that is chipping inside the tub & on the sides as well, but worked very well. I loved that we had a washer and dryer on site, some units have a community washing area, but beware to keep the door to the drying unit closed or the fire alarm will go off while the dryer is running 🙈! Overall, the unit had great storage, comfy furniture, a beautiful view, and amazing amenities!

We booked last minute and we're grateful we were able to get such a great place in so little time. The place is I'm a really great spot, close to everything from shopping, to the beach. First night we walked to the beach, was only a 12 minute walk. That was so convenient. The upstairs neighbors made some noise, but that was expected because of other reviews. The weather was a bit chilly so we didn't get to spend as much time as we hoped at the beach. The heated pool on the property helped remedy that. Would definitely stay again!

Great condo and great location!

I loved this condo. Peaceful and location was an easy walk to the beach! Great parking! Inside the clean, non cluttered space, were the conveniences of home. I love to cook, and am not a paper plate gal. The kitchen was stocked with wonderful dishes! Glass! Not plastic! The oven is small and there is no pan that fits! I read that in another review; still no pan. We baked a pizza right on grids! Worked great! I’d stay again!

The location of this condo from the beach and the pool was perfect. My family absolutely loved it and we will be going back again. We only want to rent this condo when returning!!! The hosts are amazing and the views are stunning ❤️ Amy H- Michigan

The accommodations were as beautiful as the photos and then some. Very clean, and spacios. Indoor heated pool and huge jacuzzi were a hit with the family. We will definitely be back when it is warmer to enjoy more of the outdoor activities. Thank you Stephanie for your assistance it was a great long weekend stay.

Beautiful place. There were 3 ‘littles’ with us and they loved the pool, beach and the bunkbeds. Very busy area, but we stayed on the premises most of the time and it was calm and cool. Would recommend!!

We had so much fun here!! It was perfect and beautiful over looking the ocean. Host was super proactive in getting details to me before, during, and after our stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.😊

Everything was great! They explained that construction was going on and how things were going to be. The early morning hammering and drilling is the only complaint I have, but it was understood. I will most definitely book with them again.

Second time staying here. Loved it. Girls trip with 6 of us. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Heated pool came in handy because the ocean was too chilly. No complaints and will look to stay there next year. Host is very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Summer Place! The condo was extremely clean and had super easy pool and beach access, which was just what we needed with a 1 year old. The location is awesome, with a beautiful ocean view and close to many good restaurants as well. We would definitely stay here again!

My stay at Destin Rentals was very much appreciative and the Senior Manager was very understanding in the state of emergency that was announced in Destin during the weeknof Jan 20th. They showed gratitide and the utmost respect amd support in accomadating me with a FREE NIGHTS STAY due to the weather conditions.
