We had an awesome stay, we were there for the covered bridge festival. Plenty to do in the area and it was so relaxing to come back to the house and sit by the fire after a long day of site seeing!

Very good place to stay for short or long term I was there for 2 months and had a great time

We arrived at night so had a hard time finding the driveway despite perfect directions. The entry and check in instructions were clear. It was early March with still a bit of chill in the air but the space was warm and cozy on arrival. The area was safe and walkable in the day and at night, in spite of our unfamiliarity with Indianapolis! We attended events at Gainbridge Fieldhouse - such an easy walk! - and explored the downtown, Mass Ave, Fletcher Place, and Upper Canal neighborhoods. While we didn’t spend a lot of time in the space, we did use the kitchen for all our breakfasts and even dinner twice. The kitchen area is small but provided everything we needed! This space is great for one or two people traveling for any sporting event downtown. Highly recommend! We also asked Josie and Rob for one area recommendation and they responded quickly and were more than helpful.

Extremely clean, great location, and loved being able to park in a garage! Bed was comfortable too!

Wonderful stay in the guesthouse—private, park like setting that made us forget we were just a few miles from the heart of downtown. The house was very comfortable and very relaxing, so much so that we skipped a bit of our conference to enjoy morning coffee and breakfast on the patio… Beautiful guesthouse and grounds—Jack & Bridget were the perfect hosts!

The positives: Adam was very hospitable and even cleared snow from the landing pad outside the garage, which was very helpful. The unit was super private and we were able to come and go as we pleased. The garage door was loud but the times the owners were coming and going did not affect us. AND we had our own enclosed parking space that went straight to our unit. Super nice! Overall, I would highly recommend! The unit was super clean and looked just like the pictures. Privacy was key and the coming and going was simple. Great price. Definitely would stay again! Thanks Adam!

My family of 4 greatly enjoyed our stay at Karen’s Place! It’s a beautiful, unique setting that’s near lots to do in Noblesville. The description was spot on, and it was a cozy place to relax before and after the horse competition our daughters participated in. Our 12 and 10 year old daughters especially loved going out and visiting with the horses, dogs and cats on the property! We would definitely want to return one day!

I flew into town to scope out Indy for my family. We are moving here & I decided to stay at Jonathan’s! Just do it! It was so cute, the entire place was spotless, the cute, college town feel this area had because of the architecture, college flags flying, and renovations of the homes surrounding was a total vibe. If I needed to come back, I wouldn’t even look elsewhere, I’d just stay here again 😂

This is a true Indianapolis gem. The location is amazing with walkable dining and attractions, and a central location to all other main areas of Indianapolis. The carriage house was well stocked and with comfy beds, towels and even robes! Having the garage was an added bonus. I would highly recommend Kavitha's listing.

The place was deep in a dark woodsy area. Incredibly peaceful from the people's eye. The inside was nice with a gorgeous scenery. Host did an amazing job checking up on us. It was the perfect way to end the year. Will definitely come back.

This was such a cute place! They were very responsive and provided clear directions (with a mocked up photo) on how to get in, which was helpful given the apartment is above the garage. It was the perfect place for us to stay while being close to family. I’d stay here again! Thanks for your hospitality!

Ryan was very responsive and friendly. The space and location fit our needs exactly. The price was fair. We felt very safe and had everything we needed.

Sharry’s place was truly like a home, beautifully designed and comfortably furnished. We could have stayed for days. If we are ever in Indianapolis again, we will definitely be staying here.

I love this space. It felt intimate, homey, and safe while still being in the city. The vintage decor and gentle femininity made me feel like I was on my own private retreat. Bathroom is stunning and the bed linens are natural fibers. Kitchen was perfect for preparing food while hanging with a friend. It was a very easy space to spend long mornings near a sunny window, working on my art. I will be back!

Ben’s comfortable & spacious apartment was the perfect place to spend a snowy & cold week in Indy! In town to visit my daughter before she resumed classes at IU-Indy, the location was perfect for our plans to eat good food and spend quality time together. Being close to so many restaurants that we could easily walk to (even in the snow!) was great! With the snow accumulation, having the garage to park our car in was priceless. The space itself was super clean and comfortable; I can’t think of anything I’d change about it! We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Jake was responsive when we had any questions. It was very nice to have house rules, wifi passwords, things to do in the area and what needed to be done before we left (which was very minimal!!) on the island when we arrived. His place was very nice and accurately described on his listing. Would definitely ask to stay again when in the area.

The 525 Carriage House was perfect for our trip. It was was great location for attending basketball games. The Carriage House was very clean and comfortable. We plan on staying here again, on our next trip to Indy!

This is my second stay at Nicole’s in the past couple of months. It now feels like home to me. She is so kind and helped me out with an early check in. Wonderful conversation with her. The best couch of anywhere I have stayed. The historic neighborhood is great to walk in if you have never been in the area. I highly recommended this great carriage house to all who are coming to Indy.

2nd time staying here when visiting downtown. it checks the boxes off. only issue is delivery since its located in an ally between 2 streets or uber findinf us. however, we like it enough to book a 2nd time and will again in the future.

We had a great stay at Tiffany's place! The carriage house was recently renovated, tastefully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches/amenities to make our stay comfortable. They utilized the space creatively so it was roomy enough for our family of four, although we brought an extra air mattress for one of our kids to sleep on. The neighborhood was equally charming with several restaurants nearby and the downtown area just a short drive away. We look forward to staying here again the next time we're in Indy!

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. My teenage son and I stayed for 4 nights while he had a swim meet at IUI. The place was exactly as described and very nicely appointed. Pros: -Immaculately clean -Very comfortable bedding and quality towels -Well supplied kitchen (including coffee!) -Hosts were super communicative, helpful, and responsive Slight cons: -Small shower, especially for my 6’2” son -Futon bed is suitable only for a child or small person. It was decent for a futon but anyone over 5’2” would find it too short. -Space is very bright at night due to outside lights; sleeping masks were provided but light blocking window coverings would be appreciated.
