What an absolutely beautiful stay. The space is absolutely impeccable, close to everything but far enough away from the busiest street. Laura met us to check us in and helped us with the elevator and stairs!

Elena could not have been better to us. Her listing, directions and the cleanliness of the apartment were right on point. Everything is there for you while in the walls of Lucca. Es ist eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung mit super schönem Pool und einer traumhaften Aussicht. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.

Giacomo e Caterina host gentili e disponibili. Appartamento bellissimo con pezzi di design fantastici. Posizione ottima…consigliatissimo!!!!

We had a very relaxing few days staying with Lucy and her family, and their dog Amber. They were really friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any queries we had. The pool area was lovely, and extremely peaceful. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The village is small with a butchers and bakers, a couple of restaurants and a bar. We did a lovely circular walk from the property through the woods to the nearby hill top village, Castel Vecchio. There’s nothing in the village but it’s very pretty and the views are great. You need a car to get to the supermarket and Lucca is a very easy 20 minute drive away. We had a super time and thank you Lucy for your generous hospitality.

Très bel appartement, bien situé à proximité de la gare (idéal pour visiter les Cinqie Terre) et dans un immeuble typique. Isolation phonique assez légère mais respect des horaires de nuit, télévision arrêtée à 23h par les voisins. Attention pour les voyageurs véhiculés, il est difficile de stationner dans le quartier.

The place is near train station so you get fast and easily especially if you like to travel and explore other cities. Apartment is big and really fit 6 people with a lot of space. Ideal for big families. The beach is in walkable distance. Place is great, with 3 separate rooms, kitchen and sitting room. Host was very helpful. So for me and my family this place was great especially that it has two bathrooms 😂😁

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! The location could not be beat! We hope to return someday to enjoy another stay!

Un luogo incantevole per chi adora stare immerso nel verde e nella natura ma allo stesso tempo a due passi da due città meravigliose come Lucca e Pisa. La casa è curata in tutti i dettagli e Gianni è Irina sono stati dei padroni di casa deliziosi. Anche i nostri bambini hanno apprezzato tantissimo il soggiorno. Insomma, location super consigliata.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Villino Dina in occasione del Lucca Comics... Ci siamo trovati bene, casa ottima e proprietari gentili. Grazie!

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la piscine était partagée. Ce point aurait dû être précisé avant la réservation. Ceci dit, tout le reste était parfait. La maison est belle, spacieuse, propre. Carla a été très agréable. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour.

This is an amazing place, immediately outside the city walls for very easy access to all that Lucca has to offer. The house itself has amazing facilities both inside and in the garden with the pool/ table tennis etc. kept everyone entertained really well. We had a great stay, thanks very much!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

My daughter and I stayed a long weekend and absolutely loved the place. It was pristinely clean and was in the perfect location. Literally our two favorite meals for breakfast and dinner were right next door. Perfect location. Great communication. We will 1000% stay here again. Thank you Leandro and family!

Grazie Mille Super Luigi 😉!! Nous venons de passer un formidable séjour à Viareggio avec ma femme et nos 2 enfants. Et l’appartement proposé par Gianmarco y est pour beaucoup !! Le bien est propre et très fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes! Une situation géographique d’exception! A quelques mètres de la promenade principale qui longe les magnifiques plages de Viareggio et ses bagnos par dizaine. Des restaurants exceptionnels comme le « Pivot bistro di mare » ou « l’Amaro » sont à quelques mètres! Et que dire de la communication de Gianmarco qui a été de très bons conseils et qui a toujours su se rendre disponible selon nos besoins! Nous recommandons « 1000 fois » ce bien pour passer de très belle vacances toscanes à Viareggio!! À très bientôt Gianmarco (Super Luigi)

The place was delightful and well situated close enough to many things while still feeling secluded. Having two sets of keys was a great help also. I would definitely recommend!
